Performance appraisal is an activity controlling the management of a company. This study is an empirical study that aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal and promotion of their work motivation and their impact on employee performance at Serambi Mekkah University. The research was conducted at Serambi Mekkah University. The populations in this study were all employees at Serambi Mekkah University which amounts to 105 people. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. Primary data were analyzed with path analysis with the aid of SPSS software. The results showed that, performance appraisal and significant positive effect on work motivation. Performance appraisal and promotion of positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at Serambi Mekkah University. In addition, work motivation can enhance the role of employees in Serambi Mekkah University.

Performance is the result of work produced by employees in accordance with its role in the organization. Employee performance is one very important thing in a company to achieve the goal that every effort should be made to the company of increasing. This study aimed to analyze the influence of leadership and empowerment of employees on work motivation and performance of employees. This research was conducted at the Department of Education Youth and Sports Regency Tabanan using sample that 59 employees. Data were collected by conducting interviews and questionnaires. Subsequently collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square. The results of this study concluded that the leadership is significant positive effect on work motivation. Empowerment is significant positive effect on employee performance and motivation. Work motivation is significant positive effect on employee performance. Furthermore, Leadership is not significant positive effect on employee performance.

This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Working Conditions and Work Motivation on the Performance of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero)Makassar Employees. Data collection using primary data with Questionnaire Technique whose population was obtained from all PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero)Makassar employees by using the Slovin formula, amounting to 73 employees. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability, also tested for classic assumptions in the form of assumptions of Normality, Multicollinearity Assumptions, Heteroscedasticity, and Autocorrelation. The method of data analysis uses multiple regression techniques. Based on the results of the analysis, it turns out that the results of the study indicate that the first hypothesis is accepted because it shows the results of the hypothesis test that there is a significant positive effect. Means Working Conditions contributes significantly to employee performance. The second hypothesis is accepted because it shows a significant positive hypothesis test result. Means Motivation contributes significantly to employee performance. The third hypothesis is accepted because Working Conditions and work motivation have a significant positive effect simultaneously on employee performance.

This study aims to analyze strategies to improve employee performance during the pandemic through motivation and leadership style mediated by job satisfaction of PT Hanwa Indonesia employees during the Covid 19 pandemic. The data used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. The population uses 160 employees of PT Hanwa Indonesia. The sample is 114 employees. Data processing using the PLS-SEM model. The results showed that work motivation and leadership style had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Work motivation and leadership style have no effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction is not able to mediate the influence of motivation and leadership style on the performance of PT Hanwa Indonesia employees during the Covid 19 pandemic.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of work motivation in mediating the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. This research was conducted at Samabe Bali Suites & Villas. The number of samples taken was 65 employees, with the method used was the saturated sample method. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis (path analysis) and multiple analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This shows that the better the transformational leadership carried out by the leader the employee's performance will increase as well. Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on employee work motivation, this means the better leadership of a leader will increase employee motivation. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, this shows that the better the work motivation provided, the better the employee's performance increases. Work motivation is positive and significant in mediating the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of training, competence and work motiva­tion on employee performance at CTO Office Group PT Indosat Tbk Jakarta. The research population is all employees of CTO Office Group PT Indosat Tbk Jakarta, which is 100 people. Sampling methode using the census technique, that is because the population size is relatively small then all members of the population is taken into the sample research. Primary data were collected using questionnaires and secondary data were obtained from various sources such as journals, archived documents and literature. Hypothesis testing of research using multiple linear regression statistic technique. The results of hypothesis testing proved that the variables of training, competence and motivation of each work partially have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Coefficient R2 = 0.727, which shows the findings that the variables training, competence and work motivation simultaneously able to explain significant variations of changes in employee performance variables of 72.7%.

To achieve a company goal, its important to looking for employee performance, work environment, and work motivation. Good or bad employee performance can be influenced by the work environment and  motivation, as  well  as  the  Burger  King  company  in  East  Surabaya. Burger  King Company is a company engaged in FnB. This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment and work motivation on employee performance of Burger King East Surabaya crew. The hypothesis in this study is that the work environment and work motivation have a significant influence on employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods and uses PLS as a test tool as well as data collection methods by  conducting surveys. Respondents in  this  study  were  50  respondents using  a  saturated sampling technique where all populations were sampled. The results of the study revealed that th e work environment partially had no significant effect and work motivation had a significant positive effect on employee performance.  Keywords: Work Environment, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

The optimal performance of civil servants is the target of every state government organization. This aim aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation and competence both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Regional Revenue Service Office of West Sulawesi Province. The research method used is multiple regression analysis to see the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance; motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance; Competence hasn’t a significant positive effect on performance. Simultaneously, leadership style, work motivation and competence have a significant positive effect on employee performance.

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality and fairness on taxpayer compliance and the mediating role of satisfaction in the effect of service quality and fairness on taxpayer compliance. The population of this research is individual local taxpayers in Samarinda. The sample of this study is 164 respondents selected using non probability method with convenience sampling technique. This study uses primary data obtained from seven-scale Likert questionnaires. The data were analyzed using path analysis in SPSS. The results of this study show that, first, service quality has a significant positive effect on satisfaction and taxpayer compliance; second, fairness has an insignificant effect on satisfaction and taxpayer compliance; third, satisfaction has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance; fourth, service quality has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance mediated by satisfaction; fifth, mediated by satisfaction, fairness has no significant effect on tax compliance.
