This study aims to analyze the background of the emergence of metal children in the Ketapang ferry port, and formulate a model that can be used to overcome the presence of metal children in the Ketapang ferry port. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method, the steps of which include determining the location of research, the method of determining informants, research instruments, data collection methods, data validity testing methods, and data analysis methods. The results showed that there were a number of factors that caused the emergence of metal children at Ketapang Port of Spread, namely 1) poverty factors, 2) family factors, 3) peer or playmate factors, and 4) education factors. Models that can be used to tackle the presence of metal children are Street-centered intervention, Family-centered intervention, Institutional-centered intervention, and Community-centered intervention.

Latar belakang yang mendorong penelitian ini adalah banyak dijumpai di TK Santa Theresia Ungaran terdapat beberapa anak yang pada saat melakukan kegiatan tari, tampak berbagai reaksi anak yang berbeda-beda salahsatunya seperti kurangnya percaya diri pada anak.Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah kemandirian dalam kegiatan seni tari pada usia 5-6 tahun di TK Santa Theresia Ungaran dengan tujuan untuk menganalisa kemandirian dalam kegiatan seni tari usia 5–6 tahun di TK Santa TheresiaUngaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi objek yang alamiah sesuai dengan kondisi di lapangan tanpa adanya manipulasi dari peneliti. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menganalisa tentang Kemandirian dalam kegiatan seni tari di TK Santa Theresia Ungaran. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai aspek kemandirian dalam kegiatan seni tari yang meliputi aspek emosi, intelektual dan sosial.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemandirian dapat diterapkan dalam kegiatan seni tari. Kemampuan kemandirian dapat dimunculkan dalam beberapa aspek yaitu aspek emosi, intelektual dan sosial dimana anak sudah mampu menunjukan rasa percaya dirinya, tidak tergantung kepada orang tua maupun kepada guru pada saat mengikuti kegiatan tari. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini saran yang disampaikan adalah kepada siswa dan guru bahwa kemandirian juga dapat di terapkan dalam kegiatan tari, yang diharapkan siswa mampu bersikap mandiri dalam segala aktifitasnya, khususnya dalam kegiatan seni tari.Kata kunci : Kemandirian. Tari ABSTRACTThe background that led to this research was that there were many children in Santa Theresia Ungaran kindergarten, there were several children who when doing dance activities, showed various reactions of different children, one of them was a lack of confidence in children.The focus of this research is the independence in dance activities at the age of 5-6 years in Santa Theresia Ungaran kindergarten with the aim of analyzing the independence in art activities from the age of 5-6 years in Santa Theresia Ungaran kindergarten.This study uses qualitative research. Qualitative research is a research method used to examine the condition of natural objects in accordance with the conditions in the field without manipulation by the researcher. Data collection methods in this study are by observation, interview, and documentation. This study analyzes the independence of dance activities at Santa Theresia Ungaran Kindergarten. This study discusses the aspects of independence in dance activities that cover emotional, intellectual and social aspects.Research results show that independence can be applied to dance activities. Independence skills can be raised in several aspects, namely emotional, intellectual and social aspects where the child is able to show his self-confidence, not dependent on parents or teachers when attending dance activities. Based on the results of this study the suggestions submitted are to students and teachers that independence can also be applied in dance activities, which students are expected to be able to be independent in all their activities, especially in dance activities.Keywords: Independence. Abstract The purpose of this study was to describe parenting patterns in developing children's social care. Parenting is a pattern of interaction between parents and children during care that has an important role in shaping the child's personality. Social care is a caring attitude towards the surrounding community. The research method uses descriptive qualitative research. The research location is Glengseran Hamlet, Suci Village, Panti District, Jember District. The method of selecting informants is purposive. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used Miles and Huberman's theories namely condensation, presentation, verification and conclusion. Data validity uses source triangulation.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pola asuh orang tua dalam mengembangkan kepedulian sosial anak. Pola asuh orang tua merupakan pola interaksi antara orang tua dan anaknya selama pengasuhan yang mempunyai peranan penting dalam pembentukan kepribadian anak. Kepedulian sosial merupakan sikap perduli terhadap masyarakat sekitar. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian yakni Dusun Glengseran Desa Suci Kecamatan Panti Kabupatrn Jember. Metode pemilihan informan dengan purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan Teori Miles dan Huberman yakni kondensasi, penyajian, verifikasi dan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui konsep pembelajaran pendidikan moral di perguruan tinggi di Jepang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Tokyo Gakugei University. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif.  Metode pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.  Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Pendidikan moral pada perguruan tinggi di Jepang bertujuan untuk membangun karakter warga negara muda untuk berpikir bagaimana caranya hidup dan bertindak atas dasar penilaian otonom dan hidup sebagai orang yang proaktif bersama dengan orang lain. Pendidikan moral menjadi alat dan media untuk mentrasformasikan nilai-nilai dasar filosofis masyarakat Jepang. Pendidikan moral dapat tercermin pada karakter keseharian masyarakat Jepang yang memiliki etos dan semangat kerja tinggi dalam menjalankan setiap profesinya-----This study aims to determine the concept of learning moral education in universities in Japan. This research is a qualitative research. The study was conducted at Tokyo Gakugei University. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods obtained by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study explain that moral education at universities in Japan aims to build the character of young citizens to think how to live and act on the basis of autonomous judgment and life as people who are proactive together with others. Moral education is a tool and media for transforming the basic philosophical values of Japanese society. Moral education can be reflected in the daily character of Japanese people who have high ethos and work spirit in carrying out every profession

This study aims to determine the analysis of the implementation of good corporate governance(GCG) in Islamic Commercial Banks, which is represented by Bank Syariah Mandiri and BankMuamalat Indonesia. This research method is included in qualitative research with a library researchapproach, namely a series of studies relating to library data collection methods. The objectives og this research is to describe the factors causing ship accident in Indonesia and know the effectiveness of SAR emergency in ship accident in Indonesia. The research method used in this research is qualitative research. Techniques Collection of literature study data and documents. Data validity method using triangulation. Data analysis uses interactive data analysis. The conclusions of this study are Factors that cause the occurrence of ship accidents in Indonesia, among others, the resources of the crew, the eligibility of ships, supporting facilities for shipping, operators, lack of supervision of apparatus, service users and other factors. The high number of ship accidents in Indonesia shows the ineffective implementation of SAR in ship accident in Indonesia.

ABSTRAKLatar belakang yang mendorong penelitian ini adalah perilaku sosial anak saat bermain balok masih suka berebutan,belum mau berbagi, pilih-pilih teman, mengejek hasil karya teman, berteriak saat berbicara dengan temannya.Pola perilaku sosial anak dapat dilihat dalam semua kegiatan, salah satunya kegiatan bermain balok yang dilakukan oleh anak-anak.Maka dari itu, dalam penelitian ini peneliti ingin menggali dan mendeskripsikan kemampuan perilaku sosial saat anak bermain balok.Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kemampuan perilaku sosial yang terdapat dalam kegiatan bermain balok dengan tujuan mendeskripsikan perilaku sosial dengan temannya saat bermain balok.Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, penelitian kualitatif adalah metode penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat postpositivisme, digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi obyek yang alamiah.Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara.Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi.Teknik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, seleksi data, menyajikan data dan penarikan kesimpualan.Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya perbedaan perilaku sosial pada masing-masing anak dalam melakukan kegiatan bermain balok baik dalam perilaku meniru, persaingan, kerja sama, simpati, empati, dukungan sosial, membagi, dan perilaku akrab.Saran yang peneliti berikan sebaiknya orang tua mengajarkan anak untuk berperilaku baik, menjadi model buat anak untuk berperilaku baik, serta menjelaskan tentang perilaku baik dan perilaku buruk.Bagi guru mengajarkan pada anak berperilaku baik saat pembelajaran maupun diluar pembelajaran.Bagi sekolah menyediakan fasilitas yang mendukung untuk bermain balok.Kata kunci: Perilaku sosial, balok  ABSTRACTEncouraging background of this research is the social behavior of children while playing the beam is still fond of scrambling, not willing to share, picky friends, mocking the work of friends, screaming when talking with friends.Child's social behavior patterns can be seen in all activities, one of which is playing block activities performed by children. Therefore, in this study researchers want to explore and describe the ability of social behavior when children play blocks.The focus in this study is the analysis of social behavior capabilities contained in the playing of blocks with the aim of describing social behavior with friends while playing the beam.This research uses qualitative research, qualitative research is a research method based on postpositivism philosophy, used to examine the condition of natural objects. Methods of data collection using observation, documentation and interviews. The data validity technique uses triangulation. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data selection, presenting data and draw a conclusion.The results of the study showed that there were differences in social behavior in each of the children in performing good beam activities in imitative behavior, competition, cooperation, sympathy, empathy, social support, sharing, and familiar behavior.Suggestions that researchers give parents should teach children to behave well, be a model for children to behave well, and explain about good behavior and bad behavior. As a research method, case studies are often used in qualitative research, but there is no agreement on research procedures. Case studies have been widely used in psychology, which is not only used in the context of research but it has different meanings. The purpose of this article is to provide a description of the case study as a research method, by providing an overview of the procedures for conducting research which includes when case studies can be used, research design, data collection, data validity, and data analysis. This article seeks to help emerging researchers in the field of psychology with several views from Robert Yin and Robert Stake. This article helps researchers to familiarize themselves with the procedures of qualitative research using case studies. A case study approach that is applied correctly can be a valuable method for conducting research, especially in the field of psychology as a means of developing theory, evaluating programs, developing interventions.

ABSTRACTSmall Industry is one of the most potential industries in Sukabumi City. The stakeholders strive to always develop Small Industry because this industry has contributed to the improvement of people's economy and become one of the tourist destinations in the city of Sukabumi. Therefore, the participation of various parties is needed for the sustainability of this Small Industry. The purpose of this study was to obtain a description of the inter-organizational linkages capacity of stakeholders in developing Small Industry in Sukabumi City. This research used the qualitative research method. Data were collected through observations, interviews, literature study and triangulation technique to ensure data validity. The results showed that coordination among stakeholders is still not working properly. In addition, communication between the parties is still not effective and promotion channels through the media are also limited.  Keywords: Inter-organizational linkages capacity    ABSTRAKIndustri Kecil adalah salah satu jenis industri yang sangat potensial di Kota Sukabumi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh deskripsi tentang kapasitas inter-organizational linkages para pemangku kepentingan (stakeholders) dalam mengembangkan Industri Kecil di Kota Sukabumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, studi literatur dan teknik triangulasi untuk analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koordinasi yang dilakukan diantara para pemangku kepentingan masih belum berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Selain itu, komunikasi diantara para pihak juga masih belum efektif dan saluran promosi melalui media juga masih terbatas. Kata kunci: Kapasitas inter-organizational linkages

This study aims to find out how the role of pancasila and citizenship education teachers in addressing the delinquency of learners in MTs Al-Khairiyah Kepandean, what are the forms of delinquency of learners in MTs Al-Khairiyah Kepandean and what are the obstacles of teachers pancasila education and citizenship in overcoming mischief students in MTs Al-Khairiyah Kepandean. This research uses qualitative research method, with descriptive approach. Data collection conducted by using interview techniques, observation, and documentation later processed again and examined by using triangulation techniques that aim to check the validity of data. The results of this study illustrate that the role of Pancasila and citizenship education teachers in addressing the delinquency of learners in MTs Al-Khairiyah Kepandean done through the role as a mentor, role as a moral agent, role as communicator and role as model. The forms of delinquency of learners in MTs Al-Khairiyah Kepandean are included in a-social and a-moral delinquency and can be categorized into mild mischief. The barriers of Pancasila and citizenship education teachers in dealing with delinquency of students in MTs Al-Khairiyah Kepandean are derived from family factors, environmental factors and schools.

This research aims to reveal the performer perception and encounters in regards to sexual harassment in the field of performing arts in Turkey. The basis of the study is to unearth the thoughts of the performers about the sexual harassment exposures and to capture when, where and by whom the unwanted situations such as sexual harassment are experienced. The phenomenology design of qualitative research method is at the center of this study since 'sexual harassment and sexist attitude' is a phenomenon which is literally experienced. Document review and in-depth interviews were employed as data collection methods. Four researchers conducted 27 interviews, capturing more than 26 hours long recording that transcripted into 637 pages of data. After analyzing the data, it was found that the performers expressed their opinions in four different categories on sexual harassment behaviors in the theatre world. The first group stated that they did not encounter such experience; the second group generalized the issue and emphasized that the sexual harassment can happen anywhere; the third group openly stated that they have been exposed to sexual harassment themselves; the fourth group stated that in comparison to other sectors they think that the situation in the theater world is better. In addition, the performers emphasized on intricate relationships caused by hierarchy, informal networking and competitiveness prepared environements for harassment.
