The problems faced by the children of Banjarmasin Al-Ashr Orphanage are almost the same as those faced by other orphanages in the city of Banjarmasin, namely, lack funds and personnel or volunteers who help and guide orphanage children to develop their skills and creativity as a provision in carrying out life after the completion of the orphanage. The purpose of this community service program is to make the children of the Al-Ashr Orphanage have a strong and more independent motivation by providing them with the knowledge and skills they will use to prepare themselves for the future. While the target of this activity is to make the children of the Al-Ashr Orphanage have design skills in making invitations, brochures, and banners as well as online businesses. The method used is training and guidance, where training is carried out with presentations and practices.

Community service order is one of the alternative sanctions from short-term imprisonment and light fines as regulated in Article 65, Article 82, and Article 85 of the Draft of Indonesia Criminal Code on the September 2019 (RUU KUHP). Community service order is expected to be the one solution for the overcrowded state of Correctional Institutions in Indonesia due to the large number of articles with imprisonment. Community service order as a new criminal sanction in the future requires further arrangements that can support its implementation in the future and it is possible that several challenges arise in its implementation. The contents of further regulations related to community service order in this research are explored through general guidelines in the international law, namely the Tokyo Rules (UN General Assembly Resolution Number 45/110). This research uses qualitative research with normative juridical research methods in the form of analytical descriptive. The result of this study is twenty-two provisions in the Tokyo Rules can be used as a guide in determining the contents of further regulations related community service order. In addition, the factors can become challenges must be carefully considered by legal policy makers so that they are minimized in the implementation of community service order in the future. Pidana kerja sosial adalah salah satu sanksi alternatif dari pidana penjara jangka waktu pendek maupun sanksi pidana denda ringan yang diatur dalam Pasal 65, Pasal 82, dan Pasal 85 Rancangan Undang-Undang tentang Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana September 2019 (RUU KUHP). Pidana kerja sosial diharapkan menjadi salah satu solusi dari keadaan overcrowded Lembaga Pemasyarakatan di Indonesia akibat banyaknya pasal dengan sanksi pidana penjara. Pidana kerja sosial sebagai sanksi pidana baru di masa mendatang membutuhkan pengaturan lebih lanjut yang dapat mendukung implementasinya di masa mendatang dan dimungkinkan muncul beberapa tantangan dalam implementasinya. Isi dalam pengaturan lebih lanjut terkait pidana kerja sosial dalam penelitian ini dapat digali melalui pedoman umum dalam dunia internasional yakni Tokyo Rules (Resolusi Majelis Umum PBB Nomor 45/110). Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode penelitian yuridis normatif berbentuk deksriptif analitis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya dua puluh dua ketentuan dalam Tokyo Rules yang dapat menjadi panduan dalam menentukan isi pengaturan lebih lanjut terkait pidana kerja sosial. Selain itu, faktor-faktor yang dapat menjadi tantangan harus dipikirkan secara matang oleh pembuat kebijakan hukum agar terminimalisir dalam pelaksanaan pidana kerja sosial di masa mendatang.

The practice of field recognition (PPL) is one of the main educational activities at the Immigration Polytechnic. The Taruna annually will conduct this activity and can be placed anywhere throughout Indonesia. When implementing the field introduction practice Taruna is expected to apply the theory that in the learning process can be real as supporting the skills before plunging directly at the place of placement when already graduated. A taruna is not only demanded to be smart academically, the taruna formed a healthy attitude and mental to be a leader and a useful person in the future. As a community servant, the welfare and prosperity of society also became the responsibility of the cadets who would someday work with the government. One of the forms of caring for the community can be realized with the simple things like social service, Socialisai and other positive actions that can give positive influence to the community. Therefore, when implementing the field introduction practice the Taruna also conducts community devotion as a manifestation of taruna concern to the community and the environment around the area of work Unit field introduction

Bank Sampah Lestari 25 is a community group in Serang City that carries out business activities to utilize waste to be managed with a system of refuse, reduce, and recycle. This effort is certainly a form of public concern in helping the government improve environmental cleanliness. In addition, of course, you will get income to improve people's welfare and advance the economic structure. The absence of financial management carried out at Bank Sampah Lestari 25 makes the performance of this waste bank not optimal. Financial management is an action to achieve financial goals in the future. Financial management includes personal financial management, family financial management, and company financial management. Financial management is an important part of overcoming economic problems, whether individuals, families, or companies. The objectives of financial management in general are to achieve certain target funds in the future, protect and increase wealth owned, regulate cash flow (income and expenditure of money), and carry out risk management and manage investment risk properly and manage debt and credit. From the results of the implementation of community service activities in the form of financial management literacy, training on recording financial transactions, and preparing simple financial reports, the benefits were very much felt. From ignorance of financial management and irregularity in managing finances to understanding and being able to carry out more regular financial management. Abstrak Bank Sampah Lestari 25 adalah kelompok masyarakat di Kota Serang yang melakukan kegiatan usaha memanfaatkan sampah untuk dikelola dengan sistem refuse, reduce, dan recycle. Usaha ini tentunya sebagai bentuk kepedulian masyarakat dalam membantu pemerintah meningkatkan kebersihan lingkungan. Selain itu tentunya mendapatan penghasilan guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan memajukan struktur ekonomi. Belum adanya manajemen keuangan yang dilakukan pada Bank Sampah Lestari 25 menjadikan kinerja bank sampah ini tidak maksimal.  Manajemen keuangan merupakan sebuah tindakan untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan keuangan di masa yang akan datang. Manajemen keuangan meliputi manajemen keuangan pribadi, manajemen keuangan keluarga, dan manajemen keuangan perusahaan. Manajemen keuangan merupakan bagian penting dalam mengatasi masalah ekonomi, baik individu, keluarga, maupun perusahaan. Tujuan manajemen keuangan secara umum adalah mencapai target dana tertentu di masa yang akan dating, melindungi dan meningkatkan kekayaan yang dimiliki, mengatur arus kas (pemasukan dan pengeluaran uang), dan melakukan manajemen risiko dan mengatur risiko investasi dengan baik serta mengelola utang piutang. Dari hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk literasi manajemen keuangan, pelatihan pencatatan transaksi keuangan, dan penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana memang sangat dirasakan manfaatnya. Dari ketidaktahuan mengenai manajemen keuangan dan ketidakteraturan mengelola keuangan menjadi mengerti dan mampu melakukan pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih teratur. The Qur'an insists on the importance of care for orphans, thepoor and helping others in various fields. Orphanage AlHusna Malang, the vision and mission based on concern forthe orphans and the poor. Al-Husna FoundationProgram includes six courses that regular donors program,the movement of the foster parents' caring school ", theprogram waqaf" RIDHA "(orphanages and orphans alHusna), independent nursing program, Barbepa (thriftrewarding) and program TABASAM (Savings dear orphans).One effort to educate and improve the ability of residentswere largely children of school age, including the ability ofmastering techniques of sewing and embroidery techniques.Of both skill capabilities will deliver on independententrepreneurship in the perspective of the future (as abusiness opportunity) in realizing the independent nursingprogram. The community service approach or method oflecture and hands-on ability to sew in children orphanage aswell as the ability to create design patterns clothes Resultsshowed that the strong enthusiasm of the children orphanageAl-Husna Dau to gain additional expertise in the field ofsewing and to develop or establish a pattern design clothes.

Community Service entitled Saving Waste for the Future at the Graha Indah Pamulang Paprika Waste Bank aims to provide knowledge about the importance of saving, providing savings training, inviting and instilling awareness to the actors of the garbage bank in Graha Indah Pamulang that the benefits from saving this rubbish for the future. The target of this service is all members of the garbage bank registered at the Graha Indah Pamulang Paprika Waste Bank. 刑罚有不同的目的和作用，它们是：让罪犯补偿社会、复康、重投社会；使罪犯获得报应；阻吓他人；从社会移除害群之马，如监禁。前三者正是社会服务令的目的，它旨在协助罪犯补偿社会，从而改过自新和重投社会怀抱。而在谢霆锋案中，後三者却是很多社会人士所强烈要求的惩罚目的。为了避免日後再有类似的争论发生，社会服务令的重新定位是刻不容缓的。确立社会服务令为短期监禁的代替刑及订立清楚的换算方式，不但会减少争议，也能增加法庭的判刑选择，在扩大运用社区刑罚的同时，也能为上述各种惩罚目的找到更佳的平衡点，这将有助於我们迈向一个富有复和司法的社会。 Sentencing has various objectives and functions, including reparation, rehabilitation, reintegration, retribution, deterrence and removal from society, such as incarceration. Community service orders incorporate the first three functions. They assist offenders to make reparation to society for the crimes they have committed, to turn over a new leaf, and to reintegrate into society. In the case of singer Nicholas Tse, the last three functions were demanded by the community. To avoid similar conflicts in the future, to reposition community service orders is inevitable. There is an urgent need to reiterate community service orders as alternatives to imprisonment, and to establish a clear guideline for conversion between service hours and jail days. This approach would minimise conflicts in society, increase sentencing options and community penalties for the court, strike a balance between different penal goals, and strive for a restorative society.

The training is part of the community service activities of the lecturers of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This Workshop is to educate and train teachers or prospective teachers to make teaching materials that are certainly interesting for students. Given the current COVID-19 pandemic, where everyone is encouraged to work or distance learning, all teachers must also teach students remotely. In addition, this training is also to prepare teachers to continue to adapt to the times because it is possible that learning and teaching activities will be carried out online and offline in the future.

Since 2018, social media had grown very rapidly. But in facts, this potential had not been maximized because according to APJII data, only 1.9 percent of people use social media to increase their income through selling online. In the Asrama Brimob Detasemen B, Ampeldento, Kabupaten Malang, there are many wives of soldiers who was housewives that did not have  any skills and also had income  steadyness. In addition, the second problem was that there are many wives of soldiers that only know about using social media as an activity to expand their friends. They also did not understand how to use social media as a tools of promoting and selling products, so it was hoped that it could be a source of additional income for the soldier's wife. From this problems, the Community Service Team (PkM) provided an alternative by giving a training to sold  various Pudding Product Marketing Training by using Instagram social media so that the markets will be wider. All participants were able to practice from the training results, by selling  products such as cakes and puddings through Instagram social media to the general public. We  also hoped that they could increased the income in the future.
