BACKGROUND Recently, diabetes is a major issue of great concern to many health institutions worldwide. Yet, the application of m-health for diabetes yet to receive adequate attention, especially in developing countries. The Imperial College London Diabetes Centre, 2019 reported that over more than one million persons in the UAE are suffering from diabetes, placing the country at the 15th worldwide for age-adjusted relative pervasiveness. Motivated by the need to curb the increasing trend of diabetics among the people of UAE and realizing the potential of m-health, this paper examines the quality of service system on the continuous intention to use m-health among diabetes users’ in the UAE. This study is one of the few studies that contribute to the theoretical enrichment of information system (IS) success factors that examine the effective factors of quality system service on the satisfaction and continuous intention to use m-health among the diabetes patients in the UAE. Therefore, this paper extends the service quality research in the IS domain by suggesting m-health service quality model derived from the combination of the explanatory effect of objective and subjective factors, contextualized within the unique socio-economic background of the Arab region. OBJECTIVE The aim of this study to identify and examine the relationship between service system quality factors and diabetes satisfaction and continuous intention to use health. This study also aims to measure the moderating effect of monetary cost on the relationship between users' satisfaction and continuous intention to use. METHODS A cross-sectional survey was conducted involving 292 respondents have been conducted. Through a survey analyzed by SmartPls, we find that service quality systems driven by the quality of interaction, system, and information have a positive effect on the continuous use mhealth through the mediating effect of users’ satisfaction. RESULTS Through a survey analyzed by SmartPls, we find that a service quality system driven by the quality of interaction, system, and information has a positive effect on the continuous use mhealth through the mediating effect of users’ satisfaction. We also find that monetary cost moderates the relationship between users’ satisfaction and continue to use mhealth. CONCLUSIONS This study extends the service quality research in the IS domain by suggesting m-health service quality model derived from the combination of the explanatory effect of objective and subjective factors, contextualized within the unique socio-economic background of the Arab region.

This study was conducted to verify the mediating effect of cognitive and emotional responses in the effect of hair salon service quality on customer's revisit intention. The subjects of this study were 482 hair salon customers, and data were collected through self-response questionnaire on service quality, revisit intention, and cognitive and emotional responses. The results of this study are as follows. First, there was a significant positive correlation between service quality, revisit intention, and cognitive and emotional responses. Second, technical quality and interaction quality of service quality had a significant positive effect on revisit intention. Third, the mediating effect of cognitive response was verified in the relationship between service quality and revisit intention. Fourth, there was a mediating effect of emotional response in the relationship between service quality and revisit intention. Based on the results of this study, a plan to increase the revisit intention of hair salon customers was discussed.

This research studied the continuous use intention of mobile reading users. The current study used the stimulus-organism-response model as a basis to build a causal model of mobile readers' continuous intention to use it. A questionnaire survey was conducted involving 327 users to obtain the current research data. Structural equation modeling was used to empirically test the relationship amongst variables in the conceptual model. Results are as follows. Perceived pleasure, perceived service, immersion, and perceived sociality had a significant positive effect on intention for continuous use. Particularly, perceived pleasure had a significant positive effect on immersion and perceived service. Perceived usefulness and perceptual interest had significant positive effects on perceived pleasure. Perceived sociality had a regulating effect on the relationship between perceived pleasure and intention for continuous use. Lastly, perceived sociality had a regulating effect on the relationship between immersion and intention for continuous use.

Based on observations in the field, it can be seen that at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Cibinong Campus service is generally seen as good enough, but there are some services that are still considered not optimal. Based on this, the writer is interested in conducting research to find out how much influence the quality of service on corporate image (Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Cibinong Campus). The type of research chosen is a type of quantitative research. Quantitative research was chosen because researchers wanted to measure the effect of service quality on image at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Cibinong Campus using a scale and size that had been previously designed. This measurement is based on the respondent's answer to a questionnaire containing various questions and statements with variations of answers that have been provided by the author. This research is explanative, namely a study that explains the interplay between independent variables (Service Quality) and dependent variables (Image Company) through testing hypotheses. In this case the researcher examines whether there is an influence between the quality of service to the company image by testing several theories used. From the results of the analysis obtained the value of service quality has a significant positive effect on the image shown by the r value of 0.587 which means the relationship between the two is strong. While the coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0.344, which means that service quality can increase the company's image variable by 34.4%, while the remaining 65.6% is explained by other variables.

Keywords: Service, Quality, Image

As the world market share of private label brands (PLBs) increases, so does the importance of and need for research in this field. Given the growing presence of PLBs in Pakistan, this study aims to examine the effects of service quality on PLB image, which we hypothesize affects purchase intention and brand loyalty. We also measure the mediating effect of perceived risk on the relationship between PLB image and purchase intention. Based on a sample of 348 respondents, we apply a structural equation model and find that (i) service quality has a positive effect on PLB image, (ii) PLB image has a positive effect on purchase intention, (iii) PLB image has a positive relationship with perceived risk, although this does not mediate the relationship between PLB image and purchase intention, and (iv) purchase intention translates positively into brand loyalty.
