 The electoral system is very necessary in the democratic life of students, especially to elect a senate chairman in a higher education environment. The use of conventional electoral system is slow, inefficient, and insecure compared to that of electronic-based because it requires a long time for the registration to implementation and counting of votes; use a lot of papers; and it raises the potential for manipulation of ballot papers. In this research, we developed a student electoral system that is safe from non-human participants and electronic-based called e-voting. The system was built with a web platform using PHP and MySQL programming applications. The system development method follows the System Life Cycle (SLC) which consists of the stages of planning, analysis, design, implementation, and testing of the system. This system implements a security mechanism in the form of verification using captcha and SQL injection filter and is implemented in the activities of Komisi Pemilihan Umum Mahasiswa (KPUM). System testing to measure the suitability of implementation with the needs was done using a blackbox method. The result of this research is an e-voting system that satisfies the prevention test of SQL injection and non-human participants attacks

Abstract—Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta is a private university which is supervised by a Foundation that has implemented various information systems in various fields of work. However, in the payroll process the employees are still done manually and have not utilized a computerized system, such as attendance recap, wage recapitulation in addition to basic salary, as well as the sum of salary received by employees. This makes the payroll process less effective and efficient. This study aims to establish a proposed system that is a web-based employee payroll information system at the Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta with the PHP programming language using Codeigniter Framework and MySQL as its database. The system development method used is the Extreme Programming method. This method was chosen because it promotes intense communication between the client and the system developer so that when there are changes or errors in the system, the developer is always ready to fix it. Extreme Programming also has a simple stage, namely planning, design, coding, and testing. The results of this study are the result of a web-based employee payroll information system that has various actors involved in the management and processing of its data. With this information system, the employee payroll process becomes more effective and efficient, because payroll data is processed and calculated by the system so that it has a high level of data accuracy and does not require a long time in the calculation process.

Intra-School Student Organization is an organization that is at the school level in Indonesia, starting with junior high schools and senior high schools. The student council is managed and managed by students who are chosen to be student council. Usually this organization has a mentor from the teacher chosen by the school. Student council members are all students who are in one school where the student council is located. In an effort to elect the student council president, the researchers created a web-based information system in selecting the student council president. E-voting is an electoral system where data is recorded, stored and processed in the form of digital information. In the election of the chairman is always a problem in carrying out his election, such as having to prepare space, paper, and others. And after that it takes time in completing the vote count, it also requires a lot of people or committees in carrying out the chairman's election, lack of transparency in vote counting, there are still errors in vote counting.

In the existing world of geographic information systems (GIS), desktop mapping has taken a critical role for managing and using spatial information for business. But desktop-based GIS application having any limitation for users. The research was conducted to develop the web-based GIS in order to manage groundwater exploration and production, preventing from uncontrolled exploration, using Java Applet, MySQL Spatial and PHP. The system development was designed by using waterfall model of system life cycle with following steps: 1) system requirements, 2) software requirements, 3) analysis, 4) program design, 5) coding, 6) testing, and 7) operation, supported by reference study, observation, and peer discussion. The result shows that by using Java Applet, MySQL Spatial and PHP, web-based GIS for groundwater management is customizable to create spatial modeling and well log modeling, user friendly, interactive, interoperable, informative, and easy to access with LAN/WAN connected PC. The application is very helpful in order to balance between groundwater supply and production, groundwater level monitoring, water quality monitoring, and groundwater user monitoring. Hopefully, the implementation of the system will help the groundwater supply conservation for sustainable development.

News has become a community need in the world. Managing a lot of news articles is not easy and takes a long time. Indonesia has various types of media platforms that display news, one of which is an online news portal. Automation systems that are capable of managing and grouping Indonesian language news articles are needed. This study designed and built a web-based application to classify types of Indonesian language news articles by implementing the Enhanced Confix Stripping Stemmer algorithm. The categories used in the system are entertainment, lifestyle, sports, technology, and economics. The data used is secondary data quoted from 2 online news portals in Indonesia. The system development method used is Rapid Application Development. The data used for testing amounts to 30 news. The average results obtained from the system accuracy test are 63%. This shows that the system performance for the classification of news types is good. The number of words in a news article is very influential during the classification process.

The role and presence of technology today is very much needed, especially for companies engaged in the service sector. Computerized systems and integrated with other systems will greatly help support the company's wheels and be able to compete with other companies. PT Asta Pilar Gemilang Jakarta is currently still running a manual system in recruiting its employees, so the process from initial recruitment to employee selection takes a long time, and information on the availability of existing job vacancies is only through word of mouth (MOM). The best solution to the existing problems is by designing a web-based employee recruitment information system. Applicants can immediately send and fill out their profiles to the system provided, so that companies will be able to see applicants' data in real time and can immediately select and provide information to applicants. This system is built with the Waterfall system development method, and is designed responsively through bootstrap technology, for system devices using UML with the PHP programming language and MySQL database to accommodate data. With this system is expected to provide convenience, effectiveness and efficiency for companies in providing a decision and comfort for job seekers.

The process of recording the results of meetings conducted by the notulen of the meeting and then copy back the results of meetings decision into Ms.Word causes doubled the work, the delivery model of meeting results still requires a long process so that socialize well which certainly takes quite a long time. In addition, at the meeting results of its realization could not reach the lowest level of management of the boarding schools, so many 'umana (caretaker) that sometimes do not know the of meeting results that have been approved by a caregiver .  To resolve this problem need a special system to improve management of the meeting results, so that in practice the meeting results may socialize well and real-time. On this research proposed by using the design of the system development life cycle SDLC model, i.e. (Systems Development Life Cycle). This model is used in order to be on the design of this e-notulen meeting can be made with the needs of users and in accordance with the rules of development of the system. The proposed system will be created with web based programming language PHP and the MySQL database. The system is expected to help the workload of the meeting (Secretary) and document well the meeting results, give notification of the schedule of meetings and resolutions of the meeting can be easily socialize to each line with a good, fast and accurate. The results of this research is with the applied system "e-notulen of the meeting at boarding schools Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Sukorejo Situbondo" which could be handling big scheduling the meeting, the results, also meeting of socialization to each Executive Board under the boarding schools.

<span lang="EN-US">he purpose of this research is to find out the description of the prospective village apparatus recruitment system applied to the Cangkring Rembang village government system, to analyze the recruitment system of village apparatuses that are applied for system development in the form of web-based candidate village recruitment information system design. This research was conducted in the village of Cangkring Rembang, Karanganyar District, Demak. Cangkring Rembang Demak village government in carrying out its duties, principal and government functions is one of them is the process of recruiting prospective village officials is still done manually. With manual systems documents can be lost, damaged and stored in several different storage spaces. In addition, the verification process for prospective applicant data takes a long time. Another disadvantage, if the document is needed at any time for public publication needs is not recorded properly so that it can not be used as decision making quickly. The application development method uses the waterfall approach. The results of this study are a system of recruiting prospective village officials who can provide alternatives (solutions) for prospective applicants, especially in the process of recruiting prospective village officials. With the development of a web system, in addition to documents, it is easier to store in the online storage space, organizing recruitment of prospective village officials can run transparently and participatively. A participatory government system shows open governance, one of which is by providing various information that can be accessed by every citizen</span>

The process of data collection and processing of student scores that is carried out continuously from year to year is felt to be unable to produce fast, precise and accurate information, because it takes a long time. Computerized information system processing student grades is expected to be able to ease the work of homeroom teachers, so that they can produce valid information in a short time and can be accessed anywhere. With good processing and management, value data processing will be easier, faster, more accurate. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based digital report card information system as a solution offered to help solve problems faced by schools. The system development method used is Extreme Programming (XP) which has several stages, namely planning, designing, coding, testing and Software Increment. The results of this study are the creation of an information system that can provide several advantages as well as efficiency and effectiveness in processing information and managing value data up to the printing of student report cards.

This research is intended to design web-based credit application information system using agile development methods at Bank BRI Unit Kolonel Sugiono. Currently in general the credit application process is still done manually, from the process of delivering information about credit to customers, the process of submitting credit applications, and processing data and credit files. This is considered to cause the credit application process to be ineffective and a long time. Based on these problems, then the development of a web-based credit application information system using agile development methods, which is expected to produce a quality information system in a short time. The conclusion of this study is to use agile development methods, information system development carried out can produce quality information systems and fit with software requirement in a short time.

Academic Potential Test (TPA) is a test used to measure a person's ability level. At the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Victory University, Sorong, TPA was held before the Field Experience Program (PPL) where the implementation was still manual, namely the test was carried out in writing using paper and corrections by the lecturer. It takes a long time to correct and uses a lot of paper. The purpose of this research is to design a Web-Based Academic Potential Test Information System. System development used the prototype method. This research used the PHP programming language, the database is built using MySQL. The result of this study is that this web-based academic potential test information system helps FKIP in conducting online academic potential tests, where this test can be taken anywhere and can see the results directly after taking the test
