The data used is secondary data in the 2015-2019 period. The data analysis method uses Location Quotient (LQ) analysis, Dynamic Location Question (DLQ), and SWOT analysis. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the commodity understudy is included in the base sector or non-base sector by using Location Quotient (LQ) analysis, Dynamic Location Question (DLQ), and its development strategy in Kerinci Regency using SWOT analysis. It was found that the commodities of shallots, chilies, potatoes, cabbage, Chinese cabbage, sweet potatoes, and tomatoes were included in the base commodities using the LQ method. In contrast, with the DLQ method, all the commodities studied would be the basis in the future.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the strategy of developing Tikus island of Bengkulu province tourism. This type of research is a descriptive exploratory study, using primary (observation and questionnaire) and secondary data obtained by the Bengkulu Province Tourism Office, with samples in this study totaling 125 people. Methods of data analysis using SWOT Analysis. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis (Strenghts, Weakness, Opportunity and Treaths) showed that the strategy of developing Tikus Island Bengkulu province consisting of internal strategic factors (IFAS) consisting of Strength (S) and Weakness (W) obtained a total score of 4.28, this means that the attraction Tikus Island Bengkulu province has a strength that is greater than weakness. Whereas external factors (EFAS), which consist of opportunities and Threats (T) with a total score of 4.25 and opportunities (O) of 2.32, which means that the attraction Tikus Island Bengkulu province has a greater opportunity from threats. The meeting point between strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats is in quadrant I, which means that the strategy implemented is to support aggressive strategy. In this quadrant I shows that attractions Tikus Island Bengkulu province have equal opportunities and Weakness (W) so that the strategy that can be applied is to support aggressive policies (Growth Oriented Strategy, namely by developing transportation and supporting facilities to the region).

The purpose of this study was to determine the class-leading commodity and land capability and potential of land that can be used for agricultural development in Buru. Data analysis method used was overlying maps, Location Quotient (LQ) and Shift Share Analysis (SSA) to determine the main commodity. The result is elaborated as follow inequality in Buru can be seen from inadequate infrastructure especially the condition of road, education and health facilities. Based on analysis of LQ and SSA in the Buru Regency, Commodities priorities in this region are sweet potatoes, peanuts, green beans, peppers, onion, tomato, spinach, kale, squash, eggplant, beans, avocado, mango, jackfruit, durian, orange, papaya, banana, cashew, and clove. The potential cultivate land for each sub-districts as Namlea (22390.73 ha), District Waeapo (68615.62 ha), District of Waplau (22173.26 ha), District Batabual (7920.27 ha) and District Air Buaya (10985.77 ha) that can be utilized for the development of agriculture-based according to the vision of Buru and in accordance with the commodity that exist in each district.

Attractions Puger Beach in Jember District, East Java Province. Puger Beach 35 km northwest of the city of Jember known as a fish auction, will Puger Beach has a very interesting beauty with a large waves also can be used for surfing. Another potential that can be developed is the island of Nusa Barong is located not far from Puger Beach, Development of attractions that must be done with more focused and sustainable.The formulation of this research is how is the strategy of puger beach tourism development in increasing the tourists in Jember District Government? So the purpose of the research is to analyze the strategy of puger beach tourism development in increasing the tourists. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by conducting interviews to tourism managers, the public. Related offices and visitors who are in the location of research, while secondary data obtained from BPS, Department of Culture and Tourism Kab. Jember, libraries and internet, data analysis techniques used using Descriptive Analysis method while to obtain tourism development strategy using SWOT analysis.Based on the results of data analysis and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded tourism object. Puger Beach can be developed using aspects of attractiveness, accessibility aspects, aspects of activities and facilities, social, economic and cultural aspects. Seaweed is one of the leading commodities in the marine sector which has a high selling value. However, this potential is currently not optimally utilized in Karawang Regency. Karawang Regency has a large enough potential for aquaculture ponds, has a pond area of 18,273.30 hectares, and only 1% is cultivated for seaweed. This research aims to formulate a seaweed cultivation business development strategy that has not developed optimally. The respondents in this research were all 60 seaweed cultivators in Karawang Regency. The data used were primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through an interview with seaweed cultivators and using the questionnaire. Secondary data were obtained from institutions/agencies related to research, such as the Karawang Regency Fisheries Service The data analysis method used in this research is qualitative analysis. Qualitative analysis was used to determine a seaweed cultivation development strategy using a SWOT analysis. The results showed that the relative position of seaweed cultivation development based on the SWOT analysis is in the first quadrant which means the strategy used is a progressive or aggressive. The progressive strategy of developing seaweed cultivation can be carried out with strategies such as increasing production to meet the demand for seaweed, expanding the area for seaweed cultivation, empowering local communities about seaweed cultivation and diversifying processed seaweed products.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the excellent sector in Dharmasraya District and analyze the development strategy of the top sector in Dharmasaraya district. The study used secondary data using 17 research sectors in Dharmasraya District, during the year 2014-2018. Data analysis techniques are used to analyse superior sectors and analyze strategies to develop superior sectors using the Location Quotient (LQ) and Shift share analytical techniques. As for data processing using Microsoft Excel. The study on spatial dimension of buffalo development in Brebes is intended to (1) analyze the regional shifting patterns of buffalo development within a period of 5 years (2012-2016) and (2) to identify the relationship between the number of farmland areas and the population of buffalo in Brebes Regency. This research employs a secondary data analysis method by utilizing the available data analyzed using a spatial analysis. Location Quotient (LQ) analysis is conducted to analyze the regional shifting patterns of buffalo followed with a product moment correlation analysis to identify the relationship between the number of farmland areas and the population of buffalo livestock. The results show that the buffalo population is related to the number of ​​rice plant areas (P <0.05) as well as that of the peanut plant areas (P <0.01). For the last 5 years (2012-2016), there is no regional shifting pattern in the center for buffalo development in Brebes Regency. The centralization of buffalo develoment in Brebes Regency is located in Salem, Bumiayu, Sirampog, Tonjong, Larangan and Songgom sub-district

This study aims to find out how the development strategy of Lembang Dano situ in Village of Cipada, and to get the right strategy for the development of Lembang Dano tourist attractions. The data has taken of primary data and secondary data, where primary data is obtained from questionnaires and interviews to predetermined sources and secondary data obtained from agencies and agencies related to this study. The analytical tool used the SWOT analysis method the results of the research show that the development strategy needs to first determine the factors that are strengths and weaknesses (internal environment) ourism potential in Lembang Dano Cipada Village, then combines with the opportunities and threats from outside (external environment). The Existence of Agricultural Sector in Bangli Regency Economic Structure Contribution of agricultural sector to economy of Bangli Regency has decreased during 2011-2015 with relatively slow growth. This condition indicates that there has been a structural transformation of the economy, therefore it is necessary to analyze the existence of agricultural sector in terms of its current and future role whether it is still a leading sector or will turn into non-leading sectors. This study uses secondary data in the form of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) by industry of Bangli Regency and Bali Province in 2011-2015. The data were collected by using document study and analyzed by Location Quotient, Dynamic Location Quotient and Total Shift Share method. The results showed that the agricultural sector is the basis sector in Bangli Regency today and in the future. While the sub sectors in agricultural sector that become the basis is seasonal horticultural crops, annual horticulture and other crops, livestock and forestry and logging. Sub sectors in agriculture sector which are predicted to change the role in the future are food crops, annual plantation and fishery that changes role become basis sector were caused by the location factor. While the annual horticulture sub-sector and livestock are changed into non-basis sub-sectors were caused by the economic structure factor.

Cibuntu Village is a sub-district area that is one of the villages that has the potential for the development of the agricultural, plantation, and livestock sectors. In addition to these sectors, the tourism sector with the concept of agrotourism is expected to be developed and will make a significant contribution to the economy in Cibuntu Village. The purpose of this study is to determine the location of tourist attractions in Cibuntu Village and determine the types of tourism that can be developed in that location. The data analysis method used is divided into two parts, namely policy analysis and basic sector analysis using LQ (Location Quotient) calculation analysis. With applicable policy restrictions, tourism activities in Cibuntu Village are agrotourism and ecotourism. From the results of the LQ calculation, there are superior commodities, namely sweet potatoes, these commodities are worthy of investment to be developed in the future. Several alternative locations for tourism objects and activities that can be developed are agro-tourism activities in agricultural areas located in Cibuntu village which are designated as ecotourism areas.
