PENGEMBANGAN KREATIVITAS ANAK ASUH BERBASIS TI DALAM MENANAMKAN NILAI WIRAUSAHA PADA ASRAMA PUTERA PANTI ASUHAN YATIM PIATU DAN DHU’AFA YAYASAN AL-ASHR BANJARMASIN

The problems faced by the children of Banjarmasin Al-Ashr Orphanage are almost the same as those faced by other orphanages in the city of Banjarmasin, namely, lack funds and personnel or volunteers who help and guide orphanage children to develop their skills and creativity as a provision in carrying out life after the completion of the orphanage. The purpose of this community service program is to make the children of the Al-Ashr Orphanage have a strong and more independent motivation by providing them with the knowledge and skills they will use to prepare themselves for the future. While the target of this activity is to make the children of the Al-Ashr Orphanage have design skills in making invitations, brochures, and banners as well as online businesses. The method used is training and guidance, where training is carried out with presentations and practices.

PENINGKATAN NILAI EKONOMIS LIMBAH PERTANIAN DI PEDESAAN MELALUI TEKHNOLOGI BOKASHI DIKELOMPOK TANI MARTAPURA, KABUPATEN BANJAR

Upaya pemanfaatan limbah tersebut menuntut pemanfaatan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi serta kemampuan manajerial yang semakin meningkat, untuk meningkatkan kualitas limbah pertanian. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan nilai ekonomis limbah pertanian menjadi bokashi. Khalayak sasaran pada kelompok tani ternak Harapan Bersama di Kecamatan Martapura Kabupaten Banjar. Dengan cara Pelatihan teoritis (metode kelas) teknik pengolahan limbah pertanian menjadi bokashi. Parameter yang diukur tingkat pengetahuan peternak dan peningkatan niali ekonomis limbah pertanian. Hasil dari kegiatan terjadi peningkatan sebesar 70-90% peningkatan ketrampilan dan pengetahuan peternak, adanya peningkatan nilai ekonomis limbah pertanian, dengan adanya kegiatan ini masyarakat berasa terbantu dengan paket teknologi yang diberikan sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat.Kata Kunci: bokashi, pupuk, limbah, pertanian

PENINGKATAN PERAN IBU RUMAH TANGGA TERHADAP PENCEGAHAN SINDROMA METABOLIK

Obesity is a health problem throughout the world. Obesity as a component of the metabolic syndrome, is very complex and multifactorial. Obesity is generally caused by energy input exceeding the body's use of energy for the sake of basal metabolism, physical activity, food waste disposal and for growth. The city of Tangerang ranks first for the prevalence of obesity from Banten Province. The results of the activity stated that the prevalence of obesity in Taklim women was 44 percent. This program is an empowerment of Majelis Taklim women to overcome and prevent health problems, especially metabolic syndrome by conducting screening and counseling. The result is that participants can know the symptoms and signs of metabolic syndrome through anthropometric measurements and laboratory tests, participants can know how to prevent metabolic syndrome and can provide explanations to the family and the surrounding community about prevention of metabolic syndrome

The level development of entrepreneurs in Indonesia is very slow. This is influenced by attention the government to its citizens still lacking. We can take the example of one of the government's policies, import salt, chili, rice etc. Is it appropriate for the State of Indonesia as an agricultural country with the dawn of rice cultivation such imports. This situation to make farmer family felling down. Government attention is needed to empower people to improve the entrepreneurial spirit. Especially in developing informal business communities of the handmade product. However, it is also the role of public institutions and universities by providing socialization and counseling, in order to accelerate the empowerment felt by the public and obtain maximum benefit in managing the business. This is effort to increase handmade production by moms community, the soul of entrepreneurs need to be given knowledge about the preparation of the marketing plan format.

WAKAF UANG UNTUK PENGEMBANGAN OPERASIONAL KEGIATAN MASJID

This low waqf fund was due to the lack of education about money waqf. The general public in Indonesia is more familiar with the term waqf with immovable property such as mosques or land and the allocation of waqf is mostly used for the purposes of worship, burial, and education. This training aims to better socialize money waqf to help develop operational activities of mosques. The method is used in the form of training and mentoring for mosque administrators. The results of the Pre and post-test training test have a significant effect on participants' knowledge regarding money waqf.

PENINGKATAN PENGETAHUAN HAK KEKAYAAN INTELEKTUAL GURU-GURU MAN 3 JAKARTA DALAM MENUMBUHKAN KESADARAN BERKEKAYAAN INTELEKTUAL

In Article 14 of Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, it is stated among other things the right of the teacher to obtain protection in carrying out duties and intellectual property rights; get the opportunity to improve competence; and obtain and utilize learning facilities and infrastructure to support the smooth functioning of professionalism; so it is appropriate if the teacher has intellectual property rights. Activities to increase teacher knowledge related to intellectual property rights have been well implemented, relevant to the interests of State Madrasah Aliyah 3 (MAN 3), and carried out by lecture and training methods with a participatory approach. There is a significant increase in MAN 3 teacher knowledge about the scope of IPR (20-60%). Likewise, IPR legal counseling can increase the knowledge of IPR teachers to be more aware of intellectual property by being done programmatically, synergies between community services Team, Structural MAN 3 and participants (teachers). Factors supporting the growth of teacher legal awareness of IPR include the development of the digital age of technology that must be well adapted by teachers in their profession and the need to protect teacher creativity and innovation. An obstacle to the growing legal awareness of teachers towards IPR is only to change the mindset that makes the module or work just meet the teacher's credit and the obligation of teaching materials for each teacher. PENERAPAN DESA PEDULI GAMBUT DI DESA SAWAHAN KECAMATAN CERBON KABUPATEN BARITO KUALA

Sawahan Village is one of the Transmigration villages in the Cerbon sub-district, BaritoKuala district, South Kalimantan province. This village has a vast expanse of rice fieldsand 90% of the people work as farmers. Sawahan village has an area of 5,950 ha withproductive land of 1,200 ha which is mostly in the form of peatland. The land of thesawahan village is located near the tidal river flow containing low pH with high aciditylevels ranging from 3,5 to 4,5. Land in the area is a type of peat land (black brown), sothat not all plants, livestock and fish can grow / live except plants, fish, livestock thatcan adapt to this condition. Peatlands have their own difficulties in managing them.Some fruit plants and horticulture can live after being adapted to the condition of theland for a long period of time but given a considerable amount of lime to overcome highacidity and disease resistance. With this, many transmigrant farmers have difficulty inhandling the land because some species of plants and fish cannot develop properly. Forthis reason a new breakthrough is needed so that this problem can be overcome andfarmers are able to plant crops, fish and livestock specific to peatlands. Some of theresults of the Uniska Agriculture Faculty trial which tried several plants that wereadaptive to the conditions of peatlands such as Kweni Anjir, Limau Kuit, RambutanAntalagi and Kasturi. Therefore, it is important manage the household waste, so do on community level through "Bank of Trash" as an efforts in creating a Pro Climate (PROKLlM) hometown. Household waste management success through Bank of Trash as one of the efforts of creating "Kampung Proklim" is influenced by the level of knowledge and skill of group manager, waste management technology that mastered, management of waste, community support and the participation of other institutions. The General conditions of the Bank Trash Benawa Raya Mandiri (BRM) is quite adequate, but merely collecting and selling inorganic garbage from citizens around settlement of Benawa Raya Mandiri to the Gatherer, on the other hand, organic waste is available in abundance in settlement area of Benawa Raya Mandiri, so it consider to be necessary to open such group counselling and training to transfer knowledge and technology to process the organic waste become compost.Keywords: Bank of Trash, Pro Climate Hometown , Compost

ADOPSI TEKNIK PENYUSUNAN BUSINESS PLAN MODEL CANVAS UNTUK PERENCANAAN BISNIS UMKM KULINER JALANAN DI KAWASAN GATOT SUBROTO BANJARMASIN

UMKM kuliner jalanan cenderung memiliki tingkat persaingan yang tinggi karena entry barrier usaha yang rendah. Oleh karena itu UMKM kuliner jalanan harus memiliki perencanaan dan strategi bisnis yang baik agar bisa memenangkan persaingan di antara usaha sejenis. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam 3 tahap kegiatan yaitu : (1) tahap persiapan, (2) tahap pelaksanaan dan (3) tahap evaluasi. Tahap pelaksanaan dilakukan tanggal 22 Desember 2018 bertempat d Rumah Makan Ayam Kudus di Jalan Gatot Subroto dalam bentuk pelatihan dengan jumlah peserta terdiri dari 10 (sepuluh) UMKM kuliner jalanan di kawasan Gatot Subroto Banjarmasin. Kegiatan ini memiliki tujuan untuk : (1) Memberikan pengetahuan kepada mitra tentang arti pentingnya value propositions yang harus dimiliki agar usaha mitra nantinya memiliki value yang berbeda dengan usaha lain yang sejenis, (2) Memberikan keterampilan pembuatan rencana bisnis dengan mengadopsi teknik business plan model canvas yang dapat dipraktekkan mitra dalam menjalankan usahanya, (3) Memberikan pengetahuan kepada mitra tentang penyusunan strategi bisnis yang baik. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan diantaranya adalah : (1) 30% peserta mampu membuat business plan model canvas secara baik dan benar, (2) 20 % peserta sudah dapat menentukan komponen value propositions namun masih kesulitan dalam membuat business plan secara keseluruhan, (3) 50% peserta masih belum mampu menentukan komponen value propositions dan membuat business plan secara keseluruhan. Untuk peserta yang sudah dapat menentukan komponen value propositions, kemudian ditindak lanjuti dengan melaksanakan kunjungan ke lokasi mitra dan dibimbing secara khusus untuk membuat business plan secara lengkap. Hasil evaluasi kinerja kegiatan adalah mayoritas peserta memberikan penilaian sangat baik kepada kemampuan pembicara dalam menyampaikan materi, isi materi, suasana pelatihan serta sarana dan prasarana.
