ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuai pengaruh teman sebaya terhadapperkembangan motivasi belajar siswa kelas VIII A SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Malang. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian ex-post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluru kelas VIII di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Malang dan sampelnya adalah siswa kelas VIII A dengan jumlah 33 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelian ini menggunakan dokumentasi dan angket koesioner. Uji prasarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linearitas, uji hipotesis menggunakan uji korelasi Product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikanantara pergaulan teman sebaya dengan motivasi belajar yang di tunjukan dari hasil rhitung yang dipeolah dengan bantuan SPSS sebeser 0,575, sedangkan rtabel dengan N = 33 pada taraf kesalahan 5% sebesar 0,344, sehingga ρ hitung > ρ tabel (0,575 > 0,344). Selanjutnya ditemukan bahwa mayoritas siswa memiliki skor pergaulan teman sebaya yang berada pada kategori sedang dengan presentase 66,7% dan mayoritas siswa peda motivasi belajar jugatermasuk dalam kategori sedang dengan presentase yaitu sebesar 75,8%.Kata Kunci : Pergaulan teman sebaya, Motivasi belajar, SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Malang.ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to know how the thepeers’s influence towarddevelopment of students’s learning motivation at VIII A Class SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Malang. The kind of this research used ex-post facto with quantitative research. The population is the whole VIII class at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Malang and the sample is the students who is in Class VIII A with amount 33 people. The data collection in this research used documentation and questionnaire. Test prerequisite analysis using normality test and linearity test, hypothesis test using product moment correlation test. The result of thisstudy showed that there was a positive and significant correlation between peerassociation with learning motivation which showed from the result of rhitung which if with the help of SPSS shift 0,575, while rtabel with N = 33 at 5% error level 0,344, so r hitung>r tabel (0,575 > 0.344). Furthermore it was found that the majority of students have peer social scores that are in the medium category with a percentage of 66.7% and the majority of students pedamotivasibelajr also included in the category of premises premisesdenga 75.8%.Keywords: Peers association, Learning motivation, SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Malang.

Motivation to learn can be obtained from the family. A harmonious family can create good learning motivation. However, in modern times there are many families who are not harmonious. This situation causes students to experience a broken home which results in decreased motivation to learn. This study aims to prove the relationship between broken home families and student motivation. This research is a quantitative study using the ex post facto method. The population in this study were all students of class VIII SMPN 1 Pangkah with a research sample of class 8A, 8D, and 8I totaling 95 students. Data collection was carried out by using observation techniques, filling out questionnaires, and psychological scales. The data collected were then analyzed by simple linear regression test after previously having carried out the normality test, linearity test, and hekteroscedasticity test. After collecting the data, it was concluded that from 95 respondents, 80 respondents had a bad family category and 5 respondents were in very bad category. After the regression analysis was carried out, it was found that there was a relationship between broken home families and student learning motivation as much as 22.7%, so it could be concluded that there was a proven relationship between the condition of the broken home family and the learning motivation of the eighth grade students of SMPN 1 Pangkah.

This study aims to determine the method of adult Al-Qur'an education (Dirosa) on the ability to read the Koran. This research is descriptive quantitative research with the ex-post facto design. Determination of the sample is 50% of the population entitled 90, namely 45 research samples. The research data use questionnaire and test instruments that have been tested for validity and reliability. Before carrying out data analysis, the data were tested first, namely normality test and homogeneity test. Data analysis The results of the study used descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis analysis. The results showed that: (1) the method of adult Al-Quran education (Dirosa) as a whole respondents who answered always (SL) by 65%, who answered frequently (SR) by 30%, who answered sometimes (KD) for 5%, who answer rarely (JR) and never (TP) by 0%; (2) Ability to read al-Qur'an respondents with excellent predicate of 43 or 96%, good predicate of 2 or 4%, predicate sufficient, predicate less and predicate failed at 0 or 0%; (3) Based on the results of a simple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of adult Al-Qur'an education methods (variable X) on the ability to read the Qur'an (Variable Y) with the independent variable (method Dirosa) to the honest variable ( Qur'anic reading ability is 67.2%, while other variable costs. Significance value is 0,000 <0,05 so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means there is a significant (significant) influence of the Dirosa (X) method variable on the ability to read the Qur'an (Y). The interpretation of the r-value of 0.820 shows very strong

The purposes of this research were (1) descriptively that to find out considers discipline of students, learning motivation, and  learning method (2) correlationally which was to know relationship among discipline of students, learning motivation, and learning method with students mathematic achievement to eight grade student’s of Junior High School in Piyungan district on 2013/2014 academic year. This research is ex post facto. The population of this research was all students of class VIII in Piyungan district on 2013/2014 academic year with sample size was 112 students. The sampling technique use was cluster random sampling. The techniques of collecting data use questionnaire and test. The techniques of analyzing data applied were regression and correlation analysis. Before that, the testing of precondition analysis used which normality, linearity, multicolinierity analyses. The result of research shows descriptively it considers discipline of students in very high category, considers learning motivation in high category, considers learning method in high category, considers students mathematic achievement in high category. While correlatively that there were positive relationship and significant among discipline of students, learning motivation, learning method with students mathematic achievement with grouply or separately

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of parents 'educational level and learning motivation together on student grades, (2) the influence of parents' educational levels and learning motivation on student scores, (3) the influence of student learning motivation on student grades in general administration subjects in class X Automation and Office Governance in SMK Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti. This type of research is quantitative research with an associative method using SPSS version 20. The instrument used in this study is a research questionnaire. The existing population of 65 students in the sampling used total sampling with a total of 65 students. The instrument trials used validity and reliability tests. Data analysis with descriptive and inductive analysis using normality test, heterokedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple regression test and hypothesis test using F test and t test. From the results of this analysis it can be concluded that: (1) The Level of Parent Education and Learning Motivation together has a positive and significant effect on student scores seen from the value of sig. 0.007 <0.05. (2) There is a negative and insignificant influence on the level of parental education on student scores seen from the Sig. 0.516 > 0.05. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of learning motivation on student grades in general administration subjects seen from the Sig. 0.002 <0.05. Keywords: parental education level, learning motivation, student grad

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1)  hubungan antara sikap belajar dan motivasi belajar kejuruan secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar gambar teknik; (2) hubungan antara sikap belajar dengan hasil belajar gambar teknik; dan (3) hubungan motivasi belajar kejuruan dengan hasil belajar gambar teknik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah ex-post facto. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, uji hipotesis pertama menggunakan regresi ganda pertama dan uji hipotesis kedua dan ketiga menggunakan uji korelasi parsial yang didahului uji persyaratan analisis, yaitu uji normalitas, linieritas dan independensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara sikap belajar dan motivasi belajar kejuruan secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar gambar teknik. (2) Ada hubungan positif dan signifikan sikap belajar dengan hasil belajar gambar teknik. (3) Ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara motivasi belajar kejuruan dengan hasil belajar gambar teknik. Nilai koefisien determinan (R²) = 0,256, artinya besarnya hubungan antara sikap belajar  (X1) dan motivasi belajar kejuruan (X2) dengan prestasi belajar gambar teknik (Y) adalah sebesar 25,6%, sedangkan 74,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.The purpose of this study is to determine: (1) the relationship between learning attitudes and motivation of vocational learning together with the results of learning engineering drawings; (2) the relationship between learning attitudes and learning result of technical drawings; and (3) the relationship of vocational learning motivation with the result of learning technique drawing. This type of research is ex-post facto. Methods of data collection used questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis, first hypothesis test using first multiple regression and second and third hypothesis test using partial correlation test that preceded test requirement analysis, that is normality test, linearity and independence. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant correlation between learning attitudes and vocational learning motivation together with the result of learning technique drawing. (2) There is a positive and significant relationship of learning attitudes with the achievement of learning technique drawing. (3) There is a positive and significant correlation between the motivation of vocational learning with the achievement of learning technique drawing. The value of determinant coefficient (R²) = 0,256, it measn that the correlation between learning attitudes (X1) and vocational learning motivation (X2) toward learning achievement of technical drawing (Y) is 25.6%, while 74.4% is influenced by other factor not discussed in this study.

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of teachers' teaching attitudes towards students' learning motivation and also to find out which teaching attitudes motivated students the most. This research is a quantitative research with Ex Post Facto method. Subjects in this study amounted to 274 students. Collecting data in this study in the form of a questionnaire. Based on the results of calculations from One Way Anova through the SPSS program, there are significant differences in the three teachers' teaching attitudes in influencing students' learning motivation with a significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significant level of 0.05. Real teaching attitudes with permissive teaching attitudes have a significant difference in influencing students' learning motivation, as evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Authoritarian teaching attitude with permissive teaching attitude has a significant difference in influencing student learning motivation, as evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. However, there is no significant difference between real teaching attitudes and authoritarian teaching attitudes in influencing learning motivation, as evidenced by a significant value of 0.126 > 0.05. Meanwhile, the teaching attitude of the teacher which has the greatest influence on students' learning motivation is the real teaching attitude with a value of 4.896. In the second place, there is an authoritarian teaching attitude that has an influence on students' learning motivation with a value of 3,624. And lastly, there is a permissive teaching attitude which has an influence on learning motivation with a value of -3.624.

The objective of this research was to analyze the effect of learning motivation on learning outcomes, the influence of learning discipline on learning outcomes, and the influence of motivation and learning discipline on learning outcomes during online learning. This research was a quantitative research with ex post facto method. The population of this research amounted to 136 students. The sampling technique used was probability sampling using a simple random sampling technique with the outcomes of 58 students. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire to collect data on student answers and documentation in order to obtain data on learning outcomes. The data analysis techniques used was multiple linear regression test. The outcomes of this research indicated that there was an influence between learning motivation on learning outcomes of 62.7%, learning discipline on learning outcomes of 37.3%, and simultaneously learning motivation and learning discipline on mathematics learning outcomes of 65.6%. The conclusion of this study shows that there is an influence between learning motivation and learning outcomes, learning discipline and learning outcomes as well as learning motivation and learning discipline on mathematics learning outcomes in fourth grade students.

Abstract Influence on the effectiveness of Rolling employees work in Manado State Islamic Institute. This study was conducted to address the effect of rolling on the effectiveness of employees working in Manado IAIN environment, thus the goal of this research is to know how to influence employees rolling on the readiness of the effectiveness of work in the neighborhood IAIN Manado. This research is a quantitative research for the study use a lot of numbers, ranging from data collection to the interpretation of the data. Besides this empirically is an ex post-facto research because the data obtained is data results from the events that have taken place, while the technique of data collection using questionnaires which is conducted by researchers to obtain accurate information. Data analysis technique used is simple regression techniques. The results of this study indicate that Rolling employees has positive and significant impact to the effectiveness of work in IAIN Manado as indicated by the results of the analysis of the correlation coefficient (rx,y) of 0. 826 and the value coefficient determinant (r2x,y) of 0.682 and thitung7.319> ttabel 2.060 or p. (0.000< 0.05 at significant level of 5 per cent, it means rolling variable Rolling employees effecting the effectiveness of work by 68.20%. Keywords: rolling employees, effectiveness of work

This research aims to determine the effect of the level of education and training on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration (DISDUKCAPIL) Kota Bekasi. This research is ex post facto research. The sample of this research is the Disdukcapil Kota Bekasi employees who have attended education and training (Diklat) in 2020, totaling 39 people. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test with normality test and linearity test and the hypothesis test used is simple regression analysis. The results showed that education and training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the effect was in the moderate category as indicated by the regression equation Y = 0.870X + 13,584 with a regression coefficient of 0.745, a coefficient of determination of 0.555, and obtained a count of 6.788 greater from t table (6,788>2,026). Based on the coefficient of determination 0.555, it means that 55.5% of employee performance is influenced by the education and training of employees while the remaining 44.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh tingkat pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil (DISDUKCAPIL) Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex post facto. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pegawai Disdukcapil Kota Bekasi yang telah mengikuti pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat) tahun 2020 yang berjumlah 39 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi kalsik dengan uji normalitas dan uji linieritas serta uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan mempunyai  pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan pengaruhnya berada pada kategori sedang yang ditunjukkan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 0,870X + 13,584 dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,745, koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,555 dan diperoleh thitung sebesar 6,788 lebih besar dari ttabel (6,788>2,026). Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi 0,555 artinya 55,5% kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh pendidikan dan pelatihan pegawai sementara sisanya 44,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of frequency of out-school learningactivities and learning motivation towards improving students' natural science learningachievement. This research is quantitative research with an ex-post facto approach. Thesubjects in the study were 8th grade students of SMP Negeri 8 Mataram in the academicyear at 2018/2019 with a total of 260 people. Data collection of science learningoutcomes is obtained from daily tests from teachers in schools while data collectionof the frequency of out-school learning activities and learning motivation is obtainedusing a questionary. The effect of frequency of out-school learning activities and learningmotivation on learning achievement of science are analyzed using analysis of covariance(ANAKOVA). The results of the study show that: 1) the frequency of out-school learningactivities has a significant influence on science learning achievement; 2) student's learningmotivation has a significant effect on science learning achievement, and 3) there is aninteraction between the frequency of out-school learning activities and learning motivationon students' learning achievement in science. The frequency of out-school learningactivities and learning motivation is proven have effect on science learning achievement.
