Abstract The purpose of this study was to describe parenting patterns in developing children's social care. Parenting is a pattern of interaction between parents and children during care that has an important role in shaping the child's personality. Social care is a caring attitude towards the surrounding community. The research method uses descriptive qualitative research. The research location is Glengseran Hamlet, Suci Village, Panti District, Jember District. The method of selecting informants is purposive. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used Miles and Huberman's theories namely condensation, presentation, verification and conclusion. Data validity uses source triangulation.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pola asuh orang tua dalam mengembangkan kepedulian sosial anak. Pola asuh orang tua merupakan pola interaksi antara orang tua dan anaknya selama pengasuhan yang mempunyai peranan penting dalam pembentukan kepribadian anak. Kepedulian sosial merupakan sikap perduli terhadap masyarakat sekitar. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian yakni Dusun Glengseran Desa Suci Kecamatan Panti Kabupatrn Jember. Metode pemilihan informan dengan purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan Teori Miles dan Huberman yakni kondensasi, penyajian, verifikasi dan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber.   Kata Kunci: pola asuh, orang tua, kepedulian sosial

Character education is a form of cultivation of noble character in students. The aspect of 'social care' character is one of the most important of the eighteen character education in Indonesia, this is because the sense of sensitivity and help towards others in the environment around students begins to diminish. There are various kinds of media to succeed in internalizing character education, one of which is a novel. The novel Merindu Baginda Nabi by Habiburrahman El-Shirazy can be said to be a complete novel in instilling character in Indonesia. Therefore, researchers will explore how the value of social care character education in the novel Merindu Baginda Nabi. The research method used is qualitative descriptive qualitative research. The novel Merindu Baginda Nabi as a source of data in this study, in the form of dialogue and narrative stories about character education about social care. Based on the results of the analysis, seventeen data were found that were divided into four important parts, namely: giving help to others, caring for others, mutual respect, and sympathy.

Aransemen instrumen string lagu A Whole New World oleh Steve Deaprof Band dibuat menarik dan modern, sehingga membuat lagu tersebut menjadi lebih variatif terutama pada isian (filler) string yang berbeda dari lagu aslinya.  Hal ini melatarbelakangi peneliti untuk melakukan sebuah penelitian ini. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan aransemen instrumen string lagu A Whole New World oleh Steve Deaprof Band. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi Penelitian di kantor Steve Deaprof yakni di Jln. KHM Mansyur no.3, Bendan, Pekalongan. Teknik pengumpulan data antara lain: teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Teknik keabsahan data. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu analisis dalam bentuk pernyataan dan analisis yang diungkapkan dengan deskripsi Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aransemen instrumen string lagu A Whole New World memiliki 3 kali perpindahan tangganada (modulasi) dan fill in pada beberapa bagian lagu. ___________________________________________________________________ Abstract The string instrument arrangement of the song A Whole New World by Steve Deaprof Band was made attractive and modern, thus making the song more varied, especially in the different string fillers from the original song. This is the background for researchers to conduct this research. The aim of this research is to know and describe the string instrument arrangement of the song A Whole New World by Steve Deaprof Band. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. The research location is in Steve Deaprof's office, which is Jln. KHM Mansyur no.3, Bendan, Pekalongan. Data collection techniques include: observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data validity techniques. The data analysis in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely analysis in the form of statements and analysis expressed with descriptions. The results show that the arrangement of the string instrument A Whole New World has 3 times the scale shift (modulation) and fill in on several parts of the song.

The purpose of this research was to find a solution during the pandemic recovery covid-19 with the strengthening of alternative food entrepreneurship sorghum. The research method uses qualitative research methods in entrepreneurship, descriptive qualitative action research  with data collection techniques in the form of observation and documentation, after the data collected is then analyzed statistically descriptive. The results showed that sorghum can be used as a national food stock facing a crisis and pandemic covid-19, sorghum food stock in the form of grains, rice, flour, soft brand sorghum, and various processed sorghum. National sorghum food stock strategy includes strengthening clusters and production centers, silo utilization cooperation, socialization of various sorghum products, and strengthening Center of Sorghum Entrepreneur (CSE) and Sorghum Entrepreneurship Unit (SEU).

The purpose of the research that researchers do is to find out the extent of the Implementation of the Family Hope Program in Cisitu District of Sumedang Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method which is used in research based on the philosophy of postpositivism, used to examine the natural conditions of objects, where researchers act as key instruments, data collection techniques are carried out by triangulation (combined), data analysis is inductive, and qualitative research results emphasize more meaning than generalization. The technique used in taking samples is to use purposive sampling, which is sampling based on needs, so the samples in this study were 4 people. As for what is determined to be the informant in this study are the executors who are considered to have authority, information, and are involved in implementation of the Family Hope Program in Cisitu District of Sumedang Regency. Based on the results of the study, the researchers can describe that the Implementation of the Family Hope Program in Cisitu District of Sumedang Regency can be side to be quite well run according to the success factor of the implementation. But on the other hand there are problems related to facilities, both facilities and infrastructure provided are not yet fully adequate, there are still many shortcomings, this is because the government and the organizers only provide basic facilities.

<p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p><em>This study examines the film “</em><em>Aach…Aku Jatuh Cinta” (Aach...I Fall in Love). This study aims to find out the visualization of the setting as a timepiece in the film “Aach…Aku Jatuh Cinta” through the size of the image. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The selection of samples in this study was carried out by purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by observation and interviews, while data analysis is done through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. Research focuses on setting as a timepiece visualized in the film “Aach…Aku Jatuh Cinta” through the size of the image. The results of the research of “Aach…Aku Jatuh Cinta” show the time settings are divided into three sequences, the settings that appeared in 1970, 1980 and 1990.</em></p><p><em>Keywords : visualization, setting, movie, and "Aach...Aku Jatuh Cinta".</em></p><h1> </h1><p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p>Studi ini mengkaji film <em>Aach<strong>…</strong>Aku Jatuh Cinta</em>. Pemilihan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik <em>purposive sampling. </em>Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara, sedangkan untuk analisis data melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Penelitian fokus pada<em> setting </em>sebagai penunjuk waktu yang divisualisasikan dalam film  <em>Aach<strong>…</strong>Aku Jatuh Cinta</em> melalui ukuran gambar. This study aims to analyze the management of Zakat, Infak, and Alms (ZIS) funds at LAZISMU KL BMT Hasanah Ponorogo related to the management, fundraising, and distribution of ZIS funds to improve the mustahik economy. The research method uses a qualitative research model where data collection techniques are carried out by in-depth interviews and documentation over a period of one month. While the data analysis technique is done by reducing, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the management of ZIS funds at LAZISMU KL BMT Hasanah Ponorogo is not only done in traditional ways (consumptive in nature), but also productive. So from the production that has been done, it is hoped that it will be able to increase the mustahik economy. The fundraising technique used is door to door as well as online. Regarding the distribution of the collected ZIS funds, it is not only given to mustahik around the institution, but also throughout the Ponorogo Regency area so that its benefits will be more widespread.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan dana Zakat, Infak, dan Sedekah (ZIS) di LAZISMU KL BMT Hasanah Ponorogo terkait dengan cara pengelolaan, fundraising, dan pendistribusian dana ZIS untuk meningkatkan perekonomian mustahik. Adapun metode penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian kualitatif dimana teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara secara mendalam dan dokumentasi selama kurun waktu satu bulan. Sedangkan teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan dana ZIS di LAZISMU KL BMT Hasanah Ponorogo tidak hanya dilakukan dengan cara-cara tradisional (bersifat konsumtif), tetapi juga bersifat produktif. Sehingga dari pemproduktifan yang telah dilakukan diharapkan akan mampu meningkatkan perekonomian mustahik. Adapun teknik fundraising yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara door to door juga melalui online. Terkait dengan pendistribusian dana ZIS yang terkumpul tidak hanya diberikan untuk mustahik disekitar lembaga, tetapi menyeluruh dalam wilayah Kabupaten Ponorogo sehingga kebermanfaatannya pun akan lebih meluas.

The purpose of this research is to know the performance of Dinas Tenaga. Work andTransmigration in implementing the unemployment reduction program of Bogor City. Thetheory used to measure the performance of Disnakertrans in implementing unemploymentreduction program of Bogor City is the theory put forward by Dwiyanto (in Pasolong 2007)on bureaucratic performance measures. This theory says that there are 6 (six) indicatorssuch as productivity, quality, responsiveness, service, accountability, and responsibilitas.The method in this research using descriptive qualitative research method. Whilethe data analysis technique used is using Interactive model developed by Miles andHuberman (in Sugiyono 2010), which includes data reduction, display data, and conclusiondrawing / verivication data collection techniques used are interviews, direct observationand documentation. The informants that the researchers took were two types ofinformants, firstly some employees of Disnakertrans were considered to be involved in theprogram of reduction of unemployment rate and second was 2 participants who hadattended the program.The results of research on the performance of the Department of Manpower andTransmigration in implementing the program of reduction of unemployment rate in thecity of Bogor is good. Because so far, the Manpower has done everything possible inimplementing the existing program despite some obstacles. With this result, it is expectedthat the Manpower and Transmigration Office will be able to overcome the obstaclesexperienced and the better performance and reduce the unemployment rate in Bogor citytoday.Keywords: Performance, Bureaucratic Performance, Unemployment Program

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to analyze the studies concerning the challenges faced by novice teachers in terms of various aspects and compare the challenges according to location of the studies conducted in Turkey and on abroad. 30 research studies obtained full-text form were included in detailed analysis. This is a descriptive study based on qualitative research method. In the analysis of the studies, a matrix (content analysis form) was prepared consisting of categories such as publication language, publication type, year, method, design, sample size, data collection methods, data analysis techniques and challenges faced by novice teachers. Then, studies were analyzed based on this content analysis form and the findings were presented accordingly. In addition, descriptive statistics such as frequencies, percentages and graphics were also used by using SPSS-18 program. As a result of the study, it was found that 17 of the studies were written in English, 13 of them were written in Turkish language. Of all the 30 studies; 22 studies were article, five of them were dissertation and three of them were master thesis. Half of the studies were designed as case study and almost half of them were designed as descriptive survey method. In half of the studies, qualitative research method was preferred. The most used data collection tools are survey and interview form; the most used data analysis techniques are descriptive statistics (percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation). Most of the studies were conducted on small samples. Furthermore, it was found in the studies that novice teachers faced various challenges which were grouped under four themes named as instructional challenges, relational challenges, adaptation challenges, physical infrastructure and facilities of the school. This research is expected to determine the challenges faced by novice teachers in a broad sense based on the findings of the studies and guide for the development of induction programs.

The objectives og this research is to describe the factors causing ship accident in Indonesia and know the effectiveness of SAR emergency in ship accident in Indonesia. The research method used in this research is qualitative research. Techniques Collection of literature study data and documents. Data validity method using triangulation. Data analysis uses interactive data analysis. The conclusions of this study are Factors that cause the occurrence of ship accidents in Indonesia, among others, the resources of the crew, the eligibility of ships, supporting facilities for shipping, operators, lack of supervision of apparatus, service users and other factors. The high number of ship accidents in Indonesia shows the ineffective implementation of SAR in ship accident in Indonesia.
