This study analyzes The Role of Digital Economy  to Enhancing Sustainable  Economic Development. The general objective of this research is to assist the government in determining the right policy on the implement of digital economy and its impact on the the sustainable economic development, especially in Indonesia. In Indonesia the digital economy has increasingly developed in the field of ecommerce. The ecommerce industry is not merely talking about buying and selling goods and services via the internet. But there are also other things in it such as inter-service providers, telecommunications providers and others. This is the reason why the ecommerce industry must be adapted to be able to push the economic pace forward. The government is currently declaring Indonesia as the largest digital economy in 2020 and is targeted to be the largest in Southeast Asia. One of the foundations of national development in this declaration is the digital sector. The government targets ecommerce transactions to reach US $ 130 billion and creates 1,000 technopreneur with a business value of US $ 10 billion in 2020.  Therefore this research will provide policy benefits in strengthening government institutions in order to control the implementation of digital economy in Indonesia so that it give the positive impact on the sustainable economic development to be able to prosper the community and have a positive impact on the environment and increasing the economic value.

This study assesses the impact of remittance on Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Gross National Product (GNP) and Per Capita Income (PCI) of Nepal employing multiple regression method on national annual time series data for a period of 41 years (from 1974/75 to 2014/15). The results show that there is positive impact of remittance on GDP, GNP and PCI. Further, the findings clearly provide an evidence of predictive power of fixed capital formation on economic development. But the role of export could not be established. Finally, to foster the economic development, it is suggested that the government should initiate policy to channelize the remittance income into the productive uses by offering attractive investment schemes to the remittance receiving families.

The article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of the development of financial intermediation in the context of sustainable economic development. Sustainable economic development has an impact on the life of the population and enterprises and leads to changes in their needs. Meeting the needs of the entire society is possible through the sustainable development of the financial market as a whole and its individual segments, including new areas of financial intermediation. Banks are considered one of the first financial intermediaries, but the steady development of the economy, accompanied by digitalization, leads to the emergence of new, alternative directions. One of them is crowdfunding. For credit institutions, crowdfunding is an opportunity to diversify their business, reduce lending risks, and expand their customer base. The article presents the dynamics of crowdfunding development in the Russian Federation and presents a comparative analysis of the main financial indicators of the largest Russian banks and crowdfunding platforms.The conclusion is made about the role of banks and alternative financing methods in a sustainable economy and their positive impact on the development of the real sector of the economy.

Handicraft Sector is one of the emerging sectors playing a very important role in the economic development of Uttar Pradesh. The country full of colors has great opportunities in the economic growth and development as each and every one has the capacity as well as the capability to do something creative by his or her inherent talent.  India is also known for its great contribution towards exports from the handicraft sector towards the foreign world. The growth potential of U.P. is that it is one of the fastest developing states in India and how handicraft sector possesses opportunities which can help in the economic development of the state and therefore it requires a great amount of support from the government to be fully equipped and developed. Since this sector is labour intensive, it gives a great deal of employment opportunities as well as key to further enhancement of living standard and thus bringing in more positive impact on economic development of the state. In order to boost up the exports of handicrafts from U.P. the government has set up special economic zones. Therefore this paper is an attempt to look into the emerging opportunities for growth through this sector in Uttar Pradesh and what measures could be taken upon so as to tap the untapped growth in the sector.

In order for humans could reach the so-called falah (goodness), human behavior needs to be colored with the spirit and norms of Islamic economics reflected in its values. The principles and values of Islamic economics are considerably two inseparable things. The implementation of economic principles without being colored with values or values without being based on principles could keep people far away from their purpose, namely falah. The implementation of values not based on principles will tend to bring with it the normative economics, which would cause it trapped into injustice. While the implementation of values on the Islamic economic development is based on the five universal values, namely akidah (belief), 'adl (justice), nubuwwah (prophetic), khilafah (the government), and ma'ad (results). The five principles are used as the basis for building theories of Islamic economics. But strong and adequate theories not applied into a system will make the Islamic economics just as the study of science without giving positive impact on the economic life. Therefore, based on the five universal values, the three derivative principles should be built into the characteristics and the forerunner of the Islamic economic system. The Islamic economic system makes sure that there are no economic transactions that are contrary to the Shari'a. But business performance depends on the man behind the gun. For that reason, the economic actors within this framework could be held by non-Muslims. The Islamic economics could only be developed if the mindset and behavior of Muslims are already itqan (diligent) and ihsan (professional). It "may be" one of the secrets of the Prophet's statement, saying "Truly I was sent to perfect good character". Because good character could be an indicator of knowing good or bad behavior in determining both the success and the failure of business itself.

AbstrakIndonesia sebagai salah satu negara yang mengatur ketentuan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual khususnya Hak Cipta diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta. Seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan kreatifitas masyarakat dalam lingkup Hak Cipta yang memiliki nilai ekonomis dan dapat berpengaruh pada pertumbuhan ekonomi dalam masyarakat, kemudian bagaimana Hukum Kekayaan Intelektual khususnya dibidang Hak Cipta dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat sehingga dibutuhkan juga kesiapan infrastruktur hukum berupa regulasi untuk membantu perkembangan Hak Cipta di Indonesia sebagai payung hukum dari kegiatan masyarakat, serta bagaimana penagakannya. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran kekayaan intelektual khususnya Hak Cipta dalam pembangunan demi menunjang kesejahteraan masyarakat. Seperti hasil kreatifitas masyarakat dibidang Hak Cipta yang dapat memiliki nilai ekonomis memiliki jaminan dan kepastian hukum dari pemerintah berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta.Kata Kunci: Hak Cipta, Pembangunan, Jaminan, Kepastian, Kesejahteraan. AbstractIndonesia as one of the countries that regulates the provisions of Intellectual Property Rights specifically Copyright is regulated in Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright. Along with the rapid development of community creativity in the scope of Copyright which has economic value and can affect economic growth in society, then how can Intellectual Property Law, especially in the field of Copyright, increase public awareness so that legal infrastructure readiness is also needed in the form of regulations to assist the development of Copyright in Unikom Center Indonesia as the legal umbrella for community activities, as well as how to enforce them. This writing aims to see how the role of intellectual property, especially copyright in development for the welfare of society. This research is to find out the perceptions of micro, small and medium enterprises to modern stores, MSME partnerships with modern stores, constraints, and the role of the government in overcoming the problems of modern shops and MSMEs in Padangsidimpuan City. This research is a descriptive qualitative study by conducting in-depth interviews. The results showed the perception of MSMEs towards modern stores had a negative and positive impact. The negative impact, the income of MSMEs has decreased. The positive impact, the presence of modern stores motivates MSMEs to evaluate themselves from modern stores. The partnership established by MSMEs with modern stores is the use of business locations provided by modern stores. The constraints of MSMEs are business capital, human resources, business legality, business permits and products, while the constraints of modern stores are business permits, human resources and partnerships with MSMEs. The role of the City Government of Padangsidimpuan is for modern stores, namely to give an appeal not to add to modern store outlets and to call for partnerships in terms of marketing local MSME products. For MSMEs, facilitate MSMEs with banking institutions in terms of providing venture capital, training and guidance to MSMEs, and making packaging houses.

The role of Women entrepreneur in economic development is also being recognized and steps are being taken to promote women entrepreneurship. Women entrepreneurship must be molded properly with entrepreneurial traits and skills to meet the changes in trends, challenges global markets and also be competent enough to sustain and strive for excellence in the entrepreneurial arena. The study is about analyzing the entrepreneurship of women in Coimbatore city. The main objective is to investigate pull and push factors for women in entering entrepreneurship and to find out what kind of motivations women have as well as what barriers they need to faced. For this purpose primary data will be collected from 150 respondents who are residing at Coimbatore and it is concluded that women in Coimbatore city have higher interest towards starting a new business and this has to be taken in to consideration by the government towards women empowerment.
