Science and technology play an important role in transforming growth models, improving productivity, quality, efficiency and competitiveness of the economy. This is a matter of vital significance to the existence and development of the country, and is an urgent requirement of the current industrialization, modernization and national integration in Vietnam. During 35 years of industrialization, modernization and international integration (1986 – 2021), science and technology in Vietnam have made important progress in all aspects, making a practical contribution to economic development - society, improve the quality of people’s life and consolidate national defense and security. However, science and technology in Vietnam today still has many shortcomings such as: The level of science and technology of social production remains low and backward compared to other countries in the region; low labor productivity; domestic businesses are still less interested in investing in research and development; investment in science and technology activities is low, structure is not suitable, efficiency is low; the contingent of science and technology staff lacks quantity, is weak in quality, and the structure is not suitable. These shortcomings have been affecting the demand for reform of an economic growth model to meet the requirements of rapid and sustainable development. In the coming time, to overcome the above problems, Vietnam needs to deploy a synchronous system of solutions.

Over the last 50 years, remarkable improvements in mechanical and barrier properties of polymer composites have been realized. Their improved properties have been widely studied and employed for food packaging to keep food fresh, clean and suitable for consumption over sufficiently long storage period. In this paper, the current progress of science and technology development of polymer composites for intelligent food packaging will be highlighted. Future directions and perspectives for exploring polymer composites for intelligent food packaging to reveal freshness and quality of food packaged will also be put forward.

The development of science and technology forces academics to be more creative in the teaching- learning process to achieve a better quality of education. Smule application as a part of science and technology development should be used effectively and creatively as a tool in that process especially in English education field. Therefore, this research aims at describing the students� achievement in pronouncing English song using Smule application and finding out the factors influencing students� achievement in pronouncing English song using Smule application. This research used quantitative data with descriptive statistical approach. The data were collected through English pronunciation test and questionnaire. The English pronunciation test was used to collect the data related to students� English pronunciation achievement and the questionnaire was used to find out the factors influencing students� English pronunciation achievement. The results showed that the mean score of students� achievement in pronouncing English song using Smule application was 3.81 or almost good. It was influenced by the low frequency in practicing pronunciation, the difficulty to balance singing karaoke and music instruments on fast song tempo, and the lack of using Smule application to sing karaoke.Keywords: achievement; English song; pronunciation; smule application; university students.

By the growth regression approach, the research has identified that the investment capital contributed 1,939 and agricultural labor contributed 1,291 to the agricultural growth of An Giang province. More specifically, the contribution of TFP (Total Factor Productivity) to the agricultural growth in the period 2000 - 2004 was averagely 0,11%, in 2005 - 2010 was -5,03%, and in period 2011 - 2016 was 0,81%. The total factor productivity contributed to the agricultural growth slowly. In order to raise the contribution of TFP, the research represents 05 solutions including the increase of the effectiveness of using the investment capital, the increase of the quality of labor, the application of the science and technology into agricultural production, agriculturalrestructuring, and the increase of  agricultural demand.

Technoethics is a new, but rapidly developing field of ethical reflection of technoscience. It can claim to unite the various ethical projections of the science and technology development in a common approach. One of the starting points of understanding this role of technoethics may be NBIC-convergence. The ethical dimensions of the NBIC-projects is represented in these sub-areas of applied ethics as a nanoethics, bioethics, neuroethics and ICT ethics. In this article particular attention is paid to the biomedical field, which is a prime example of innovative high technology, as well as the interaction of different types of ethics.

The giant hydraulic die press is our country national defense and the infrastructure essential equipment, the synchronous control system is the essential device to the giant forging hydraulic press, its synchronization control performance quality is good or bad will directly determine the quality of the product. This article through the proof of the theorem, gives the specific steps to achieve H∞ robust control algorithm. The simulation results show that: this control strategy has good inhibition to the change of system parameters, robustness is very strong, can well eliminate the system synchronization error.
