<p><em>This research was conducted at PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Siak District. This study was conducted to determine what factors that affect job satisfaction at employees of PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Siak District. Population in this research is all employees at PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis of Siak Regency is 48 people. The sampling technique in this study is census, that is all the population is sampled. So the number of samples in this study as many as 48 people. Data analysis used in this research is test of reliability, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination test. While testing hypothesis used F test and t test. The results of this study are simultaneously employee factors and job factors have a significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Siak District with a significance level of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. While the partial factor of employees has a significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Siak District with a significance level of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. Job factors have no significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Siak Regency with significance level 0,235 bigger than 0,05.</em></p><br /><p>Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Kabupaten Siak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Kabupaten Siak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Kabupaten Siak berjumlah 48 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sensus, yaitu semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 48 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji reliabilitas, regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi. Sedangkan pengujian hipotesis digunakan uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini adalah secara simultan faktor karyawan dan faktor pekerjaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Kabupaten Siak dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Sedangkan secara parsial faktor karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Kabupaten Siak dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Faktor pekerjaan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Kabupaten Siak dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,235 lebih besar dari 0,05.</p>

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture and intrinsic motivation on affective commitment. This study also aims to examine whether job satisfaction acts as a mediating variable on the influence of organizational culture and intrinsic motivation on affective commitment to the employees of the Cooperatives and SMEs Service Office of Sleman Regency. This study uses the Associative method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in Sleman Regency, with a sample of 45 employees. The sampling technique used saturated sampling with data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression, Sobel test, coefficient of determination, and standard beta. This study resulted in the findings that organizational culture has an effect on job satisfaction, and intrinsic motivation has an effect on job satisfaction. Likewise, organizational culture influences affective commitment. However, intrinsic motivation has no effect on affective commitment. Other findings show that job satisfaction has an effect on affective commitment. This study also produces findings that job satisfaction mediates the effect of organizational culture on affective commitment, and job satisfaction also mediates the effect of intrinsic motivation on affective commitment. Employee performance is needed by the company to improve company performance. Therefore, to make it happen, it requires skilled and reliable human resources in their fields. This study aims to determine the effect of creativity and innovation partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Tohpati Grafika Utama Denpasar. This research was conducted at PT. Tohpati Grafika Utama Denpasar. The sample used is the employees of PT. Tohpati Grafika Utama as many as 40 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study were validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test. The results of the analysis show that creativity and innovation have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on the performance of the employees of PT. Tohpati Grafika Utama Denpasar.

<em>This research has purpose to know giving reward at PDAM Magetan, to know employee job satisfaction at PDAM Magetan, and to know influence of reward to employee job satisfaction at PDAM Magetan. Sampling technique in this research using simple random sampling technique taken 66 employees at PDAM Magetan. Data were taken by questionnaire, observation and documentation. The analysis was processed by SPSS version 16.0 using simple linear regression with test test and test hypothesis test. The results showed that the result of Simple Linear Regression Test is Y = 13.054 + 0.496, it means that if the variable of customer satisfaction is constant or constant, then the amount of job satisfaction of employee is 13,054. The result of Coefficient of Determination (R ^ 2) is known 0,879 indicates that 87% variable of employee job satisfaction influenced by reward, while the rest 13% influenced by other variable. Furthermore, the result of t test obtained t_hitung value is 21,549 while t_tabel equal to 1,668. This means that the value of t _count &gt; t_tabel (21,549 &gt; 1,668) so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, it means there is influence between Reward on Job Satisfaction Employees At PDAM Magetan.</em>

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line. The sample of this study was 50 people. Methods of collecting data by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis using the analysis used is simple linear regression, t test and coefficient of determination. The results showed 1) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a significance level of 0.048; and supported by the results of hypothesis testing with a t-count value of 4.433 > t-table value of 1.95, with a significance of 0.048 or < 0.05; 2) Customer Satisfaction positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a level significance of 0,000; and supported by the results of hypothesis testing with a t-count value of 4,969 > t-table value of 1.95, with a significance of 0,000 or < 0.05, 3) Service quality and Customer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a significance level of 0,000. This means that the hypothesis H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted so that it can be concluded that service quality and customer satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga dan Brand Trust Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Sinergy Celular Medan.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung Sinergy Celular Medan sebanyak 77 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui kuesioner (angket) yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel (responden) dan mengumpulkannya kembali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda.Sebelum data diregresikan maka terlebih dahulu di uji keterkaitannya antara variabel, datanya diuji menggunakan uji normalitas data, multikolinearitas, dan heterokedastisitas.Serta untuk mengetahui kontribusi faktor Harga dan Brand TrustTerhadap Keputusan Pembelian digunakan rumus Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hipotesis penelitian diterima apabila t hitung >  t tabel dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,1. Nilai t tabel dalam penelitian ini 1,993. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 2,107 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima, nilai t hitung variabel X2   sebesar 3,405 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima. Kata kunci: Harga, Brand Trust, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThis study aims to determine the Influence of Price and Brand Trust on Purchasing Decision at Sinergy Celular Medan. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Before the data is diregresikan then first in the test the relationship between variables, the data tested using the test of data normality, multicollinearity, and heterokedastisitas. And to know the contribution of price factors and Brand Trust Against Purchase Decision is used the formula Coefficient of Determination (R2). Research hypothesis accepted if t arithmetic> t table with significance level 0,1. The value of t table in this study is 1,993. <em>Results of multiple linear regression analysis in this study produces constant of 0354 stating that if there is no work Morivasi ( x1 ) and job satisfaction ( x2 ) then job satisfaction is equal to 0.354 . Regression coefficient of work motivation ( x1 ) of 0.396 states that any additions ( as a positive sign ) 1 point will increase the job satisfaction of job satisfaction on job satisfaction assuming 0.396 ( x2 ) fixed . Job satisfaction regression coefficient ( x2 ) of 0.688 states that any additions ( as a positive sign ) 1 point of work motivation will increase employee job satisfaction in 0688 with the notion of work motivation ( x1 ) remains.Significant test simultaneously / together ( test statistic F ) result in calculated F value of 78 145. At Kalsel Bank Syariah Kandangan or it can be said that the work motivation ( x1 ) and job satisfaction ( x2 ) jointly affect the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Kandangan South Kalimantan. Calculations using the t -test,  concluded that motivation is a significant effect on the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Kandangan Kalsel zero  hypothesis ( Ho ) is rejected and Ha accepted, so this hypothesis has been tested empirically.</em><br />

This study aims to examine the predictors and consequences of a fair psychology contract. There are relationships between the degree of reciprocal trust and fair psychological contracts, reward mechanisms for fair psychology contracts, assessment of actual performance to a psychological contract of justice, intrinsic motivation to equitable psychology contracts, equitable psychological contracts on job satisfaction and Intrinsic motivation and Job satisfaction. The population of this study is 205 staff at Perum Damri Regional Division II and data was collected using a purposive sampling technique. The criteria of the respondents chosen were staff or employees who had worked in Damri's general company for at least 1 year. Data analysis techniques in research using software smart PLS 2.0 M3. This study contains 6 hypotheses and from the research, the results of reciprocal degrees of trust influence the fair psychology contract, but the progressive reward mechanism, the assessment of actual performance and intrinsic motivation have no effect. While fair psychology contracts and intrinsic motivation affect employee job satisfaction.

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of the compensation variable on job satisfaction (2) the influence of the variable work discipline on job satisfaction (3) about the effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. PP Perkebunan Jember Widodaren . This research is a causal associative study using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT. PP Perkebunan Jember Widodaren amounting to 69 people. The sampling technique in this research is census. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for linearity, multicolonierity and heteroscedasticity tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this research are at the significant level 5% indicates that: (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the beta coefficient (β) 0.227 (p <0.05; p = 0.042) and the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction with a significant level of 0.003 (2) Work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee job satisfaction as evidenced by the level of significance of 0.394

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership and motivation partially and simultaneously to job satisfaction employees CV. Icon Teqnologi. The research type used is descriptive with causal associative approach. This study was conducted with the number of respondents as many as 35 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis for hypothesis through SPSS 16 for windows program. Based on the results obtained in the study that partially influence the leadership of employee job satisfaction, while motivation has no effect on employee job satisfaction. But simultaneously leadership and motivation affect the employee job satisfaction. The amount of influence of leadership and work motivation on employee job satisfaction is shown by the value of determination (R2) of 0.33 while the rest of 67% influenced by other variables such as discipline, compensation, organizational culture and others.

This study contained two variables, namely X1 as Work Motivation and X2 as the Work Environment. This study aims to determine the influence of motivation and work environment on job satisfaction in SMEs Nahla Toys Cikampek.  The Data used is primary data collected through observation, interview, distributing questionnaires and documentation. The hypothesis in this research is the influence of motivation and work environment on job satisfaction in SMEs Nahla Toys Cikampek. To measure the magnitude of influence of these variables using multiple linear regression and the help of the program software IBM SPSS 25. Based on the results of the data analysis, obtained value of the coefficient of determination amounted to 5.05%. In addition to the value of the correlation coefficient amounted to 0.711. While the results of partial test (t test) indicated that work environment variables have a significant effect on job satisfaction. It is obtained that the results of t count bigger than t table. Then based on these results it can be concluded that the work environment influence the job satisfaction of employees in SMES Nahla Toys Cikampek.
