Expert system is one of the AI Development fields. AI (Artificial Intelligence) is part of a computer science which used the computer to imitate the human thoughts and behavior. The usage of a method in Expert System is very important. Thus, the most compatible method to use is the Certainty Factor method. This method is suitable to be used on Expert System to measure things and diagnosed it, will it be very sure or unsure. For example, Expert System to diagnose disease on strawberry plants. This software allows the user to diagnose the disease on strawberry plants before taking a further action. This software is using PHP programming language and store the data using MySQL system database. When the user consulting to the software, the software will show the symptoms of the disease and the user can choose the level of certainty from the chosen disease symptom. The final result from the software is a form which includes the guide of how to take the measurement of the disease based on the chosen symptoms.

An expert system which is part of artificial intelligence is a computer system that is able to imitate the reasoning of an expert with certain expertise. An expert system in the form of software can replace the role of an expert (human) in the decision-making process based on the symptoms given to a certain level of certainty. This study raises the problem that many women experience, namely not understanding that they have uterine myomas. Many women do not understand and are not aware that there are already symptoms that are felt and these symptoms are symptoms of the presence of uterine myomas in their bodies. Therefore, it is necessary for women to be able to diagnose independently so that they can take treatment as quickly as possible. In this study, the expert will first provide the expert CF values. Then the user / respondent gives an assessment of his condition with the CF User values. In the end, the values obtained from these two factors will be processed using the certainty factor formula. Users must provide answers to all questions given by the system in accordance with their current conditions. After all the conditions asked are answered, the system will display the results to identify that the user is suffering from uterine myoma disease or not. The Expert System with the certainty factor method was tested with a patient who entered the symptoms experienced and got the percentage of confidence in uterine myomas/fibroids of 98.70%. These results indicate that an expert system with the certainty factor method can be used to assist in diagnosing uterine myomas as early as possible.

An FM transmitter or FM transmitter is a source of radio vibrations emitted by a device called an oscillator or oscillator. While the oscillator is a device that can produce high frequencies. The scope of this research is an expert system that is built only to discuss the symptoms and damage to radio transmitters and solutions to fix them. The resulting output is radio transmitter malfunction information and solutions to repair it. The programming language used in solving this problem is PHP by using the mysql database. The method used in solving the damage to the radio transmitter is the certainty factor method.

People with Mental Disorders (ODGJ) as a trigger for people who suffer from disorders of thought, feeling and behavior cause changes in attitudes and behavior that hinder normal human functioning. Mental disorders as a syndrome characterized by a change in a person's behavior that will be associated with symptoms such as difficulties or disorders, as well as psychological functions and behavior that are not confident in dealing with people but can also be with that person. An expert system is an intelligent computer technology that is based on solving problems using inferential knowledge and procedures. As a problem solver, expert systems will also find it easier to make decisions or policies like humans do. This study aims to produce an expert system that is used to analyze mental disorders who can make similar decisions, as well as psychiatric specialists. The data processed in this study is scientific data on mental disorders ranging from types of mental illness, early symptoms of disease and patient diagnosis data by mental health specialists, then the data is processed using the Certainty Factor method and displayed in the form of a web-based application using the PHP programming language. and MySQL databases. The results obtained from testing the expert system using the Certainty Factor method show that there is a match between the results of an expert diagnosis of depression with a certainty level of 73%. An expert system for analyzing mental disorders using the Certainty Factor method can make it easier for sufferers to understand the type of mental disorder they are experiencing.

Intestine is one of the organs of the digestive system in the human body which is shaped like pipes and act as gatekeeper food system for our bodies. Many people do not noticed his intestines health because they are too busy with his activity, or lazy to go to the doctor, even when hospital were many visitors there is also felt a lot of to waste time to queue up because they want to get their turn to be checked and a lot of costs to be incurred. This research discusses about creating expert system to diagnose intestinal diseases using certainty factor method.  Applications developed with Visual Basic programming language with MySQL as its database. The results of this research able to do early diagnosis of the symptoms that is felt system users, and provide diagnostic results such as type of disease suffered, prevention and its information.

In this study, the authors conducted research to apply the Certainty Factor Method to Diagnose Diseases in Livestock and build applications in the application of Reviews These methods. Information technology is now a staple in developing a field. Along with the development of the times, proper information management is needed, so we need an Appropriate computational method. In this case the expert system method is one way to find out or identify diseases in poultry that have been infected with bacteria or viruses. A form of management information system specifically created to support a plan in making decisions to solve a case or problem. Artificial Intelligence (Artifical Intelligence) is one part of computer science that makes machines (computers) can do work as and as well as humans do. Expert System is one of the Artificial Intelligence techniques that attempts to adopt human knowledge into computers, so that computers can solve problems as is usually done by experts. Diagnosing disease in poultry is currently a problem that is still underestimated for most people, this is due to lack of knowledge or lack of information in terms of Overcoming and Preventing Contaminated, viruses or bacteria. Certainty Theory Theory was suggested by Shortlife and Buchanan in 1975 to a accommodate the uncertainty of thinking or inexact reasoning of an expert. Phrases like "maybe", "most likely", "almost Certain". To a accommodate this, Researchers conducted a certainty factor method to describe the level of expert confidence in problems in diseases Suffered by chickens already infected with dangerous viruses.

This paper describes the creation of an expert system that is used to diagnose diseases in chili plants using a web-based certainty factor method. This expert system is made based on the weight of symptoms by experts so that users can find out the disease suffered by chili plants based on symptoms that arise. The symptom weight was calculated using the certainty factor method. This method is used to accommodate uncertainties that are often expressed by experts when detecting a disease. The design and manufacture of this expert system are done using the PHP programming language, MySQL database, CSS and the CodeIgniter framework. The results of the analysis between expert and expert systems have 87.09% compatibility level, and based on the calculation of the feasibility of the system with the Delone and McLean model shows that 77.58% of respondents agree Pakarcabaiku.com is a successful system for detecting chili disease.

INTISARICabai merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman sayuran yang dapat menjadi bumbu masakan atau disajikan secara langsung sebagai bahan tambahan dalam makanan. Cabai juga menjadi sayuran yang paling diminati oleh masyarakat Indonesia, sehingga berpotensi besar untuk dikembangkan dan memiliki nilai ekonomi yang cukup tinggi. Akan tetapi, tanaman cabai memiliki masalah yang kompleks terkait serangan hama dan penyakit yang berpotensi mengurangi produksi dan menyebabkan gagal panen. Sistem pakar merupakan salah satu cabang artificial intelligence dalam ilmu komputer yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menyelesaikan berbagai jenis masalah. Sistem pakar mampu berperan seperti seorang pakar, sehingga mendiagnosa hama dan penyakit pada tanaman cabai. Pengembangan sistem pakar ini menggunakan metode centainty factor. Metode ini dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan dan menampilkan persentase hasil diagnosa terkait hama dan penyakit pada tanaman cabai. Sistem pakar dikembangkan berbasis website supaya menjadi sistem yang dinamis, sehingga dapat di akses melalui komputer ataupun smartphone. Expert system is a branch of artificial intelligence in computer science that can be used to solve various types of problems. The expert system is able to act as a person, thus diagnosing pests and diseases in chili plants. The development of this expert system uses the centacity factor method. This method can assist in making decisions and displaying diagnostic results related to pests and diseases in chili plants. The expert system was developed based on a website to become a dynamic system, so that it can be accessed via a computer or smartphone. The development of artificial intelligence technology that has occurred has allowed expert systems to be applied in detecting disease using programming languages. One in terms of providing information about a variety of disease problems that have recently been feared by Indonesian society, namely stroke. Expert system method used is dempster shafer and certainty factor method is used to analyze the comparison of both methods in stroke.Based on the analysis result, it is found that certainty factor is better than demster shafer and more accurate in handling the knowledge representation of stoke disease according to the symptoms of disease obtained from one hospital in medan city, uniqueness of algorithm that exist in both methods.

Abstrak   Komputer saat ini merupakan perangkat yang sudah menjangkau hampir sebagian besar masyarakat. Kemajuan teknologi dalam bidang komputer telah menjadikan komputer sebagai alat bantu untuk memudahkan pekerjaan manusia dalam berbagai aspek. Salah satu contohnya menghasilkan suatu pendekatan utntuk dapat mengetahui jenis penyakit yang terserag pada tanaman dengan menggunakan metode Certainty Factor. Sistem ini, dapat membantu seseorang untuk mengetahui penyakit yang terserang berdasarkan gejala yang ada pada tanaman serta memberikan solusi untuk penaggulangan atau membasmi penyakit serta hama yang terdapat pada tanaman wortel dengan metode certainty Factor.Dalam  upaya pengendalian hama dan penyakit tanaman wortel secara strategis, seseorang pakar dibutuhkan  untuk bertindak sebagai media bantu, mengingat terbatasnya pengetahuan para praktisi petani wortel dalam mengetahui penyakit pada tanaman serta memberikan solusi kepada petani untuk membasmi penyakit yang terserang pada tanaman wortel.Sistem pakar tanaman memiliki tujuan mengetahui jenis hama dan penyakit, gejala, penyebab, pencegahan, dan menyediakan alternatif solusi penanggulangan hama dan penyakit pada setiap tanaman.
