The universal characteristics of private universities are explored using a sample of 210 students from private universities to identify their perception. Both theoretical and empirical measurement issues have been considered using structural equations as the primary data analysis approach by using a structured questionnaire. The specific objectives of the research are to, inter alia, measure of the satisfaction level of students in case of academic issues, support services and general issues, which will lead to identify their attitude towards private universities in Bangladesh. Moreover, the study would also try to identify the effective extra curricular activity, and the most satisfied physical environment according to them. From the survey, it is observed that the students are satisfied with the services provided by the private universities. Though some of them are not satisfied with the services but they do not have any other options because every year huge number of students passed from the higher secondary class and the public universities do not have the capacity to cater the needs of most of the students want to have a university graduation. Therefore, they know the position of the private universities but they do not want to come out with the fact, as they have no other choices. However, private universities should try to improve their current standing through maintaining and retaining credibility and viability, maintaining the highest student quality, designing a broad based liberal arts curriculum and emphasizing on research and scholarly activities. Overall they should have strategic plan to ensure the quality of education.

The importance of Labour Welfare in Industrialisation and Economic Development has been recognized globally. It is an important dimension in Industrial Relations, which includes overall welfare facilities designed to take care of well being of Employees and Workers. During the 1990s, the measures of economic reforms introduced in the country have given rise to a wave of rapid and radical changes in the structure and working of our economy. Globalization, Liberalisation, Privatisation, etc. have completely changed the functioning of the Indian Economy and forced the employees, workers, and their organizations to adapt and adjust by reorienting their ways to survive and thrive amidst the forces of change and competition. The aspect of Labour Welfare and Social Security has tremendous significance in the Public Sector, Private Sector and Multinational Organisations. It is firmly believed that money and environment given to employees is a long term investment and will never go waste. Against this backdrop, a detailed study has been conducted at Karnataka Soaps and Detergents Ltd, Bengaluru, a Public Sector Organisation. Primary data collected through a Structured Questionnaire from 100 respondents covering all levels and departments has revealed that most of the Labour Welfare and Social Security provisions are being satisfactorily provided by the company to its employees and workers. It is suggested that the company carefully look into those areas where employees/workers have expressed dissatisfaction. The article concludes by stating that if an organisation provides good welfare and social security benefits, then it will be able to procure and develop a unique pool of people who can continuously take the organization to new levels of growth and sustainability.

This paper summarizes the changes brought about in French administrative law by a law of 1979 imposing on administrative authorities a broad duty to give reasons for their decisions. Traditionally, the state of the law had been that, failing a specific statutory requirement, administrative authorities were under no obligation to provide reasons. This, however, had not prevented the Conseil d'État from reviewing administrative action — even of a clearly discretionary nature — for unlawfulness or impropriety of motives. The new law is aimed at improving communications between administrative authorities and the public. It reverses the former rule for three broad classes of decisions concerning individual cases : those having an unfavourable effect on rights and interests, those allowing for more favourable treatment than is provided under a rule of general application, and those made by social security and unemployment assistance agencies. Alleviation or disregard of the new rule is allowed in cases of emergency, where confidentiality or secrecy is required by law, or where, no decision being made in a prescribed time, a negative decision is deemed to have been rendered. Guidelines for the implementation of the new law have been issued by the Prime Minister to all Ministers; the latter have in turn issued more detailed instructions to decision-making officers in their departments. Further guidance will have to come from the administrative courts when they are called upon to review decisions for insufficiency or impropriety of reasons. Ultimately, however, achievement of the goal of improving the quality of intercourse between citizens and administrative authorities will require the development of a more open and trustful relationship between them.

The use of online shopping agents has increased dramatically in the last 10 years, as a result of e-commerce development. Despite the importance of these online applications, very few studies attempted to identify and analyse the main factors that influence the users’ perception regarding the service quality of online shopping agents, and consequently, the elements that determine the users’ choice of online shopping agents. The present study attempts to fill this literature gap, identifying on the basis of primary data analysis, the various circumstantial or personal factors that can determine the choice of a specific searching strategy and shopping agent.

Hypothesis testing produces,indicating that the hypothesis 1 is accepted, it means the variable partialapplication of e-Banking System has a positive and significant impact on theperformance of Cash Adminstration. The results of hypothesis testing indicatesthat the hypothesis 2 in this study received, meaning that in partial RevenueApplication Implementation (SAP) has a positive and significant impact on theperformance of Cash Adminstration Variation of performance can be explainedby the Adminstration Cash independent variables of e-Banking SystemImplementation and Application of Revenue Application (SAP) and while the explained by other factors. The Performance of Cash Administration will riseproperly Implementation of e-Banking System and Application SystemApplication Revenues(SAP) is well managed.

This paper investigates the effect of FDI on performance of manufacturing firms in Kenya. Little is documented about the link between FDI and performance of local firms in Kenya . The study has sought to establish the overall effect of FDI on the performance-manufacturing firms in Kenya. The population of study comprised 100 companies registered with Kenya Association Manufacturing as at the time of data collection in 2019 and that had over 10 percent foreign ownership. The respondents were the CEOs of organization. The study used a structured questionnaire to collect primary data. Descriptive and inferential statistics were both used to analyze the data. Data was pretested for normality, linearity, multicollinearity, autocorrelation and homoscedasticity and the data found to meet most of these preconditions. The study developed hypothesis which was tested using simple linear regression to establish the effect of FDI on performance of manufacturing firms. The results revealed that there was a statistically significant relationship between FDI and firm performance. This imply that to achieve better firm performance, the government need to come up with polices geared to attracting more FDI into the key sectors of the economy.

The e-Raport system is used as an information system designed by schools to inform parents of student development by schools, which has been implemented in all state schools in various provinces in Indonesia including Banten province. SMPN 5 Tangerang is one of the public schools in Tangerang city that uses the e-Raport System as a substitute for reports of students' learning outcomes manually. The problem raised in this study is whether the quality of the e-Raport System affects user satisfaction. This research focuses on user satisfaction e-Raport system using webQual 4.0 method consisting of 3 variables namely usability, information quality, and interaction quality. The data used in the primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires using a likert scale with 20 points of statement to 400 respondents. Data obtained and processed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS software. Based on webqual variable 4.0, the analysis results showed that the quality of usefulness, information quality, and interaction quality influenced user satisfaction.

<p>Patients’ perceptions about health services, especially about service quality, are becoming increasingly important. It might shape confidence and subsequent behaviors with regard to their choice and usage of the available health care facilities. The study examines the primary satisfaction with a private hospital experience and estimate the effect that each of these construct will have on future behavioral intensions. More specifically, it measures patient’s perceptions of service quality and assesses the dimensions of service quality exert strongest influence on customer satisfaction. The study is based on primary data, which collected from outpatients in the ten selected private hospitals of Kathmandu valley via self-administered and structured questionnaire survey. Convenience sampling method is applied for the study that constituted of 200 outpatients from private hospitals. The present study is based on the SERVPREF model in which independent variables are tangibles, responsiveness, empathy, reliability and assurance whereas the dependent variable is overall satisfaction of the patients. The findings of this study show that 72 percent of the respondents are satisfied with the overall quality of the hospitals; 5 percent are dissatisfied and 18 percent are neutral. It also reveals that satisfaction of the outpatients is irrespective of their genders, age, income level and education. Among all constructs the most positive perceptions are seen in the assurance dimension of the hospitals followed by tangibles, responsiveness, reliability and empathy. Additionally, it is seen that responsiveness dimension is the most strongly correlated dimension with overall satisfaction; while the other dimensions have weak to moderate positive correlation. The financial statements used by organizations to provide financial information for decision making. This study aims to analyze the factors affecting the quality of accounting information. Among other things the effect of the implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) on the quality of accounting information, the influence of user competence and commitment to the organization, either directly or indirectly on the quality of accounting information, the accounting information system as a mediating variable. This research was conducted on the plantation sub-sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017. The data used in this study are primary data, analysis tools used Structural Equation Modelling- Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). The results of the study are ERP implementation has direct and significant effect on the Quality of Accounting Information. While the user competence and organizational commitment significantly affect the quality of accounting information system, where the quality of accounting information systems affect the quality of accounting information.

- The success of the French nuclear program can suggest valuable lessons to Italy if she wants to come back to this technology: - nuclear is a choice of long-term that requires stable and long lasting strategies and does not tolerate "stop-and-go" and change of mind according to the pace of change of political majorities and governments; - in order to be competitive, a number of standardized reactors not too distant in time has to be realized; - the "country system" must be able to manage a complex industrial program, not in autarky, but in the framework of the single European market; - the public acceptance attitude should be developed and consolidated over time through the quality of industrial initiatives and demonstration of knowing how to achieve to announced targets; - the legal framework for the authorization process and the organization of the security authority should be guided by the international "best practices".
