The training is part of the community service activities of the lecturers of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This Workshop is to educate and train teachers or prospective teachers to make teaching materials that are certainly interesting for students. Given the current COVID-19 pandemic, where everyone is encouraged to work or distance learning, all teachers must also teach students remotely. In addition, this training is also to prepare teachers to continue to adapt to the times because it is possible that learning and teaching activities will be carried out online and offline in the future.

Creating engaging content is the foundation for teachers to improve the quality of their students' learning. The training is designed to assist teachers in creating engaging learning experiences for their students and increasing student motivation to learn. Because of the current COVID-19 pandemic, all levels of education require distance learning. As a result, all teachers must deliver lessons to students remotely. The practice of field recognition (PPL) is one of the main educational activities at the Immigration Polytechnic. The Taruna annually will conduct this activity and can be placed anywhere throughout Indonesia. When implementing the field introduction practice Taruna is expected to apply the theory that in the learning process can be real as supporting the skills before plunging directly at the place of placement when already graduated. A taruna is not only demanded to be smart academically, the taruna formed a healthy attitude and mental to be a leader and a useful person in the future. As a community servant, the welfare and prosperity of society also became the responsibility of the cadets who would someday work with the government. One of the forms of caring for the community can be realized with the simple things like social service, Socialisai and other positive actions that can give positive influence to the community. Therefore, when implementing the field introduction practice the Taruna also conducts community devotion as a manifestation of taruna concern to the community and the environment around the area of work Unit field introduction

ABSTRAK Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Masyarakat dengan Judul Pendampingan UMKM Menuju Digitalisasi Marketing Upaya Kebangkitan di era new normal (Masyarakat Terdampak Tsunami Anak Gunung Krakatau) di desa Kunjir, Lampung Selatan mempunyai tujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi para pelaku UMKM di desa Kunjir Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mengembangkan usaha yang mereka miliki agar operasi bisnis relevan dengan perkembangan zaman. Metode pengabdian masyarakat yang digunakan ialah dengan tahapan identifikasi awal (Fase Pra Pendampingan), kemudian dilanjutkan Fase pendampingan (pelatihan dan Pembimbingan) dan yang terakhir ialah Pasca Pendampingan. Berdasarkan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM tentang digitalisasi marketing. Kemudian diperoleh data akhir bahwa sebesar 87 % pelaku UMKM di Desa Kunjir Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dapat membuat media pemasaran secara online melalui aplikasi Marketplace di Facebook, Shopee, Bukalapak, dan WhatsApp, namun terdapat 13 % pelaku UMKM belum dapat membuat media pemasaran secara online. Kata Kunci: UMKM; Digitalisasi; Marketing; Lampung Selatan  ABSTRACT Implementation of Community Service with the title MSME Assistance Towards Marketing Digitalization Awakening Efforts in the New Normal (Communities Affected by the Tsunami of the Children of Mount Krakatau) in Kunjir village, South Lampung has the aim of increasing the competence of MSME actors in Kunjir village, South Lampung regency in utilizing technology to develop the business they have so that business operations are relevant to the times. The community service method used is the initial identification stage (Pre Mentoring Phase), followed by the Mentoring Phase (training and Guidance), and the last is Post Mentoring. Based on the implementation of community service activities that have been carried out, the results show an increase in the knowledge and skills of MSME actors regarding the digitalization of marketing. Then the final data obtained that 87% of MSME actors in Kunjir Village, South Lampung Regency can create online marketing media through the Marketplace application on Facebook, Shopee, Bukalapak, and WhatsApp, but there are 13% of MSME actors who have not been able to create online marketing media. Keywords: MSM; Digitalization; Marketing; South Lampung

Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat adalah melaksanakan salah satu Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Selain itu diharapkan dengan kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat tersebut keberadaan Pergururan Tinggi dapat memberikan kontribusi besar kepada pengembangan dan penerapan keilmuan kepada masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam Pengabdian Masyarakat ini berupa ekspositori yaitu penyampaian materi secara verbal dan inquiry yaitu pembelajaran yang menekankan pada proses berfikir kritis dan analitis terkait motivasi belajar untuk siswa tentang “Motivasi belajar siswa : jaga sikapmu, semangatmu untuk meraih prestasi dimasa yang akan datang”.                                                  Hasil Pengabdian Masyarakat yang diperoleh adalah bertambhanya keilmuan bagi Siswa dan siswi SMKN 2 Tagerang Selatan, dan memotivasi untuk belajar. Ilmu yang diperoleh Pada Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini diharapkan mampu memberikan semangat baru bagi kita dalam menyampaikan materi dan motivasi serta berkontribusi bagi  siswa dan siswi  untuk memotivasi belajar yang positif, prilaku yang membangun Baik di lingkungan masyarakat dan keluarga.Kata Kunci: Motivasi Belajar ABSTRACT The aim of Community Service activities is to carry out one of the Higher Education Tri Dharma. Covid-19 pandemic has affected the learning process in the university. The students and all lecturers are doing distance learning by using video conference apps. They are no longer meeting each other face-to-face in the class. The lecturer should cope with this situation by giving a topic that focused on online public speaking or presentation. The skill of online public speaking or presentation should be delivered to the students from all faculties, not only for communication students. One of the students’ organisations, Mahkamah Mahasiswa, conducted an online event to give its member a piece of knowledge about online public speaking. They invited me as a lecturer of communication science in the Faculty of Communication, Universitas Tarumanagara. Discussion and survey are held just after presentation. The results were that the students realize the importance of public speaking skills in the class and their organisation activities. Then, they also identify that this skill is beneficial for their carrier in the future. Unfortunately, based on their answer, they have not obtained this knowledge in the class, except for communication students. Therefore, the result of this community service event should be considered by all of the faculty in the university. In the reality, students expect to obtain a topic about how to be a good public speaker in the class or an online class. This material can be inserted in one of the subjects, or it can be one of the community service activities along with a member of the communication faculty.Kondisi pandemi Covid-19 membuat proses pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi dilakukan jarak jauh. Komunikasi yang biasanya dilakukan secara tatap muka, beralih menggunakan sarana konferensi video. Situasi ini perlu disikapi dengan pemberian materi public speaking atau presentasi online. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh dosen Program Studi Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Tarumanagara adalah memberikan materi tentang public speaking atau presentasi online kepada mahasiswa. Dalam kegiatan kali ini, mahasiswa yang memperoleh materi ini berasal dari seluruh fakultas, tergabung dalam organisasi Mahkamah Mahasiswa. Paska kegiatan, pengabdi melakukan diskusi dan memberikan sejumlah pertanyaan terkait kemampuan public speaking atau presentasi dalam ruang kelas online. Hasilnya mahasiswa menyadari pentingnya kemampuan public speaking dalam perkuliahan dan berorganisasi di kampus, bahkan kemampuan ini juga kelak berguna ketika memasuki dunia kerja. Namun, materi ini belum diberikan oleh seluruh fakultas. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini perlu menjadi evaluasi bagi fakultas agar memberikan perhatian terhadap materi public speaking atau presentasi di kelas dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh. Fakultas bisa menggandeng dosen program studi Ilmu Komunikasi atau praktisi untuk memberikan materi seputar public speaking atau presentasi. Materi bisa disisipkan dalam salah satu mata kuliah, atau sebagai salah satu kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat.

The young generation, including millennials, is an important component in national development. Millennials can occupy important positions in the future. Therefore, the level of knowledge and awareness of taxes is a strategic and important thing to understand. Community Service Activities through this web seminar (webinar) aim to provide millennials with tax literacy. The materials presented in the webinar include basic tax concepts, types of taxes, misconceptions about taxes, and the importance of being aware of taxes for the millennial generation. There are several steps involved in the implementation of this webinar. First, the presentation from the resource person. Second, it was followed by a good discussion through the chat box. Third, game activities. At the end of the event there are prizes for active participants. Based on feedback from webinar participants, this activity increases the knowledge and understanding of the participants regarding taxes.

ABSTRAK: Kampung Batu Busuk Kelurahan Lambung Bukit Kecamatan Pauh merupakan salah satu sentra produksi buah durian di Sumatera Barat.Walaupun nama durian Batu Busuk sudah terkenal dan banyak dicari oleh pencinta durian pada saat musim durian, namun belum ada upaya untuk mengangkat durian Batu Busuk untuk bisa dikenal lebih luas. Langkah awal untuk mengangkat nama durian Batu Busuk adalah membenahi identitas varietas durian Batu Busuk, karena sampai sekarang karakteristik dari durian Batu Busuk yang sesungguhnya tidak jelas.Tanaman yang sudah dikarakterisasi juga perlu diperbanyak agar kedepan, buah yang dihasilkan oleh kelurahan Batu Busuk adalah buah dengan karakter unggul tertentu. Masyarakat atau petani yang menanam durian juga perlu memiliki keahlian memperbanyak durian unggulnya. Penerapan ipteks yang dilakukan pada kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini menggunakan beberapa metode antara lain penyuluhan, demonstrasi aplikasi dan demplot pembibitan durian. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan penyuluhan yang dilakukan berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat Batu Busuk mengenai arti penting pendaftaran varietas durian. Kegiatan demplot pembibitan durian dan demonstrasi teknik sambung meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat mengenai propagasi durian. Kata kunci: Durian ungggul, Pendaftaran varietas, Teknologi tepat guna, Teknik sambung Development of Durian Batu Busuak, Lambung Bukit Village, Padang CityABSTRACT: Batu Busuk area, Lambung Bukit Village, Pauh Subdistrict, is one area of the centers of durian fruit production in West Sumatra. Although the Batu Busuk durian is already well-known and is sought after by durian lovers during the durian season, there is no attempt to lift the Batu Busuk durian to be known more widely. The first step to lifting the Batu Busuk durian is to fix the varieties identity of the Batu Busuk durian because until now the characteristics of the real Batu Busuk durian are not clear. Plants that have been characterized also need to be propagated so that in the future, the fruit produced by the Batu Busuk village is a fruit with certain superior characters. The community or farmers who plant durian also need to have the expertise to increase their superior durian. The application of science and technology conducted in community service activities uses several methods including counseling, demonstrations of applicationand demonstration plots of durian nurseries. The results of the activity showed the extension activities conducted succeeded in increasing the knowledge of the Batu Busuk community regarding the importance of registering durian varieties. The activities of the durian nursery demonstration plot and demonstration of connection techniques can increase the knowledge and skills of the community regarding the propagation of durian.Keywords: Superior durian, Varieties registration, Appropriate technology, Connection technique

Children are the next generation of the nation in the future, of course, they need to get good attention and education so that their potential can be channeled and developed properly, so that they will grow and develop into humans who have various abilities and skills that are beneficial to life. Sex education in children is defined as education about the anatomy of organs that can be continued in sexual reproduction. Based on the various solutions for the activities mentioned above, the output targets to be achieved in this program are formulated, including scientific publications and increasing knowledge of teachers and students. This type of counseling with participatory methods in the Prevention of Sexual Violence in Children with Learning Media for teachers and students at PKP JIS Kindergarten, East Jakarta. The activity was carried out in January at the PKP JIS Kindergarten East Jakarta. The results of a series of community service activities for teachers and students at PKP JIS, Kindergarten, East Jakarta, turned out to be quite satisfying, both mastery of the material that had been given. The participants' understanding was seen during the discussion, KSPA asked and answered. From the results of the questions carried out in the discussion with the participants after being given counseling material, it can be concluded that the KSPA counseling went well, teachers and students looked enthusiastic about the large number of participants who attended and hoped that this activity would continue
