This study aims to determine the tendency of growth of tax revenu elevies, the contribution PAD Jayapura city before and after the Law 28 Year 2009. The research method is done through quantitative analysis using financial ratio analysis techniques Jayapura city government. The resultis an average contribution of taxes to PAD both before and after the implementation of Law No.28 of 2009 showed an increase but the contribution levy decreased. However, the contribution of PAD to Total Revenue Region (TPD) showed an increase(rising).

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. BPR Lugas Dana Mandiri Padang in terms of profitability, liquidity and solvency ratios during 2017-2019. The research method uses financial ratio analysis. The results of this study indicate that PT. BPR Lugas Dana Mandiri has a fairly good performance based on profitability, liquidity and solvency ratios despite fluctuating during 2018-2019, PT. BPR is still in a liquid and profitable condition because it has more assets than its liabilities, however, its solvency is projected to continue to decline.

This article explains results of a comparative to test the performance of two top banks in the German banking industry analysis using a financial ratio analysis method. The main determinants considered are solvency and liquidity indicators, which make it possible to observe the risk behaviour of banks before and after the financial crisis. The hypothesis of the study is that the behaviour of German banks depends on bank-specific variables that affect the institution ’s loan policy. The universal banks in Germany can be divided into three main types of institutions: commercial, public sector and cooperative banks. The analysis is carried out on banks of the same category in a decomposed manner. Deutsche Bank and Commerzbank representing the commercial/Private sector. Checking each Bank separately is carried out to detect the similarities or differences that each bank may have in terms of bank performance. The empirical analysis involves a sample of these German banks observed during 2015–2019.

The purpose of this study is to find out how financial ratio analysis to assess the financialperformance of PT. Main Wheel Rays in terms of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, and profitabilityratios using secondary data. The research method used is descriptive quantitative and independentvariables, namely the company's financial performance measured by several sub variablesincluding liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, and profitability ratios. The results of the research are theanalysis of the ratio of liquidity, solvency, and profitability to assess the financial performance of PT.Main Wheel Rays seen from the liquidity ratio of the company's financial performance are in goodcondition, but too much cash is not used. When viewed from the solvency ratio, the company'sfinancial performance is in a bad condition, because the debt ratio continues to increase. Whenviewed from the profitability ratio, the company's financial performance is in good condition, butmust continue to increase profits.

The study this aims to analyze how the performance of local governmentdistrict of West Tanjung Jabung before and after implementation of performancebased budgeting. Measuring instrument used is a financial ratio analysis areaconsists of: self-sufficiency ratio, the dependency ratio, the degree ofdecentralization, effectiveness and efficiency of local revenue ratio, the ratio ofthe effectiveness and efficiency of local tax contribution and the degree of publicenterprises. The financial ratios have an important role in determining whether ornot the local government performance. The results show independence region ratio decreases, the dependencyratio increases, the degree of decentralization decreases, the ratio f effectivenessand efficiency of local tax revenue decline merngalami. Based on the analysis, itcan be concluded that the performance of the District government of WestTanjung Jabung after the application of performance-based budget is declining.

This analysis is carried out aiming to see the performance of the consumer goods industry/ CGI sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) using common size analysis and financial ratio analysis. The research method used in this research is descriptive research method. The data used is secondary data, in the form of CGI sector financial statements for the period 2017-2018, which are published on the IDX website. The data used is the financial statements of 53 companies. The source of the theory is obtained through library research and similar research obtained from research journals. Financial ratio analysis used is the current ratio, quick ratio, debt to assets, debt to equity, total asset turnover, fixed asset ratio, gross profit margin, return on assets, and return on equity. The analysis shows an increase and a decrease, and a stable number for the results.

As we know that the oil and gas industry is a huge industry and a big contributor to government revenue. However, a signiicant decline in government revenues from this sector is in 2014 by 14.11% to 4.46% in 2015, and in 2016 the value is not too far from the previous year that is 4.58%. This is due to the decline in world oil prices and also the decline in production of Indonesian private oil and gas companies. The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial performance of Indonesia’s private oil and gas company before and after declining the national oil and gas production. The data were collected from financial report of PT. Medco Internasional, Tbk and divided into two periods. The period before the decline in production from 2011 to 2013, and after the decline in production from 2014 to 2016. Financial ratio analysis (FRA) and paired sample t-test were used to analyze the data. The results show that Indonesia’s private oil and gas company is still in good performance even in one year suffered considerable losses. The value of cash ratio, inventory turnover, and collection period signiicantly different before and after the decline in oil and gas production. The authors believe that findings will be helpful for managers who continuously attempt to explore opportunities to provide a higher return.

The performance assessment of the financial aspects of the company more frequently using financial ratio analysis techniques. This analysis requires the financial statements at least the last two years. With the financial ratio analysis will be able to determine the level of liquidity, solvency, and profitability. A research technique that used is quantitative analysis (nonstatistik). From the research result showed that the ratio of liquidity, solvency, and profitability tends to increase and financing of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk was in a healthy state, based on the results of tests performed that financing in PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk in 2011 increased by 777 962. This is due to an increase in the level of solvency. Increased financing occurs due to the condition of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk. in a liquid state when viewed from the level of liquidity.Keywords: Liquidity Ratios, Solvency Ratios, Profitability Ratios, and Financing

This study aims to assess the financial performance of Manado City Government using Financial Ratio Analysis of Regional Budget for Fiscal Year 2011-2015. Type of research is the descriptif qualitative with case study approach. The processed data is the Budget Realization Report of Manado City Government for Fiscal Year 2011-2015 were obtained from the internet publication on the official website of Financial Management Board and Regional Property of Manado City. The analysis used to analyze the Regional Financial Performance is Financial Ratio Analysis by calculate the Ratio of Independence, Degree of Fiscal Decentralization, Ratio of Effectiveness, Ratio of Efficiency and Ratio of Expenditure Congruence. While the analysis used to analyze the Ability of Regional Finance is to calculate the Share and Growth, Map of Regional Finance Capability and Financial Capability Index. Based on the calculation and analysis of the Regional Financial Performance can be concluded that the pattern of the region's autonomy level relationships in Manado City is instructive criteria. Degree of Fiscal Decentralization is still lacking, but the Ratio of Effectiveness is very effective and the Ratio of Efficiency is also very efficient. Ratio of Expenditure Congruence shows the balance between expenditures are not balanced. Based on the calculation and analysis of the Regional Financial Capability can be concluded, that the condition of financial ability of Manado City is still not ideal. Share and Growth calculation results, the position of Manado City is in quadrant II and Financial Capability Index of Manado City is high. The research method used is case study research. The study was conducted at PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk, which aims to determine the level of working capital management and corporate productivity. Quantitative analysis methods used and data analysis techniques used are the working capital analysis, financial ratio analysis and the analysis of the productivity ratio. Research results obtained from the results that a decrease in working capital at PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. from the year 2006-2010 which decreases the amount of current assets while current liabilities increased. PT levels of liquidity. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. is also quite low and has decreased every year. Expected PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. able to increase the amount of current assets to cash and cash equivalents productivity is not compromised. Productivity ratio of PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk in 2010 has increased due to production cost savings and increased sales obtained. This suggests a tight working capital management is carried out by PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. can increase company productivity.
