We used the questionnaire to identify the interest of the third-year students in learning GE, methods, as well as factors which influence the study of GE at Odessa I. I. Mechnikov National University. The methods of expert assessment and self-assessment were used to identify the level of project competence, based on such indicators, as the ability to determine the current level of language and professional training of students, their interests and skills; the ability to single out relevant information and communication technologies that are optimal for teaching GE, ESP and LSP in each group of students; the ability to differentiate methods to enhance the interest of students, create a positive emotional atmosphere in the classroom; the ability to determine the prospects for the development of personal and professional qualities of students; the ability to select the best methods for each student to study GE, ESP, LSP using on-line, e-learning. The data reflects levels of formation of project competence. In order to form this competence of future teachers, we have developed the project activities and creative tasks, aimed at the formation of skills and knowledge about the organization of learning process of GE, LSP and ESP.

The purpose of the study is to analyse the features of the use of health and IC-technologies in the process of forming a socially mobile teacher in a pandemic. The research methodology includes theoretical analysis and generalisation of psychological and pedagogical sources, elaboration of legal documents in the field of education, study and generalisation of experience of scientific and pedagogical workers, disclosure of basic theoretical provisions, identification and substantiation of key concepts. The authors present a detailed analysis of the concepts of “health”, “health-saving technologies”, “information and communication technologies”, “social mobility”. The purpose and tasks of health-saving and IC-technologies are clarified. Ways to implement and use health-saving technologies in educational institutions during the pandemic COVID-19 have been identified. Methods of application of information and communication technologies in the conditions of distance learning are offered. A number of advantages and disadvantages of ICT in education are identified. The guidelines of successful realisation of a socially mobile teacher in the modern educational reality are determined. It has been found that social mobility as an integrative ability of an individual to adapt to the changing environment and changes dictated by society is perhaps the most important and relevant feature in our time. It is determined that the readiness to implement, combine and use in professional pedagogical activities of health-saving and IC-technologies indicates the formation of social mobility of the teacher. The experience of using health-saving and information-communication technologies by scientific and pedagogical workers of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv in the process of becoming and formation of socially mobile educators in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic is described. The practical value of scientific work lies in the substantiation and generalisation of pedagogical conditions for updating the content of professional training of future teachers through the prism of their ability to social mobility

The widespread proliferation of information and communication technologies and the task of meeting the sustainable development goals by overcoming the uneven access of the younger generation to information and communication technologies require the presence of the high level of the ICT competence and the ability to carry out tutoring activities in the information society for teachers-to-be. The paper offers the methodological approaches (contents, methods, tools, and technologies) of forming the tutor ICT competence in the process of future teachers’ professional training. The educational content, which aims at building the ICT competence of teachers as tutors is distributed over the entire period of students’ study at higher educational institutions. During the study of compulsory subjects in the Bachelor program and the "Organization of distance learning in the educational institution" elective discipline in the Master program, students are familiarized with theoretical and methodological aspects of the use of ICT in tutoring. The main method of forming the tutor ICT competence is the portfolio method, in particular, the use of e-portfolio. As the main means of the formation of the tutor ICT competence, computer training programs, e-resources, Internet resources, mobile applications, virtual and augmented reality are determined. E-mail, blogs, social networks, webinars, chats have been used as the technologies of network interaction for forming the tutor ICT competence. In order to identify effective methodological approaches to the formation of the ICT competence of future teachers as tutors, the study has been conducted based on the collection of information by means of questionnaires and statistical processing of the results. The analysis of the results of the pedagogical experiment and comparison of indicators of control and experimental groups before and after the study have shown the effectiveness of the proposed methodological approaches to the formation of the tutor ICT competence. Implementation of these methodological approaches has become possible due to the introduction of information and educational environment with distance learning technologies and information and communication technologies as its main components.

One of the tasks of HEI is to train a future specialist for professional activity in a highly developed information and communication environment, who must be a connoisseur of modern pedagogical technologies, able to independently acquire and deep knowledge and skills. The primary task of the higher educational institution should introduce the forms and methods of students’ active learning into the educational process practice. The purpose of the article is to analyse the functionality of multimedia teaching instruments that will determine the effectiveness of their use in the process of future labour safety professionals’ training. While doing the research, theoretical methods made it possible to identify problems and tasks, to study the scientific literature and summarize the material. The latest multimedia educational instruments give students the opportunity to use non-traditional information sources, improve the efficiency of self-study work, give new opportunities for creativity, and implement new forms and methods of learning. Multimedia learning tools greatly expand the capabilities of teachers, which promotes individualization of learning, activation of students' cognitive activity and adapts the learning process to their individual characteristics. Each student can work in its own mode, choose the rate at which the material is optimally assimilated. Information technologies are used to develop educational technologies and create modern effective learning tools. They have a large range and potential to improve the learning process. The students’ individual self-work helps to consolidate, deepen and systematize the acquired knowledge. In order to ensure and improve the quality of the educational process, it is necessary to develop and implement modern information and communication technologies along with the traditional means of education. The introduction of multimedia technologies in the educational process will improve the quality of knowledge, strengthen the motivational aspect, the students’ cognitive interest to increase the level of professional training.
