The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance; analyze the influence of organizational commitment on OCB; analyze the influence of OCB on employee performance; analyze the role of gender as the effect of moderation of organizational commitment on employee performance; analyze the role of gender as the effect of the moderating effect of organizational commitment on OCB, and analyze the role of gender as the effect of moderation on OCB on employee performance.. The population and sample were 45 respondents from the Notary Office in Bangli Regency with the saturated sampling method. The data collection technique was using a closed multiple-choice questionnaire and the partial least squares (PLS) data analysis approach was used. The results of the research show that the evaluation of the overall model seen from the coefficient of determination can already be said, Q-Square Predictive Relevance meets the requirements of existing and Goodness of Fit in a large position, the overall model is declared quite good. The conclusion of this study is that organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance has not been received. Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on OCB received. OCB has a significant positive effect on employee performance is acceptable. Gender has not been tested as moderating of the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, organizational commitment on OCB and OCB on employee performance.

This study has several objectives: to analyze the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance; analyze the effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior; analyze the effect of organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance; analyze the role of gender as a moderating effect of organizational commitment on employee performance; analyze the role of gender as a moderating effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior; analyze the role of gender as a moderating effect on organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of a notary office in Bangli Regency, amounting to 45 employees. Sampling is done by taking the entire population (saturated sample) that is equal to 45 respondents. Data collection techniques used were interviews with questionnaires with multiple choice closed. In this study data analysis uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that the overall evaluation of the model seen from the coefficient of determination can be said to be sufficient, Q-Square Predictive Relevance meets existing requirements and Goodness of Fit in a large position (large) then the overall model is declared quite good. Hypothesis 1, which states organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance has not been accepted. Hypothesis 2, which states organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee OCB, is acceptable. Hypothesis 3, which states that employee OCB has a significant positive effect on employee performance, is acceptable. Based on gender testing has not been tested as a moderating both in terms of organizational commitment to employee performance, in terms of organizational commitment to OCB, as well as in the relationship of OCB to employee performance

"The Effect of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance of the Ambon Branch of BPJS on health institutions".The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the Ambon branch of BPJS on health institutions. The population in this study were employees of the Ambon branch of BPJS on health institutions. The sample in this study were 32 employees. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used was SPSS version 16. The results of multiple regression analysis are Y = 0.280 X1 + 0.392X2. The independent variable that most influences the dependent variable is the organizational commitment variable (0.392), and the last is the job satisfaction variable (0.280). The results of the t test show that all the independent variables (job satisfaction and organizational commitment) have a significant positive effect on the dependent variable (employee performance) where all the independent variables obtain a t value greater than the t table with a sig level of less than 0.05. And the coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained is 0.323, this means that 32.3% of employee performance can be explained by job satisfaction and organizational commitment variables, while the remaining 67.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.The implication of the above conclusions is that in an effort to improve employee performance, the Ambon branch of BPJS on health institutions should increase job satisfaction for employees, namely the leadership must provide more support for employees and must mutually cooperate between employees so that their sense of job satisfaction increases and increases commitment to oneself and at the company. This study has several objectives namely; analyze the influence of spiritual leadership on organizational commitment; analyze the influence of spiritual leadership on spirituality in the workplace; analyze the influence of spirituality at work on organizational commitment; analyze the role of spirituality in the workplace as a mediator on the influence of spiritual leadership on organizational commitment. The population in this study were all employees of drinking water companies in the Badung Regency, Tabanan Regency, and PAM Denpasar City, which totaled 902 employees. Sampling was done purposively with a total of 200 respondents. Data collection techniques used were interviews with questionnaires with multiple choice closed. In this study data analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that the overall evaluation of the model seen from the coefficient of determination can be said to be quite good, Q-Square Predictive Relevance meets existing requirements and Goodness of Fit in a large position then the overall model is quite good. The first hypothesis, which states that spiritual leadership has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, is not yet acceptable. The second hypothesis, which states that spiritual leadership has a significant positive effect on spirituality at work, is acceptable. The third hypothesis, which states that spirituality at work has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, is acceptable. Based on testing through the Sobel test, it can be explained that spirituality in the workplace can act as a mediator concerning spiritual leadership to organizational commitment.

<em>Employee performance of </em> <em>PT Sun Star Motor</em> <em>is affected by many factors. This research aims to analiyze the influence of work environment, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on employee performance at  PT Sun Star Motor Branch MT Haryono Semarang</em>. <em>The technique of analysis used is multiple linear regression. The population and sample </em><em>are the entire of employees of PT Sun Star Motor Branch MT Haryono</em> <em>is 40 people. Data collection method used are questionnaire, participant observation and literature review. The results of F-test, shows that work environment, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment has significant affect on employee performance at PT Sun Star Motor Branch MT Haryono Semarang. Based on the results of the t test, the work environment has a significant positive effect on the employee performance of PT Sun Star Motor Branch MT Haryono Semarang. Job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance at PT Sun Star Motor Branch MT Haryono Semarang. And organizational commitment has significant positive effect on employee performance at PT Sun Star Motor Branch MT Haryono Semarang. While the coefficient of determination (adjusted R<sup>2</sup>) of employee performance is 61.8% which is explained by work environment, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. The remaining 38.2% is influenced by other factors outside the model</em>

The objective of the researcher is to examine the variables of transformational leadership, work discipline and organizational commitment to employee performance at the DIY Preservation Hall. The population in this study were employees of the DIY Conservation Center. Sampling using Slovin formula (Sugiyono, 2011: 87), sampling technique using stratified random sampling method with 75 respondents.Data analysis techniques using classical assumption testing: normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test. Hypothesis testing using the T test, F test, coefficient of determination R2, beta coefficient of standardization. The results showed that the Transformational Leadership variable had a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline had a significant positive effect on employee performance and the presence of organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Conservation Center DIY.

Employees are an essential asset for the organization to advance and develop the organization to be more productive. This situation may achieve when employees in the organization have optimal performance. Many factors positively affect the performance of employees in the organization. This study aims to determine how much influence organizational commitment, work motivation and work discipline have on employee performance in PT. PLN (Persero) P3b Sumatera UPT Padang. Respondents who were involved in the study were 60 people who were selected using the saturated sample technique. The results showed that both partially and simultaneously, organizational commitment, work motivation, and work discipline had a significant and positive effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination of the tested variables is .636. It shows that the percentage contribution of the variable organizational commitment, work motivation and work discipline to employee performance is 64.6%. In comparison, the remaining 35.4%  determined by other variables not analyzed in this study's model. Thus, this study shows that the three tested variables must be an essential consideration for the organization to obtain optimal employee performance.

Organizational commitment is one of the critical problems faced by the organizations, today. The outcomes related to commitment i.e. turnover and absenteeism can be resolved through enriched jobs. However, there is limited knowledge availability both from practical and academic aspects regarding the effect of job characteristics on organizational commitment, and keeping this perspective in mind this study examined the effect of job characteristics on organizational commitment in Nepali IT companies along with the moderating effect of growth need strength. Altogether 167 responses were collected from employees using survey questionnaire. Regression analysis and multiple moderated regression analysis were carried out to examine the hypothesized relationship. The results indicated that job characteristics had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment and among the five dimensions of job characteristic only skill variable had a non-significant effect on organizational commitment. However, the moderating effect of growth needs strength on job characteristics and organizational commitment relationship could not be established. Research implications along with the limitations of this study are discussed.

Performance appraisal is an activity controlling the management of a company. This study is an empirical study that aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal and promotion of their work motivation and their impact on employee performance at Serambi Mekkah University. The research was conducted at Serambi Mekkah University. The populations in this study were all employees at Serambi Mekkah University which amounts to 105 people. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. Primary data were analyzed with path analysis with the aid of SPSS software. The results showed that, performance appraisal and significant positive effect on work motivation. Performance appraisal and promotion of positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at Serambi Mekkah University. In addition, work motivation can enhance the role of employees in Serambi Mekkah University.

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational commitment, career planning, and motivation on employee performance. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires with 101 employee respondents who work in business organizations. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the data analysis method used was multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate the following. Organizational commitment has no significant effect on employee performance. Career planning has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Simultaneously organizational commitment, career planning, and motivation affect employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, ability and opportunities of employee performance in the general hospital of Nanga Pinoh Melawi District. The number of respondents was 63 respondents. The instrument used for data collection was in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire. This study uses a descriptive method in the form of a survey that is a method that aims to describe the nature of something that is ongoing at the time of the research and examine the causes of a particular symptom Based on data processing using regression analysis, ability variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Opportunity variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Motivational variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Nanga Pinoh District General Hospital, Melawi Regency. The coefficient of determination is 0.732. It appears that the ability of the independent variable (Ability, Opportunity and Motivation) in explaining the variance of the variable (Performance) is 73.2% and there are 26.8% variance of the dependent variable that has not been able to be explained by the independent variable in this research model.
