This research was motivated by a phenomenon in the district of Buleleng related to the number of LPD with conditions that are less healthy to jammed has increased. In addition, the number of LPD that are stuck in Buleleng regency is the highest in Bali. The purpose of this study is to determine the implications of the internal control system and credit policy on the credit settlement strategy, the settlement of bad loans is settled by the principle of “Pang Pada Payu”. The number of samples in this study were 60 LPD selected based on the stratified random sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this study was a structural equation model (seminal structural modeling) based on variance or component based sem with smartpls 3.0 analysis tools. Based on the results of testing the internal control system has a significant positive effect on the strategy of settlement bad loans “Pang Pade Payu” Bad Loans Strategy in LPD in Buleleng Regency. Both credit policies have a significant positive effect on the strategy of settlement bad loans “Pang Pade Payu” Bad Loans Strategy in Village Credit Institutions in Buleleng Regency.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of Internal Control System (SPI) on the reliability of financial statements, with fixed assets administration as the intervening variable, in the Government of Bondowoso Regency. Data were analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results shows that Internal Control System has a significant positive effect on the reliability of financial statements and fixed assets administration, fixed assets administration has a significant positive effect on the reliability of financial statements, and the fixed assets administration has a significant role in mediating the effect of Internal Control System on the reliability of financial statements. This research is a causality study with the title "Effect of Government Internal Control Systems and Employee Competence on the Performance of Government Agencies in Karimun Regency." The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of the Government's Internal Control System on the performance of Karimun Regency government agencies and to determine the effect of employee competence on the performance of Karimun Regency government agencies. Data collection using a questionnaire where the questionnaire contained questions about the Government's Internal Control System, employee competencies and agency performance. Data were tested using multiple linear regression statistical tests. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the governmental internal control system has a significant positive effect on Government Agency Performance with the results of statistical tests that show a sig value of 0.016 <0.05 (alpha 5%). Employee Competency has a significant positive effect on Government Performance with the results of statistical tests showing a sig value of 0,000.

This research was carried out because of the phenomenon of the large potential of zakat in Indonesia and the large number of zakat funds that were corrupted due to unaccountable financial reporting. Many payers of zakat (muzakki) still do not believe in National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS), so zakat payments are often not made through the official of BAZNAS. This research was carried out through a survey which was designed to examine the accountability of financial reporting at the amil zakat and amil zakat institutions in Jakarta and Banten, related to internal control competencies and financial reporting accountability. The expected results of this study are an increase in the accountability of financial reporting by conducting sharia accounting training for staff in amil zakat and amil zakat institutions in Jakarta and Banten. The goal of this study is to contribute scientifically to the science of sharia accounting, specifically accounting for zakat, and to assist accounting departments in preparing financial statements. The results of this study state that compliance with the application of zakat accounting with Financial Accounting Standards Guidelines (PSAK 109) had no significant effect on financial reporting accountability, while the role of the internal control system had a significant positive effect on financial reporting accountability.

This study is an empirical study that aims to analyze the factors that affect the quality of local government financial reports. The type of data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to all Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) of the Bireuen Regency Government, the subject in this study is the LKPD Preparation Team Kab. Bireuen as many as 24 people, Budget Users and Financial Administration Officers as many as 104 people, and Auditors from Bireuen Regency as many as 22 people. The analytical model used in this study is the Partial Least Squard (PLS) analysis using Warppls 7.0. The results showed that the variable Quality of Human Resources had a positive and significant effect on the quality of local government financial reports, Utilization of Information Technology had a significant positive effect on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports, Regional Financial Accounting Systems had a significant positive effect on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports, Internal Control Systems has a significant positive effect on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports, the Internal Control System is able to strengthen the influence of the Quality of Human Resources on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports, the Internal Control System is not able to strengthen the influence of the use of information technology on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports, the Internal Control System is not able to strengthen the the influence of the regional financial accounting system on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports.

This research is aim to determine the effect of internal control system, fraud diamond, and whistleblowingsystem on larceny at BPK RI. Research data was obtained through questionnaires distributed torespondent, the employees in the work unit of General Bureau, IT Bureau, Human Resources Bureau and Leaders Secretariat Bureau BPK RI. So as many as 105 samples collected. This research used quantitative analysis technique with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) processed with Amos 23. The test results showed : 1) Internal control system variable has  positive and significant influence on whistleblowingsystem, 2) fraud diamond variable has not significant influence on whistleblowingsystem, 3) whistleblowingsystem variable has negative and significant influence on larceny, 4) internal control system variable has not significant influence on larceny, 5) fraud diamond variable has positive and significant influence on larceny. Therefore, the whistleblowingsystem mediation effect of the internal control system influence on larceny is perfectly significant. While the effect of fraud diamond on larceny is not proven to mediate.

Local government financial statement made to provide information about financial position and all transactions conducted by local government. A qualified local government financial statement must have relevant, reliable, comparable and understandable characteristics. There are several factors that may affect the quality of local government financial statements, that is, internal control system and financial accounting system of local government. This research was aimed to determine the effect of internal control system and financial accounting system of local government to the quality of financial statements at the local government of Manado City. Respondents of this research were 40 financial management personnel from 10 Manado City SKPD from 168 population of financial management personnel of Manado City SKPD. This research used a quantitative approach, using primary data through questionnaires. The variables in this research is the internal control system and financial accounting system of local government as the independent variables and the quality of local government financial statement as the dependent variable. The data collected were processed using SPSS version 23.0. The statistical methods used to test the hypotheses is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis shown that the internal control system has a significant positive effect on the quality of Manado City local government financial statement  while the implementation of financial accounting system of local government has no significant positive effect on the quality of Manado City local government financial statements and internal control system and financial accounting system of local government has a significant positive effect on the quality of Manado City local government financial statement.Keywords : Internal control system, financial accounting system of local government, financial accounting system of local government

This study aimed to analyze the correlation relationship between managerial competence and control systems to the financial performance of Gorontalo Provincial Government. A total of 648 employees of the finance department and samples taken as many as 247 respondents by formula Slovin. Data from the questionnaires were analyzed using Structural Equation Model using AMOS aid 18.The results found that the internal control system directly and not significant positive effect on financial performance. Means the internal control system has been implemented, but has not been able to achieve results that match the input, process, output, outcome, benefit and impact as an assessment of the organization's financial performance. Direct managerial competence dominant influence positive and significant impact on the financial performance of the organization. Means an employee-owned managerial competence are good and support the achievement of the work in the field of appropriate financial inputs, processes, outputs, outcomes, benefits and impact as well as the assessment of financial performance to the principles of management in the financial sector.

The role of the ability to adapt with the environment, superior creativity marketing strategy and product innovation are necessary in order to maximize the achievement of performance marketing.This research aims to study the concept of the Environmental Role, Creative Marketing Strategies, Product Innovation of Small and Medium Enterprise Performance Marketing (UKM) in managing its business, is expected to help the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Small and Medium Enterprise in Sidoarjo district adopted a policy about empowering UMKM. The sample in this study are UKM's producer of bag and suitcase in Kendensari, Tanggulangin-Sidoarjo as many as 100 people. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Results found that  the environment has no significant effect on product innovation but the environment has a significant positive effect on creative marketing strategies, while creative marketing strategy has no significant  effect on the performance of marketing and product innovation has a significant positive effect on marketing performance.

Good governance can be realized by various improvements continuing to be made by the government to achieve high performance by perfecting the overall state administration system. This study aimed at obtaining empirical evidence regarding the influence of the internal control system and participation in preparing budgets on individual performance with motivation as moderating. This study was conducted at 30 Bangli District Regional Organizations (OPD) collected through questionnaires. The samples were 60 people through non-probability sampling. This study was tested using a structural equation model (Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) based on variance or Component-based SEM with a Smart-PLS 3.0 analysis tool. The result showed that the internal control system has a significant positive effect on individual performance. Budgeting participation has a positive effect but not significant on individual performance. The result showed that work motivation can strengthen the internal control system and participation in compiling budgets on individual performance.

Hospital is one of the public service places engaged in the field of health services where there is a lot of interaction between nurses and patients. Nurses are required to have the ability to manage emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence possessed. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction and nurse performance at Buleleng General Hospital. The samples of this study were 76 respondents selected by using probability sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used in this study was a structural equation model based on variance and component based SEM with smartPLS 3.0 analysis tools. Based on the result of hypothesis testing shows that emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Second, emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on nurse performance. Third, spiritual intelligence has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Fourth, spiritual intelligence has a significant positive effect on nurse performance.
