Therefore, the research is aimed at substantiating and developing proposals to improve the effectiveness of innovative development of agrarian enterprises with the use of marketing instrumentarium. To achieve the aim, research methods such as analysis and synthesis, comparison, generalization, statistical analysis, structural and logical method, systematization are applied. The indicators of innovative development of food production enterprises are analyzed in accordance with KVED-2010. The key factors that determine the feasibility of using marketing instrumentarium in the innovative development of agrarian enterprises are identified. The main advantages of using information and communication technologies as an important marketing instrument in the innovative activities of agrarian enterprises are defined. Global trends in the development of the digitalization process in agriculture are examined. Information and communication technologies (ICT) can provide added value in an organizational context in order to enhance the definition of business support strategies. The purpose of the chapter is to focus on the contribution of ICT to implement a sustainability policy in the organizations, in the context of the sustainable development goals to improve cooperation and promote development. In this context, the principles of the Karlskrona Manifesto are applied to the development of software systems. The methodology focused on the literature review of the domain and on a case study, in order to analyze the impact of ICT as an engine of sustainability in organizations. The main conclusions focus on the analysis of the impact of established practices in organizations to design and develop sustainable software systems. The results point to a greater consciousness of the potential effects of software systems on sustainability, which will improve management practices, reducing the quantity of material to be recycled, and aligning organizational strategies with Green IT.

The article substantiates the importance of organizing special training of future specialists of psychological and pedagogical profile to work with gifted children. It is emphasized that such children belong to the modern «Alpha generation», whose personal development from the first years of life takes place in the digital space, as well as that the use of information and communication technologies is an important factor in the successful organization of distance learning in higher education in solving the problem of forming innovative, creative, competent teachers of gifted children in particular. It was found out that the communication potential and interactivity of ICT provides the subjects of the educational process opportunities for creative communication, exchange of information, cooperation in performing common tasks, increase interest, deepen knowledge about the phenomenon of giftedness and development of non-cognitive qualities needed for future educators with gifted children. The methodical features of conducting lectures-visualizations on pedagogical disciplines with the use of electronic presentations aimed at forming in future educators components of readiness to work with gifted children are presented. The importance of electronic educational resources in expanding students' knowledge about various aspects of working with gifted children is shown. The experience of creating a virtual teacher's site «Teaching creatively» is presented, in which it is integrated the capabilities of online services in accordance with the didactic purpose, taking into account the age and individual characteristics of gifted children. The teacher's virtual website «Teaching creatively» has a clear structure, its creation involves the use of online services that allow you to design interactive tasks, provide feedback, record educational videos and conduct research. The main conclusion of the study is that the use of information and communication technologies, electronic educational resources in terms of distance / blended learning significantly improves the quality of training of future teachers to work with gifted children.

In the context of intensified business competition and globalization of markets, the strategic use of the Internet in e-commerce can provide a business advantage. The research scope was the evaluation and benchmarking of pharmaceutical companies’ Websites in Greece, in order to draw conclusions about the level of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) use and specifically the ways they become active in e-business. For the evaluation of the Websites, the authors used scientifically acceptable criteria suited to the business sector of our research. From the survey, it was unveiled that pharmaceutical companies operating in Greece have a rather limited Web presence. Specifically, out of the 112 pharmaceutical companies, only 60 have developed their own Website with the multinationals to be more active. In addition, the majority of the pharmaceutical companies’ Websites provide business information but limited additional information and interactive features to potential users. In conclusion, the pharmaceutical industry in Greece must undergo critical steps to further obtain an anthropocentric approach that the global pharmaceuticals sector has already begun to adopt.

Global processes and their trends taking place in various fields of knowledge with a significant acceleration affect the development of information and communication technologies and project management competences, programs and project portfolios. The purpose of the article is to develop and investigate the mechanisms for assessing the project managers’ competences for their development based on global trends and Agile's flexible methodology in project management in creating modern information and communication technologies in the field of project management. Global trends that create challenges in developing project management competences and programs are related to global acceleration, digitalization of society, development of block chains, cloud and fog technologies, active introduction of intelligent systems, transition from "rational economy" to "behavioural economy". The convergence of these trends creates a new platform for the effectiveness of applying existing methodologies, knowledge systems and methods for evaluating the competence of project managers. On the basis of convergence, integration and harmonization of methodologies for project and program management, a step-by-step approach to research has been identified. The formation of an updated system of competences based on global trends lies in the replacement of paradigms from traditional life cycle project models to flexible models such as Agile. Decision-making in the conditions of uncertainty on the basis of datamining become more justified. The article deals with modern information models of projects and programs, changing system of project managers’ competences, bringing together decision-making models and methods. At the same time, the change of competences, as actions or functions that project managers must perform, affects the model of competency and the assessment system, including key indicators of competency. The informative model of diagnostics application of competency models and methods of project management in digital and "behavioural economics" is based on the use of flexible methodologies. Some key indicators of competency are defined that are applied in the assessment of the project manager competency based on his competences in the project team. Patterns of project managers' behaviour when designing product and project management have been studied. The patterns allowed authors to identify bottlenecks in applying Agile project management methodologies in the convergence of trend information models and technologies. An example of information technology for managing the competency assessment of project managers by the IPMA ICB4 model is given.
