This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture and intrinsic motivation on affective commitment. This study also aims to examine whether job satisfaction acts as a mediating variable on the influence of organizational culture and intrinsic motivation on affective commitment to the employees of the Cooperatives and SMEs Service Office of Sleman Regency. This study uses the Associative method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in Sleman Regency, with a sample of 45 employees. The sampling technique used saturated sampling with data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression, Sobel test, coefficient of determination, and standard beta. This study resulted in the findings that organizational culture has an effect on job satisfaction, and intrinsic motivation has an effect on job satisfaction. Likewise, organizational culture influences affective commitment. However, intrinsic motivation has no effect on affective commitment. Other findings show that job satisfaction has an effect on affective commitment. This study also produces findings that job satisfaction mediates the effect of organizational culture on affective commitment, and job satisfaction also mediates the effect of intrinsic motivation on affective commitment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi (X1), Pelayanan Prima (X2) dan Budaya Orgnaisasi (X3) dan pengaruhnya terhadp Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Aston Rasuna Hotel Jakarta, yang mana semua karyawan sejumlah 67 orang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Sehingga teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh, yaitu semua populasi yang ada di perusahaan turut menjadi sampel penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data melalui teknik pengambilan survey yakni dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Meski setelah dilakukan, hanya 59 orang yang mengembalikan kuesioner untuk selanjutnya dilakukan pengolahan data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan suatu aplikasi yakni SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif (signifikan) terhadap kinerja karyawan, Pelayanan prima berpengaruh positif (signifikan) terhadap kinerja karyawan, Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif (signifikan) terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompetensi, pelayanan prima dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif (signifikan) terhadap kinerja karyawan Aston Rasuna Hotel Jakarta.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Pelayanan Prima, Budaya Organisasi, KinerjaThis study aims to determine the effect of Competence (X1), Excellent Service (X2) and Organizational Culture (X3) and its effect on Employee Performance (Y). So the sampling technique in this study is saturated sample, that is, all the population in the company also become the research sample. The method of collecting data through survey collection techniques is by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Even after it was done, only 59 people returned the questionnaire for further data processing. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using an application that is SPSS 25. The results of this study prove that competence has a positive (significant) effect on employee performance, Excellent service has a positive (significant) effect on employee performance, Organizational Culture has a positive (significant) effect on employee performance. Competence, excellent service and organizational culture together have a positive (significant) effect on the performance of Aston Rasuna Hotel Jakarta employees.Keywords: Competence, Excellent Service, Organizational Culture, Performance

Organizational commitment is the attitude of employees or organizational strength in binding employees to remain in the organization. Organizational commitment is the effect of intrinsic personal characteristics and some consequences. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational justice, organizational culture and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. The population of this study is all employees Gangga Express Fast Boat which amounted to 61 people. Data collection was done through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that organizational fairness, organizational culture and job satisfaction have positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. This suggests that with good organizational justice, a good organizational culture and good job satisfaction can encourage employees to stay within the company. Furthermore, in the effort of the company to retain high competency employees it is important to pay attention to these three variables in order to remain committed within the company.   Keywords: organizatinal justice, organization culture, job satisfaction, organizational   commitment.

<p><em>This research was conducted at PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Siak District. This study was conducted to determine what factors that affect job satisfaction at employees of PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Siak District. Population in this research is all employees at PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis of Siak Regency is 48 people. The sampling technique in this study is census, that is all the population is sampled. So the number of samples in this study as many as 48 people. Data analysis used in this research is test of reliability, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination test. While testing hypothesis used F test and t test. The results of this study are simultaneously employee factors and job factors have a significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Siak District with a significance level of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. While the partial factor of employees has a significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Siak District with a significance level of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. Job factors have no significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Siak Regency with significance level 0,235 bigger than 0,05.</em></p><br /><p>Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Kabupaten Siak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Kabupaten Siak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Kabupaten Siak berjumlah 48 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sensus, yaitu semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 48 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji reliabilitas, regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi. Sedangkan pengujian hipotesis digunakan uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini adalah secara simultan faktor karyawan dan faktor pekerjaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Kabupaten Siak dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Sedangkan secara parsial faktor karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Kabupaten Siak dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Faktor pekerjaan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Kabupaten Siak dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,235 lebih besar dari 0,05.</p>

This research has intended to reveal the impact caused by training, motivation and organizational culture on employee performance at the BLSDM Education and Training Center of the Ministry of Communication and Informatics. This research type was included in descriptive quantitative through distributing questions to employees on a Likert scale. The respondents used as many as 40 employees with help from SPPS25 software program, data analysis was carried out by validity, reliability, and some linear regression correlation. The sampling technique obtained from its sample of respondents with the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results showed that; (1) Training had a significant effect on employee performance; (2) Motivation has a significant impact on employee performance; (3) Organizational culture had a significant impact on employees.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga dan Brand Trust Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Sinergy Celular Medan.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung Sinergy Celular Medan sebanyak 77 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui kuesioner (angket) yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel (responden) dan mengumpulkannya kembali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda.Sebelum data diregresikan maka terlebih dahulu di uji keterkaitannya antara variabel, datanya diuji menggunakan uji normalitas data, multikolinearitas, dan heterokedastisitas.Serta untuk mengetahui kontribusi faktor Harga dan Brand TrustTerhadap Keputusan Pembelian digunakan rumus Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hipotesis penelitian diterima apabila t hitung >  t tabel dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,1. Nilai t tabel dalam penelitian ini 1,993. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 2,107 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima, nilai t hitung variabel X2   sebesar 3,405 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima. Kata kunci: Harga, Brand Trust, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThis study aims to determine the Influence of Price and Brand Trust on Purchasing Decision at Sinergy Celular Medan. This study aims to examine the effect of role conflict, role ambiguity, and auditor independence on auditor performance. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with a sample of 35 respondents from 14 Public Accounting Firms in the Jakarta. The data analysis technique used in this study is a multiple linear regression using the IBM SPSS Statistics version 24 program. The results show that: role conflict does not affect auditor performance, role ambiguity does not affect auditor performance, and auditor independence do not affect auditor performance.

Companies need to maintain their survival by developing and earning profits. Consumers have ever-changing tastes and desires, so companies must be prepared to face all these changes and constantly review and improve their offerings. Companies need to pay attention to factors that affect consumers' buying interest, including products, prices, and locations. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of simultaneous product, price, and location on consumer buying interest in Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Residen Surabaya. The study population was all consumers of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya. The sampling technique is based on Hair, et al. (2010), that the number of samples is at least 5 times the number of indicators so that the number of samples in this study is 85 people. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, t test, and F test. The results showed that the product, price, and location partially affected the consumer buying interest of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the t test showing the calculated t value all independent variables are greater than t table (1,989), which is 2,015 for the effect of product variables (X1), 2,608 for the influence of price variables (X2), and 6,037 for the effect of location variables (X3). . The results also show that the products, prices, and locations simultaneously influence consumers' buying interest in Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the F test which shows the value of F count> F table which is 45,001> 2,716.

This study aims to determine the effect of productive zakat, business experience and mentoring on the income of farmers participating in the Lumbung Desa-Sinergi Foundation program in Cibaeud Village, Cigalontang District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method used is an explanatory survey with a questionnaire as the data collection tool. The sampling technique is saturated sampling twith 68 respondents. Linear regression analysis is used as the data analysis technique. The results show that productive zakat and business experience have a positive and significant effect on farmers' income, while the assistance has a positive but not significant effect.

The purpose of this study was to discover the effect of product quality, promotion and brand image on the purchase decision of Moola Pedawa Coffee. This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population was customers who have bought and consumed Moola Pedawa Coffee for 384 respondents, collected by the purposive sampling technique. The data collection method was using questionnaires. The data analysis technique was using multiple linear regression. Hypothesis tests were conducted using the t test and f test. The results showed that partially and simultaneously product quality, promotion, and brand image have a positively effect on purchase decisions

This study aims to examine the predictors and consequences of a fair psychology contract. There are relationships between the degree of reciprocal trust and fair psychological contracts, reward mechanisms for fair psychology contracts, assessment of actual performance to a psychological contract of justice, intrinsic motivation to equitable psychology contracts, equitable psychological contracts on job satisfaction and Intrinsic motivation and Job satisfaction. The population of this study is 205 staff at Perum Damri Regional Division II and data was collected using a purposive sampling technique. The criteria of the respondents chosen were staff or employees who had worked in Damri's general company for at least 1 year. Data analysis techniques in research using software smart PLS 2.0 M3. This study contains 6 hypotheses and from the research, the results of reciprocal degrees of trust influence the fair psychology contract, but the progressive reward mechanism, the assessment of actual performance and intrinsic motivation have no effect. While fair psychology contracts and intrinsic motivation affect employee job satisfaction.
