The duties and responsibilities of a teacher in the current pandemic condition are increasingly difficult, not only carrying out daily tasks but also in developing their qualities to becomes a role models and also preparing digital teaching materials for their students. For that they needed a positive behaviour that can improve teacher performance and that behaviour is organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB)., where OCB itself influenced by other variables such as organizational commitment. For this reason, the study was developing by using 2nd order approach to analysis 248 sample from 29 private elementary school in Serang city. Organizational commitment measured by using 3 dimension and 6 indicators, while organizational citizenship behaviour measured by using 5 dimension and 15 indicators. This research using 9 hypothesis and from the result shown that all of hypothesis was accepted with the magnitude of the influence of commitment organizational on OCB is 79,1%, while the remaining 20,9% influenced by others variable outside the model tested. The affective commitment become is the dominant dimension that influencing organizational commitment, while the sportsmanship dimension is the most influential dimension for OCB. This research expected become a theoretical reference as development strategies to improve the teacher performance in the private elementary school at Serang City

In this paper we use the dominant dimension with respect to a tilting module to study the double centraliser property. We prove that if A A is a quasi-hereditary algebra with a simple preserving duality and T T is a faithful tilting A A -module, then A A has the double centralizer property with respect to T T . This provides a simple and useful criterion which can be applied in many situations in algebraic Lie theory. We affirmatively answer a question of Mazorchuk and Stroppel by proving the existence of a unique minimal basic tilting module T T over A A for which A = E n d E n d A ( T ) ( T ) A=End_{End_A(T)}(T) . As an application, we establish a Schur-Weyl duality between the symplectic Schur algebra S K s y ( m , n ) S_K^{sy}(m,n) and the Brauer algebra B n ( − 2 m ) \mathfrak {B}_n(-2m) on the space of dual partially harmonic tensors under certain condition.

Work engagement is a positive view of an employee towards his work that is characterized by vigour, full involvement (dedication), and high concentration during work (absorption). This study aims to determine the description and causes of having employee engagement by exploring dimensions based on the definition of work engagement proposed by Schaufeli, Gonzalez, & Bakker (2002), vigour, dedication, absorption. The research was conducted through a literature study that is finding various related sources and making conclusions in accordance with the research objectives. The credibility test used is peer debriefing, namely asking other researchers who are not involved in the research project to help investigate the thinking of researchers in all or certain parts of the research process. The results showed that the most dominant dimension of work engagement was dedication

Abstract. Currently online games have become one of the branches of sports known as Esports. In the competition of Esports, DotA 2 became game the most profitablein terms of prizes. 2018 became the best year in DotA 2 Esports Indonesia, but the development of Esports Dota 2 in Indonesia has decreased in 2019. Despite having problems, the DotA 2 game is still popular in several internet cafes in the city of Bandung. According to Collins, Freeman, & Chamarro-Premuzic (2012) personality traits related to the behavior of playing online games. As the development of knowledge, personality traits can be measured through the concept of Big Five Personality Traits, according to Strus, Cieciuch, & Rowiński (2014) In big five personality traits there are 5 dimensions, namely Emotional Stability vs. Neurotism, Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, and Openness / Intellect. In this study, the method used is descriptive with a purposive sampling technique of 34 Esports gamers in the city of Bandung. The purpose of this study was to determine the personality profile of Esports gamers in the city of Bandng. Researchers used the IPIP BFM-25 standard measuring instrument made by Akhtar & Azwar, (2018). The results of this study show the dimensions of Conscientiousness (82.4%), Agreeableness (88.2%), and Intellect (91.2%) became dominant in the score with a high category, and Emotional Stability (64.7%) become the dominant dimension in the low score category.

The ability to quickly adapt to change has been one of the mandatory requirements for every organization to succeed in this disruptive era. While commitment to change is the most desirable attitude when an organization faces major changes, an affective commitment to change is the dominant dimension of commitment to change. On the other hand, leadership is known as one of the most important antecedents of commitment to change. However, researches on this relationship have not been conclusive. Using the affect theory of social exchange and servant leadership theory, this theoretical review argues that the study method, type of exchange structure in the research context, and the need for mediation are the three main reasons for the research gap. This literature review proposes objective workplace spirituality as the mediator between servant leadership and affective commitment to change relationships.

AbstractGroup algebras of symmetric groups and their Hecke algebras are in Schur-Weyl duality with classical and quantised Schur algebras, respectively. Two homological dimensions, the dominant dimension and the global dimension, of the indecomposable summands (blocks) of these Schur algebras S(n, r) and $$S_q(n,r)$$ S q ( n , r ) with $$n \geqslant r$$ n ⩾ r are determined explicitly, using a result on derived invariance in Fang, Hu and Koenig (J Reine Angew Math 770:59–85, 2021).

This study aimed to examine the effect of experiential marketing on patient satisfaction and patient loyalty. It also attempted to discover the experiential-marketing dimension with the predominant effect. It is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach. The study population was all inpatients in Rumah Sakit Islam (RSI) Unisma Malang between February and March 2017. The researchers selected 197 respondents as samples using the purposive sampling method from all ward classes except VVIP class. This study’s exogenous variable was experiential marketing, whereas the endogenous variable was patient satisfaction and loyalty. As the instrument, the researchers used a questionnaire to reveal the patients’ perceptions and hopes about experiential marketing applied by the hospital and their satisfaction and loyalty. The researchers used Partial Least Square (PLS) as a data analysis method. The study showed that experiential marketing dimensions (consisting of sense, feel, think, act, and relate) positively and significantly affected patient satisfaction. Experiential marketing insignificantly and indirectly affected patient loyalty through patient satisfaction, and ‘relate’ was the most dominant dimension of experiential marketing in building patient satisfaction.   Keywords: experiential marketing; patient satisfaction; patient loyalty.
