The article presents the directions of development of the methodology of compliance control as one of the forms of control and audit activities of organizations. A system of expert-analytical methods and tools is proposed, a feature of which is the grouping of methods by types and functions of compliance control. In the course of the study, it was found that analytical indicators play the role of indicators indicating possible risks of violation of regulatory legal acts, and make it possible to quickly predict and assess the financial losses of an organization.

Background: Captopril is the synthetic dipeptide used as an angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor. Captopril is used to treat hypertension as well as for the treatment of moderate heart failure. Analytical instrumentation and methodology plays an important role in pharmaceutical analysis. Methods: This review presents some important applications of electrochemical modes used for the analysis of captopril. So far captopril has been analyzed by using different bare and modified working electrodes with a variety of modifiers from organic and inorganic materials to various types of nano particles/materials. Results: This paper presents some of the methods which have been published in the last few years i.e. from 2003 to 2016. This review highlights the role of the analytical instrumentation, particularly electrochemical methods in assessing captopril using various working electrodes. Conclusion: A large number of studies on voltammetry noted by means of various bare and modified electrodes. Among all of the published voltammetric methods, DPV, SWV, CV and miscellaneous modes were trendy techniques used to analyze captopril in pharmaceutical formulations as well as biological samples. Electrodes modified with nanomaterials are promising sensing tools as this showed high sensitivity, good accuracy with precision as well as selectivity. In comparison to chromatographic methods, the main advantages of electrochemical methods are its cheaper instrumentation, lower detection limit and minimal or no sample preparation.

This paper aims to share the experience acquired with students of the 3rd year (namely the 12th grade of the Portuguese educational system) at the Vocational School for the Recovery of Heritage of Sintra in the Course of Studies for Conservation and Restoration Assistants in the field of Plaster Restoration, in the classes of Work-Related Training and Analytical Methods of Examination and Laboratory Analysis, by carrying out theoretical-practical work and training in a work context specifically focused on Portuguese heritage, demonstrating how practical classes motivate students and prepare them for future professional work. This vocational course helps students to reflect and question themselves on the role of “looking” at heritage. Thus, its cross information, both interdisciplinary and from the historical-artistic context of the monument, will provide a better perspective over its materiality and its use. In situ learning awakens students to the reality of work. The notion that they are helping to maintain the memory of ancestors credits them and gives them confidence in their work. After presenting their Final Year Projects, they look at heritage with a more awakened vision. With this, they have the perception that they have contributed to the reconstruction of memory, their cultural heritage.

This article raises the problem of improving the analysis of the financial condition of an eco-nomic entity and its use in the compliance control system. The main tasks of using the analysis in the compliance control system in order to increase the efficiency of corporate management of the economic activity of an economic entity have been determined. It is emphasized that the analysis of the financial condition is one of the mandatory components of both internal control and compliance control, the differences in the use of the analysis results are analyzed. It is concluded that the role of financial analysis and its use in the compliance control system in order to improve the efficiency of corporate governance is constantly increasing in order to prevent compliance risks and regulatory risks due to external influence of supervisors.

In mammals it is well known the role of the elastic fibres in the lung development and its fundamental importance in the process of distending and recoil of the organ as a whole. The bird's lungs are compact and virtually non-expansible.After morphological studies on elastic fibres distribution and quantification by image analysis we carried out a study on biochemical methods to quantify elastin in the avian lung, using domestic fowl (Gallus gallus) as an experimental model. We made use of two analytical methods for the elastin determination in these animal lungs from the 14th day of hatching until the 42nd day after hatchling.

ملخص البحث:شهد العصر الأيّوبيّ صراعًا محتدمًا بسبب الحروب الصليبيّة، وتركت هذه الحروب آثارها و مظاهرها على المجتمع وصبغته بصبغتها وثارت مشاعر الغضب في كلَّ البلاد الإسلامية. يناقش هذا البحث دور الشعر و الشعراء بوصفهم طائفة من النسيج الاجتماعي لهذا المجتمع، ويحاول البحث الإجابة عن أسئلة، منها: هل كان لهم دورٌ في هذا الصراع؟ وكيف كانت نظرتهم لهذه الحرب الضروس؟ وهل آمنوا بأنّ الكلمة فعل فالتزموا بها، أم اكتفوا بالاشتراك فيها بذواتهم؟ وسوف ننظر إلى آثارهم في هذه الحروب، ونبين ما امتازت به أشعارهم، وأيّ الطرق سلكوا في وصفها، وبأيّ لون تلون شعرهم. ومنهج الباحث في ذلك هو المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي.الكلمات المفتاحية: الجانب الدينيّ- تمجيد البطولة- وصف المعارك- السخرية- أدوات الحرب.Abstract:The Ayyubic period had witnessed heated conflicts as a result of the Crusades. The series of armed campaigns had left their marks on societies and invoked the feeling of anger in the lands of the Muslims. This paper discusses the role of poets and poems as part of the societies. It tries to answer the questions, among others: Did they have any role in this conflict? What were their views in these fierce wars? Did the poets believe in the words of their poems thus committing to the cause or were they just sympathets with them? We look at the effects of wars and try to find the features that made them stand out from the rest, the methods of description employed by the poets and the tone that coloured their poems. Descriptive and analytical methods were used in this study.Keywords: Religious aspect – idolization of heroes – description of wars – irony – tools of warAbstrak:Zaman Al-Ayubi telah menyaksikan konflik yang ketara disebabkan siri peperangan Salib yang telah meninggalkan kesan yang mendalam ke atas masyarakat dan meniupkan kemarahan ke seluruh dunia Islam. Kajian ini membincangkan peranan yang dimainkan oleh syair serta penyair sebagai sebahagian daripada kelompok masyarakat ini, setrusnya mengupas beberapa persoalan, antaranya: Adakah para penyair mempunyai peranan dalm konflik tersebut? Apakah pandangan mereka terhadap peperangan yang sengit itu? Adakah mereka percaya bahawa kata-kata berupa tindakan lalu mereka berpegang teguh dengannya, atau sekadar berperanan seadanya? Kita akan melihat peranan mereka dalam peperangan ini and menyatakan ciri-ciri yang terdapat dalam syair mereka, pendekatan yang diambil untuk menggambarkannya, corak dan bentuk syair mereka. The global economic impact of basketball is measured in tens of billions of dollars and requires the efficient use of resources to maximize success on and off the court. Today, coaches, players, investors, and owners need to take full advantage of modern analytical methods and digital video software capabilities to make the most efficient use of a teams resources. This research is the first in a series that makes full use of modern analytic methods and begins to define new defensive and offensive criteria to supplement the decades old game box score performance information. Data envelopment analysis and statistical methods are used to evaluate two new defensive performance metrics on defensive efficiency. The two new defensive metrics are contested and uncontested passes that are fully defined in the articles appendix. Future research will expand the sample size and allow for more comprehensive models of basketball team defensive efficiency.

<em>The compliance control of Lung Tuberculosis patients to Poli Paru is influenced by several factors one of which is the Hospital environmental factors (doctors, nurses, midwives, and other health teams). Nurses are a profession very close to patients, one of the approaches used by nurses is the role of the nurse as an Educator. The purpose of this study was to know the relationship between the role of the Nurse Educator with the compliance control of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Medika Mulia Hospital, Tuban. The method used in this research was the correlation analytic method with a cross-sectional research design. The research in this study involved 66 pulmonary TB patients in Pulmonary Medika Mulia Hospital of Tuban with the determination of the sample using a systematic random sampling method. Data collection was carried out by questionnaire using </em>Spearman rho<em> test data analysis. From the results of the analysis obtained data with a significance value of 0.003 (p &lt;0.05) which means there was a positive relationship between the role of Educator nurses with compliance with Lung Tuberculosis patient compliance. Therefore, HI was accepted, namely the close relationship between the role of the Educator nurse and the compliance control of Lung Tuberculosis patients in the Pulmonary Poli Medika Mulia Hospital, Tuban.</em><em> The results of this study provided input to nurses in the development of nursing knowledge, specifically the role of nurses as educators in the Pulmonary Poli Medika Mulia Hospital of Tuban to improve control compliance in pulmonary TB patients.</em>

The subject of this paper is the study of the use in practice of the components of the project portfolio in optimal condition. An important issue in the study of this project is the evaluation of the effectiveness of these components. Attention is paid to the portfolio of projects where it is possible to carry out continuous restructuring in accordance with the limited investment opportunities. The authors have developed energy-efficient methods of project management and control at all stages of construction. The role of the utility function in the formation of the investment portfolio is also considered. A model for calculating the indicators of the project portfolio is developed on the example of building a network of banks in Russia. This model allows you to avoid financial losses, evaluate your activities, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of projects.

Background. Being in a certain language environment, a person accumulates language resources, correlates them with the realities of objective reality on a subconscious level, as well as with the communicative intention and being used analogy, models the nominative unit. The appearance of the new name is based on the so-called “finished material”, that is the word-forming means and word-forming models which are available in the language.Purpose. To describe the role of analogy in the creation of derived nominative units in language and speech against the background of modern trends of verbalization of the realities of the surrounding actuality.Methods. The abstraction and descriptive-analytical methods were used to study the role of analogy in the verbalization of the realities of actuality.Results. The use of analogies is influenced by various factors: usually when the nominators use language actively to create according to a known wordforming model a name for a new concept or to offer an expressive name to an existent name of a known reality in a particular speech situation. Sometimes the analogy is used due to lack of speech experience to fill the nominative gap in a certain communicative situation.Depending on the nominative intention of the speaker and the corresponding models-samples it is possible to define kinds of applicable analogies: proper-nominative, associative, expressive, situational-compensatory, situational-correlative, nominative-adaptive.Discussion. The analogy often accompanies the process of verbalization of the realities of objective actuality, makes it simpler, systematizes, unifies the nominative resource of the modern Ukrainian language. The perspective of the research is to identify the most productive sample structures, according to which the nominative process takes place in different onomasiological categories.
