This  study  aims  to  determine  and  analyze  the  influence  of electronic  word  of  mouth variables  in social media Instagram of consumer buying interest in Battleboom Palu Distro. The type of research used is quantitative (indicating the relationship between variables). The population in this study is the whole followers account Instagram Distro Battleboom Palu number is not known with certainty The sampling  technique  to  determine  the  sample  that  will  be  use  in  this  research  using non  probability sampling technique,  that  is purposive  sampling. With  the  number  of  samples  as  much  as  100 respondents.  Data  collection  using  questionnaire.  Data  analysis  method  used  multiple  linear regression  analysis.  The  results  showed  that  (1)  There  is influence  of electronic  word  of  mouth simultaneously to consumer buying interest in Distro Battleboom Palu (2) partially electronic word of mouth sub variable content and intensity influential significant to consumer buying interest in Distro Battleboom Palu (3) and partially electronic word of mouth sub variable negative valence of opinion and positive  valence of  opinion have  no  significant  effect  on  consumer  buying  interest  in  Distro Battleboom Palu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh dari variabel electronic word of  mouth di  sosial  media instagram terhadap  minat  beli  konsumen  di  Distro Battleboom Palu. Jenis penelitian  yang digunakan  adalah  kuantitatif  (menunjukan  hubungan  antar  variabel). Populasi  dalam penelitian  ini   adalah  seluruh followers akun  instagram Distro Battleboom Palu  jumlahnya  tidak diketahui dengan pasti. Teknik pengambilan sampel untuk menentukan sampel yang akan digunakan dalam  penelitian  ini  menggunakan  Teknik non  probability sampling, yaitu purposive  sampling. Dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis  data  yang  digunakan  adalah  analisis  regresi  linear  berganda.  Hasil  penelitian  menunjukan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh electronic word of mouth secara simultan terhadap minat beli konsumen di  Distro Battleboom Palu  (2)  secara  parsial  electronic  word  of  mouth  sub  variabel content dan intensity berpengaruh  signifikan  terhadap  minat  beli  konsumen  di  Distro Battleboom Palu  (3)  dan secara parsial electronic word of mouth sub variabel negative valence of opinion dan positive valence of opinion berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen di Distro Battleboom Palu.

The E-commerce industry was challenged with intense competition. Customers are easy to choose or switching any e-commerce websites for their reasons. This study aims to determine the effect of electronics word-of-mouth, product features, and lifestyle on brand-switching among millennial consumers in the e-commerce industry. It is explanatory research that was carried out at the millennial student of Universitas Brawijaya (University of Brawijaya), Indonesia. The data was collected using three methods: interview, questionnaire, and observation at the University of Brawijaya’s students. The object of this study was millennials customers, the user of e-commerce websites, especially college students. The sample was taken using non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that electronic word-of-mouth, product features, and lifestyle influence consumers to switch from one e-commerce website to another.

This researcher aims to determine whether promotions on social media and electronic word of mouth have a significant effect on the decision to visit the Mahakam Lampion Garden in Samarinda city. The independent variable used in this study is the promotion of social media (X1) and electronic word of mouth (X2), and the dependent variable in this study is the visit decision (Y). This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling using the slovin formula and obtained 100 respondents using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Promotion variabel in social media and visiting electronic word of mouth have a positive and significant effect on decisions.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi online dan word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UD Bintang Sembilan. Bintang Sembilan sebagian atau bersamaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh langsung dari konsumen UD. Bintang Sembilan Bintang Sembilan. Sampel menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling yaitu incidental sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial promosi online berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan word of mouth secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan kedua variabel yaitu promosi online dan word of mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online promotion and word of mouth on purchasing decisions at UD Bintang Sembilan. The Nine Star partially or simultaneously. This study uses primary data, namely data obtained directly from consumers of UD. Bintang Sembilan Nine Star. The population of this research is consumers of UD. Bintang Sembilan using a non-probability sampling technique, namely incidental sampling, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with t test (partial) and f test (simultaneous).The results of this study indicate partially online promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and for word of mouth partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the two variables, namely online promotion and word of mouth, have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

The millennial generation has begun to enter and dominate the workplace in Indonesia. In 2020, the year the demographic bonus started, millennial generations were in the age range of 20 years to 40 years. This age is the productive age which will be the backbone and can provide the best contribution for the company. One of the elements that influence the company's success in achieving company goals is the presence of employees who are committed to the company. Millennial generation employees are known as job hoppers and like to change jobs every 12 to 18 months. Based on previous studies, it was also found that millennial employees still have a moderate adversity quotient and a higher level of work stress than the previous generation. This study aims to determine the effect of adversity quotient and occupational stress on organizational commitment. The samples of this research were 200 people. Focus of this study is BUMN Millennial employees. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Sampling using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study shows that the adversity quotient (X1) has a significant positive effect and occupational stress (X2) has a significant negative effect on organizational commitment (Y). Keywords: Adversity Quotient, Occupational Stress, Organizational Commitment, Millenials ABSTRAK Generasi milenial sudah mulai banyak memasuki dan juga mendominasi dunia kerja di Indonesia. Pada Tahun 2020, tahun dimulainya bonus demografi, generasi milenial berada pada rentang usia 20 tahun sampai dengan 40 tahun. Usia tersebut adalah usia produktif yang akan menjadi tulang punggung dan dapat memberikan kontribusi terbaik bagi perusahaan. Salah satu faktor yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap keberhasilan perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan adalah adanya karyawan yang berkomitmen terhadap perusahaan. Karyawan generasi milenial dikenal sebagai job hoppers dan suka berganti pekerjaan setiap 12 hingga 18 bulan. Berdasarkan penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya ditemukan juga bahwa karyawan milenial masih memiliki tingkat adversity quotient yang tergolong sedang dan tingkat stres kerja yang lebih tinggi dari generasi sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh adversity quotient dan occupational stress terhadap komitmen organisasi. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 200 orang. Fokus pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan BUMN Generasi Milenial. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Alat analisis ya[1]ng digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adversity quotient (X1) berpengaruh positif signifikan dan occupational stress (X2) berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi (Y). Brand Image and Quality Service with Word of Mouth are important applied by service company in the hotel sector who wants to increase the number of guests to use or stay at the hotel. Swiss-Belhotel Borneo in Samarinda is one of the service companies in the hotel sector that depends on the number of guests who decide to stay at the hotel in order to make a profit. However, the number of guests who decide to stay at a hotel has not yet reached the target set and even the percentage of guests has fluctuated. This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Image, Service Quality, and Word of Mouth on the decision to stay at Swiss-Belhotel Borneo in Samarinda. The variables used in this study consisted of independent variables are brand image, service quality, and word of mouth, while the dependent variable was the stay decision. The population in this study are guests who are staying or have stayed at Swiss-Belhotel Borneo in Samarinda. Therefore, sampling was conducted for this study. The sample in this study was 100 respondens. The sampling technique in this study was conducted with non-probability sampling. The type of non-probability sampling used is accidental sampling. Data collection methods using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the showed that brand image, service quality, and word of mouth had a positive and significant effect on the decision to stay. Hypothesis testing as a whole proves the hypothesis influential and significant on the decision to stay together is accepted (Ho rejected and Ha accepted). The results of the t Test found that Word of Mouth variable was the most significant variable and had a positive influence on the decision to stay at Swiss-Belhotel Borneo in Samarinda.

This  study  aims  to  determine  and  analyze  the  effect  of  product  quality  on  customer  satisfaction using  Tupperware  products  in  Palu  City.  The  type  of  research  used  is  quantitative  (showing  the relationship between variables). The population of this study is that the general public who have used Tupperware products are not known with certainty. Sampling technique to determine the sample that will be used in this study using the technique of non probability sampling, the purposive sampling with the number of respondents 100 people. Data collection using questionnaire. The analysis method used multiple  linear regression  analysis.  The  result  of  the  research  showed  that  (1)  There  is influence  of product  quality  significantly  to  customer  satisfaction  by  using  Tupperware  product  in  Palu  City  (2)There  is  influence  of product  quality  with  performance,  suitability,  endurance,  aesthetics  and perceived significantly to consumer satisfaction using Tupperware product in Palu City. Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  dan  menganalisa pengaruh  kualitas  produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen menggunakan produk Tupperware di Kota Palu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif (menunjukan hubungan antar variabel). Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat umum yang telah menggunakan produk Tupperware jumlahnya tidak  diketahui  dengan  pasti.  Teknik pengambilan  sampel  untuk  menentukan  sampel  yang akan digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini  menggunakan teknik non  probability sampling, yaitu purposive  sampling dengan  jumlah  responden  100  orang.  Pengambilan  data  menggunakan kuesioner.  Metode  analisis  menggunakan  analisis  regresi  linear  berganda.Hasil  penelitian menunjukkan  bahwa  (1) terdapat  pengaruh  Kualitas  produk  secara signifikan  terhadap kepuasan  konsumen  menggunakan  produk Tupperware  di  Kota  Palu (2) terdapat  pengaruh kualitas  produk dengan  kinerja,  kesesuaian,  daya  tahan,  estetika  dan perceived secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen menggunakan produk Tupperware di Kota Palu.

The purpose of this research to analyze the effect of electronic word of mouth, trust and product quality on purchasing decisions fashion products towards online shop at the House of Sabrina. This study design using quantitative methods the hypotheses by using SPSS version 20.0 with multiple linear regression analysis. The population this study were consumers of House of Sabrina. The sampling technique used was random sampling with the total 131 respondents who had purchased products by online. The results of this study show that electronic word of mouth variables, trust and product quality have an effect on simultaneously and significantly on purchasing decisions. Partially electronic word of mouth variables, trust and product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The Determination Coefficient value is 57.7% while the rest is influenced by other variables.

This research aims to examine the effect of brand image and electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions at Lazada marketplace  in Buleleng Regency, both simultaneously and partially. The framework used in this researchs is causal quantitative. Sample is determined by using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected by using a questionnaire which will be tested for its realiability and validity, and will be analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that (1) brand image and electronic word of mouth have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions, (2) brand image has an effect on purchasing decisions, (3) electronic word of mouth has an effect on purchasing decisions at Lazada marketplace  in Buleleng Regency.

English This study aims to determine the effect of few variables, that is industiral type, profitability proxied by ROE and ROA, and environmental performance towards Islamic social reporting disclosure in companies listed in JII 2011-2015. The population in this study were all companies registered in JII 2011-2015, the sampling technique using purposive sampling, so that a total sample of 11 companies was obtained for five years, or equal to 55 annual reports. The analysis in this study is a descriptive statistical analysis by conducting a classic assumption test. The multiple linear regression analysis in this study uses SPSS 17 statistical analysis tools. The results of this study indicate that the Industry Type and Environmental Performance variables have no significant effect on Islamic Social Reporting Disclosure, while ROE has a significant negative effect and ROA has a significant positive effect on Islamic Social Reporting Disclosure. Indonesia Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel tipe industri, profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan ROE dan ROA, serta kinerja lingkungan terhadap pengungkapan islamic social reporting pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di JII Periode 2011-2015. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di JII periode 2011-2015, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh total sampel sebanyak 11 perusahaan selama lima tahun, atau sama dengan 55 laporan tahunan. Analisis dalam penelitian ini merupakan analisis statistik deskriptif dengan melakukan uji asumsi klasik. Adapun analisis regresi linier berganda dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis statistik SPSS 17. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Tipe Industri dan Kinerja Lingkungan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Pengungkapan Islamic Social Reporting, sedangkan ROE berpengruh negatif signifikan dan ROA berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Pengungkapan Islamic Social Reporting.
