For Su?rez, the object of the metaphysics is being insofar as it is real being (ens reale). In order to explain this, the author analyzes Su?rez?s notions of formal and objective concept (conceptus formalis, conceptus objectivus). Su?rez finds that the primary feature of the objective concept of being is its unity; nevertheless that does not imply the univocal concept of being because the objective concept of being is applied on its instances on diverse ways. When considering what is being (ens), Su?rez makes the difference between being taken as a noun and being taken as a participle. The later one signifies everything actually existing; being as a noun signifies everything which have the real essence (essentia realis), with actual existence or without it. The real essence he defines as something that is not repugnant to actual existence and which is not a figment of mind. The objective concept of being is a result of precisive abstraction and encompass all real essences, actual as well as non-actual. As such, for Su?rez, it is the object of the metaphysics as a science.

The aim of this article is to think the theory of distinctions in the philosophy of Descartes, and, from this theory, to make considerations to subjects related to Cartesian metaphysics. In this way, in the first instance, the article deals with the difference between the procedures of exclusion and abstraction, since it is a crucial difference to understand the real distinction as it is thought by Descartes. In the sequence the discussion is directed towards the real distinction, at which point, in addition to the definition and functioning of the real distinction, its conflict with the substantial union is raised. In a third, the article addresses the modal distinction and its relation with the philosophy of Francisco Suárez. Finally, it enters into the theme of the distinction of reason. At this point, the article seeks to clarify difficulties presents in the philosophy of Descartes and that concern the relations between distinction of reason, formal distinction, distinctio rationis ratiocinantis and distinctio rationis ratiocinatae.

The mortality rate is one of the most important criteria for assessing the health of the population. However, it is important to use analytical indicators correctly, especially when evaluating time series. The value of the “gross” mortality is closely linked with a specific weight of persons of elderly and senile ages. All international publications (WHO, IARC, territorial cancer registers) assess the dynamics of morbidity and mortality only by standardized indicators that eliminate the difference in the age composition of the compared population groups. In Russia, from 1960 to 2017, the share of people of retirement age has increased more than 2 times. The structure of mortality from malignant tumors has changed dramatically. The paper presents the dynamics of gross and standardized mortality rates from malignant tumors in Russia and in all administrative territories. Shows the real success of the Oncology service. The medium-term interval forecast until 2025 has been calculated.

AbstractIn this paper we discuss coefficient problems for functions in the class {{\mathcal{C}}_{0}(k)}. This family is a subset of {{\mathcal{C}}}, the class of close-to-convex functions, consisting of functions which are convex in the positive direction of the real axis. Our main aim is to find some bounds of the difference of successive coefficients depending on the fixed second coefficient. Under this assumption we also estimate {|a_{n+1}|-|a_{n}|} and {|a_{n}|}. Moreover, it is proved that {\operatorname{Re}\{a_{n}\}\geq 0} for all {f\in{\mathcal{C}}_{0}(k)}.

Background The association between the nurse-to-patient ratio and patient outcomes has been extensively investigated. Real time location systems have the potential capability of measuring the actual amount of bedside contact patients receive. Aims This study aimed to determine the feasibility and accuracy of real time location systems as a measure of the amount of contact time that nurses spent in the patients’ bed space. Methods An exploratory, observational, feasibility study was designed to compare the accuracy of data collection between manual observation performed by a researcher and real time location systems data capture capability. Four nurses participated in the study, which took place in 2019 on two hospital wards. They were observed by a researcher while carrying out their work activities for a total of 230 minutes. The amount of time the nurses spent in the patients’ bed space was recorded in 10-minute blocks of time and the real time location systems data were extracted for the same nurse at the time of observation. Data were then analysed for the level of agreement between the observed and the real time location systems measured data, descriptively and graphically using a kernel density and a scatter plot. Results The difference (in minutes) between researcher observed and real time location systems measured data for the 23, 10-minute observation blocks ranged from zero (complete agreement) to 5 minutes. The mean difference between the researcher observed and real time location systems time in the patients’ bed space was one minute (10% of the time). On average, real time location systems measured time in the bed space was longer than the researcher observed time. Conclusions There were good levels of agreement between researcher observation and real time location systems data of the time nurses spend at the bedside. This study confirms that it is feasible to use real time location systems as an accurate measure of the amount of time nurses spend at the patients’ bedside.

Abstract In the contemporary theological landscape Filipino theology has remained marginal compared to Latin-American theologies. Hence, this paper attempts to present Bahala Na as a Filipino articulation of Astley’s Ordinary Theology in the context of Filipino diaspora. With this, we assert that the importance of ordinary Filipino migrants’ input in the current theological enterprise cannot be overlooked because the churches in the world are now phenomenally populated by the millions of Filipinos who possess a unique faith that has sustained them amidst the precariousness of their diasporic life. We believe that ignorance of this inculturated theology is ignorance of the real essence of “catholic” theology.

Islam teaches the difference in someone's level of religiosity. The level of human religiosity can change from one moment to another. Humans have evolved a religious life. Including human experience in adulthood elderly in life and face the problems of life. This study focused on the real description of the attitude of religiosity which is owned by the elderly. The study was taken from the students at the boarding school Elderly Islamic boarding school (Pesantren) of Roudlotul Muta'allimin Dracik Kramat Batang. The research method used descriptive qualitative approach to straight dialogue (interview) of the respondents, namely the students of Elderly Islamic Boarding School (Pesantren). The study results showed that each of the students have the different religious involvement in filling elderly period (retirement). The involvement includes Ritual Involvement, Ideological Involvement, Intellectual involvement, experimental involvement, and consequential involvement.

The construction of bridges and other structures across the river will affect the flood discharge capacity and local water potential of the river.Based on navier-Stokes equation of MIKE21FM hydrodynamic module, this paper carries out two-dimensional numerical simulation of part of Shixi River. By optimizing the grid near the piers to reduce the difference brought by the terrain generalized grid of the real river, it simulates and analyzes the length of the curve of yong-high and Yong-water under different flood frequencies, the Nash-Sutcliffe efficiency coefficient and relative error analysis are used to verify the rationality of the results. The simulation results can accurately reflect the real changes of river water level, It provides a theoretical basis for flood impact analysis.

The kihapis a technique used in several oriental martial arts. It is a yell used by practitioners with the ex pectation of enhancing the force of a hit. However, the real effect of using the kihapis unknown. Therefore, this study aims to compare the peak of acceleration of the Dolio-chaguikick in taekwondo performed with and without the use of kihap. Twenty two experienced taekwondo practitioners performed 30 kicks each against a punching bag, alternating in random order with and without kihap, while the acceleration of the punching bag was measured. A t-test was used to compare the difference between the mean acceleration in both conditions. Higher values were found with the use of kihap(7.8 ± 2.8 g) than without the use of kihap(7.1 ± 2.4 g), p< 0.01, r= 0.57. The results indicate that kihapenhances the impact of the kick.
