Today, with the various problems faced by the world community, it requires everyone in various countries to develop technology and science to overcome various problems that are currently faced and predict future problems. Through innovation, the world's technological engineering is felt in the palm of the hand, even if only by means of a cell phone. This condition then inspired the Japanese Cabinet in 2016 to initiate society 5.0 or Society 5.0 through the Japanese Cabinet within the framework of the 5th Science and Technology Basic Plan. The big vision carried by the Japanese Cabinet in the 5th design and technology plan is to create a Super Intelligent Society (MSC). MSC is positioned as the fifth stage of development in the social structure of society, after previously the hunter / gatherer, agrarian, industrial, and information societies. In line with the development and innovation referred to above, the demand for services in the property sector, especially in building buildings, is getting higher. So that the concept of "Smart Building" or better known as Smart Building / Intelligent Building is created. This concept was born as a result of increasing human welfare and changes in modern life patterns that demand a level of service and management of the building environment, which greatly affects the welfare and services in the workplace, which in turn will affect productivity, morality and satisfaction. Therefore, efforts to adjust the current conditions between the speed of information technology development and the growth of a new generation of humans in this era which are almost linear / concurrent, as well as between society and building, are an effort that must be made so that technological and social developments can coincide. . This effort is what is meant by reformulation of Smart Buildings in the Concept of Society 5.0.

The relevance of the article is because in parallel with the processes of introduction of innovations in the field of automation and computerization of the banking system, the number of types of banking risks associated with innovations in the field of on-line customer service and internal Bank reporting, as well as information systems. As a result of this article, we have studied the latest legislative acts of the Central Bank of Russia as a mega-regulator and summarized the practice of both individual credit institutions and the banking sector in the field of information technology development risks in the banking sector. To strengthen the development of new financial technologies in the digital economy, it is necessary to regularly discuss the emergence of new phenomena and innovations; to consider the possibility of further analysis of existing methodological developments to exchange best practices of banks. Building an effective it security risk management system is not a one-time project. Still, a complex process is important, focused on minimizing external and internal threats and taking into account the limitations on resources and time factor

Nowadays RF have a lot of obstacles. The intense process of globalization, the rapid development of information technology, development of a new instruments of geo-cultural and ideological influence not only lead to problems in the way of expansion of the Russian world, but also to the need to enhance the security of the current geo-cultural space of Russian Federation and design its system concept. The author notes that the new internal doctrine of RF is penetrated by a nostalgia for a powerful state status. Its main task is to strengthen the unity of society by strengthening civic identity. Therefore we do not underestimate the practical importance of theoretical developments in cultural, ideological and informational spheres. The ideology which promoted by Russian state media includes the concept of «russkiy mir» that actually justify claims to territories which are inhabited by ethnic Russians. This idea appeals to the Orthodox fundamentalism, as well as the Eurasian geopolitical and historical myths of permanent confrontation between Russia and the West. The main reason for the success of ideological propaganda – in a primitive but effective substitution of concepts. In conclusion the author stresses that the process of forming a single geo-cultural world of the Russian Federation does not impose functional and effective integration ideology and current Russian civilization and socio-cultural projects are not attractive and competitive position to societies and elites of neighbor states but can be used to consolidate the political situation inside Russia. This paper presents a manufacturing systems engineering view of important issues relating to IT research and development. It argues for an approach to the next phase of information technology development which is heavily based on real-world applications with the dominant influences held by educated users and engineers who have added computing skills, rather than information technologists. It argues for ‘consolidation’ with particular attention to total systems integration and an emphasis on the need to professionally engineer the human interface.

Purpose – This study aims at capturing the perspectives of construction professionals into a classified taxonomy of the various characteristics of smart buildings and at developing an index able to define their level of smartness. Design/methodology/approach – A questionnaire survey has been administrated to construction professionals in the service of designers, constructors and owners. Results have been analyzed with the Kruskal–Wallis test and they have been used to develop a smartness index. Findings – Designers and owners are more focused on the energy issue than constructors. The energy captures the attention of practitioners with less years of experience, confirming that the awareness of the energy topic is rather recent. Originality/value – The main characteristics of smart buildings have been structured in domains and subdomains. Their importance has been rated by construction professional and a smartness index for smart building has been developed to provide with a convenient tool for evaluation and benchmarking.

Successful commercialization of a cell therapy requires more than proving safety and efficacy to the regulators. The inherent complexity of cellular products delivers particular manufacturing, logistical and reimbursement hurdles that threaten commercial viability for any therapy with a less than spectacular clinical profile that truly changes the standard of care. This is particularly acute for autologous cell therapies where patients receive bespoke treatments manufactured from a sample of their own cells and where economies of scale, which play an important role in containing the production costs for small molecule and antibody therapeutics, are highly limited. Nevertheless, the promise of ‘game-changing’ efficacy, as exemplified by very high levels of complete responses in refractory haematological malignancies, has attracted capital investments on a vast scale, and the attendant pace of technology development provides promising indicators for future clinical and commercial success.

Presently, due to the establishment of a sensor network, residual buildings in urban areas are being converted into smart buildings. Many sensors are deployed in various buildings to perform different functions, such as water quality monitoring and temperature monitoring. However, the major concern faced in smart building Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) is energy depletion and security threats. Many researchers have attempted to solve these issues by various authors in different applications of WSNs. However, limited research has been conducted on smart buildings. Thus, the present research is focused on designing an energy-efficient and secure routing protocol for smart building WSNs. The process in the proposed framework is carried out in two stages. The first stage is the design of the optimal routing protocol based on the grid-clustering approach. In the grid-based model, a grid organizer was selected based on the sailfish optimization algorithm. Subsequently, a fuzzy expert system is used to select the relay node to reach the shortest path for data transmission. The second stage involves designing a trust model for secure data transmission using the two-fish algorithm. A simulation study of the proposed framework was conducted to evaluate its performance. Some metrics, such as the packet delivery ratio, end-end delay, and average residual energy, were calculated for the proposed model. The average residual energy for the proposed framework was 96%, which demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed routing design.
