Islamic teachings require parents to educate children by using appropriate and memorable methods. This paper examines the da'wah methods of Banjare parents to educate children so that they adhere to the teachings of Islam. The purpose of this research is to investigate the practice of Islamic values of Banjare parents in raising their children to obey the teachings of Islam perfectly. This research uses quantitative survey methods. Survey forms are distributed to 160 at Sekolah Menengah Pertama (Junior High School). Data were analyzed using the SPSS application method for Windows (Version 23). The results found that parents of Banjare tribes told their children to pray five times a day, train children to fast, read the Koran, respect parents and teachers, guard the limits of genitalia, keep halal food and non-halal food, control emotional stability, design emotional periods, front of the child, guiding the child's behaviour and having the children dress modestly. The implication of this research shows that parents from the Banjare tribe are seen teaching their children to obey God, educating children so that children are of good morality and obedient to Islamic law.Keywords: Da'wah Method, Parents, Education Child, and Obedience to Islamic Teachings.

The attitude of students during the learning process is essential to be known by an educator to understand how to deal with students in the class. This study aims to determine how students 'attitudes towards science subjects and this study also aim to determine whether there is a comparison of students' attitudes towards natural science subjects in junior high schools in Indonesia. This research was conducted at some state junior high schools in Jambi. Specifically, the research sites were Junior High School 5, Junior High School 6, and Junior High School 26 in Jambi. The research design used in this study was a quantitative approach with survey methods. The research instrument was a science attitude questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results showed that students' attitudes toward science subjects based on indicators of adoption of scientific attitudes, fun in learning science, and interest in increasing the time to study science were in good categories and also there are significant differences of students’ attitude towards science subjects in the three schools with a comparison value of 0.042 < 0.05.

Problem is a state that is not in line with expectations and must be solved immediately. The junior high school student is in the early adolescent phase, which finds many major changes in him that can cause problems. Guidance and conseling services should be provided in accordance with the problems experienced by students and their needs. However, guidance and conseling teachers have difficulty identifying the problems that affect the giving of guidance and counseling services. This study observes the problems experienced by students in junior high school with the number of respondents as many as 193 students. They are first year students of junior high school in Yogyakarta. We analyzed student problems using survey methods with problem-based guidance and counseling instrument, namely Alat Ungkap Masalah (AUM) Umum. The results showed that the 3 highest problem experienced by junior high school students in Yogyakarta covered 45% of he Social Relationship, 44% Personality, and Physical Health got 40%.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pola asuh orangtua dengan agresivitas anak pada siswa di SMPN 194 Jakarta Timur. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi penelitian seluruh siswa kelas IX SMPN 194 Jakarta Timur dengan sampel sebanyak 35 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui: (1) data berdistribusi normal dan terdapat linieritas regresi antara kedua variable; (2) koefisien korelasi Product Moment sebesar -0,495 yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang kuat dan signifikan antara pola asuh dengan agresivitas anak. (3) hasil uji determinasi diketahui bahwa pola asuh orang tua berkontribusi terhadap agresivitas anak sebesar 24,24%; dan (4) hasil uji regersi diketahui bahwa setiap peningkatan satu satuan pada pola asuh akan menyebabkan penurunan agresifitas anak sebesar 0,36 satuan. Kata kunci: Agresivitas, Pola Asuh Orangtua, Anak Abstract The purpose of the study to determine the relationship between parenting style with children agresiveness in 194 Jakarta Junior High School. The study was conducted in 194 Jakarta Junior High School, for four months, starting from October 2013 - February 2014 . Methods research using survey methods with a correlational approach. The population of this research is all students in grade IX with 35 student as sample was taken by using purposive sampling. The resulting regression equation is Y = 54.08 to 0.36 X. The results of normality test error count normal distribution with 0.0583 L ( L Table 0.150 ) . The results of the linearity test with a linear regression is calculated F 1.23 ( F Table 2.28 ) . Hypothesis test results that test the significance of the regression is significant with F count 10.70 ( F Table 4.13 ) . The correlation coefficient of Pearson Product Moment generating rxy = - 0.495 . It can be concluded that the correlation coefficient rxy = - 0.495 is significant . The results of the study and test hypotheses about the relationship, found that there is a negative relationship between parenting style with aggressive students in the 194 Jakarta Junior High School, East Jakarta. The coefficient of determination obtained for 24.48 % 24.48 % which indicates that the aggressiveness of the child is determined by parental upbringing. This study aims to determine the relationship between compensation andorganizational commitment junior high school teachers in the district Pulo Gadung. Theresearch approach is a quantitative approach to the method used survey methods. Thisstudy uses correlational study analysis. The study population was Junior highschoolteachers in the district Pulo Gadung with the sample amounted to 79 teachers. Samplingwas done randomly by using simple random sampling with data collection using thequestionnaire. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between compensation andorganizational commitment. This means that the higher the compensation it will furtherenhance the organization's commitment junior high school teachers in the district PuloGadung.

This study aims to analyze the ability of scientific work skills, junior high school science materials, and describe and explain the climate of junior high school science learning for development of learning instruments with a scientific approach. This research is a descriptive study with survey methods. The research population was all interested parties, namely the organizers, class IX students, and the users of the graduates. A total of 495 respondents were selected as samples determined by the purposive sampling technique. The results showed that stakeholders support the need for scientific work skills that need to be responded to as much as 92.7%. The junior high school science programmed by the curriculum can facilitate learning with a scientific approach of 93.7%. Stakeholders assess the learning climate are considered adequate (good) with a mean conversion score of 4.33.

The study was conducted because it wanted to provide information about student activities in basketball extracurricular activities for junior high school students in Bangkalan Regency during the COVID19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative research approach using survey methods with questionnaires or questionnaires. This study aims to 5 schools that have been surveyed with 91 students as respondents. The instrument by collecting data from respondents is a questionnaire using a Likert scale with 10 statements compiled. From the results of the study, students still carried out basketball extracurricular activities even though it was still a COVID-19 pandemic in accordance with the coach's directions including physical activities and movement techniques. Based on the results of the junior high school basketball extracurricular survey research in Bangkalan Regency during the COVID-19 pandemic, it can be interpreted that students are still doing physical activities and playing basketball and coaches are still providing training directions to students who take basketball extracurricular activities even though it is still a pandemic. This study was conducted in Islamic Junior High school (MTs) throughout sub-district of Kadipaten, Majalengka, with a focus of research on aspects of organizational culture, school climate, quality of education services, and quality of graduates. This study aims at descriptively analyzing the organizational culture, school climate, quality of education services, and quality of graduate students. Moreover, it also aims at verily analyzing the effect of organizational culture and school climate on the quality of education services in Islamic Junior High school (MTs) throughout sub-district of Kadipaten, Majalengka, both partially and simultaneously, and the effect of the quality of educational services on the quality of graduates. The research method used is descriptive and verification survey methods. Data collection is carried out primarily and secondarily. The sampling method used is proportional sampling using the Slovin formula. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicated that the organizational culture was categorized as good, yet there were still weaknesses in the aspect of the teachers' aggressiveness. The school climate was considered good, yet there were still weaknesses in the aspect of the institutional environment. The quality of education services was quite good, yet there were still weaknesses in the aspect of responsiveness. The quality of graduates was categorized as good, yet there were still weaknesses in the aspects of affective abilities. The results of the verification study showed the organizational culture and school climate had a positive and significant effect on the quality of education services, as well as the quality of education services had a positive and significant effect on the quality of student graduates.
