This analytical descriptive research aims to find out the relationship between the investigated variables. These variables had been previously tested hence this study made several modifications. The   data  consisted  of   primary   data  and  involved   150   students   of  Ahmad   Dahlan   Economics School  as the  respondents.  The  research variables  were divided  into  exogenous  variables (i.e.,  eco  labeling,   eco  knowledge, green  product,   green  packaging  and   green  advertising)   and endogenous  variables (i.e.,  purchase  intention  and green  customer).  The  data analysis  technique was the Partial Least Square (PLS) by using SmartPls software. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that: eco-knowledge has a significant negative influence on purchase intention; eco-knowledge has a significant negative influence on green customers; eco-labeling has a significant positive influence on purchase intention; eco-labeling has a significant negative influence on green customer; green product has a  significant positive influence on purchase intention; green product has a significant positive influence on green customer; green packaging has an insignificant influence on purchase intention; green packaging has an insignificant influence on green customer; green advertising has a significant negative influence on purchase intention; green advertising has a significant positive influence on green customer; and purchase intention has a significant positive influence on green customer.

As environment become a prominent issue throughout the world, consumer behaviour significantly changed and adapted to be more sustainable. This interest around environment has led to aspiring business opportunities of green product or environmentally friendly product. Firms started to produce green product as a way to remain competitive in the market. With the number of green product increased, there’s a skeptical believe that companies started to present misleading and false information about their green product to merely boost profit or reputation. This consumers’ believe is alarming to firms as it is considered to detriment consumer’s purchase intention. In addition, young generation are more likely to be open to new information and are considered as potential environmentally friendly product consumers. Alongside with green skepticism, two most - studied indicators of green purchase intention notably environmental knowledge and environmental concern were analysed on young consumers’ green purchase intention. Research was conducted using quantitative approach to 403 Generation Z respondents and analysed using Partial Least Square (PLS) – SEM method. The result of this research shows that green skepticism has insignificant negative influence on green purchase intention while both environmental knowledge and environmental concern have positive and significant influence on green purchase intention. These findings might be useful for companies to understand the green purchase behaviour among young consumers and better developed their marketing strategies.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether innovativeness can moderate the role of social influence in the purchase intention of Starbucks coffee as a green product. Respondents were 100 Starbucks consumers. The sampling technique is convenience sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire by survey method. Data analysis techniques using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling. The results showed that social influence had effect on Starbucks coffee purchase intentions and consumer innovativeness did not moderate the role of social influence on the purchase intention of Starbuck coffee as a green product. This might be due to brand equity factors, collectivistic culture and limited sample size, which can be suggested for future researchers.

No sampling technique for this study since used census study which all employees which the workshop became respondents. The analytical tool used in this research was Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS). The first hypothesis testing showed there was no significant positive influnce between intrinsic factors and commitment by the t value was smaller than the value t table 1.274 < 1.96. The second hypothesis testing showed there was no with significant positive influnce between extrinsic factors with the commitment to the value of t is greater than t table is 1.973 > 1.96. The third hypothesis testing showed no significant positive influnce between commitment and performance and the intrinsic value of the t less than the value t table is 1.181 < 1.96. The fourth hypothesis showed there was no significant positive influence between intrinsic and performance with the value t was greater than t table 3.008 > 1.96. The fifth hypothesis was there no significant positive influence between extrinsic factors and performance by the t value greater than the value t table is 3.864 > 1.96.

The data used in this study are primary data. and this research data is processed using PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling). The choice of using PLS-SEM is because the sample used in the study was relatively small, namely 26 people. Which is because the population used in this study is small. The population consists of employees of PT. Rizky Indah Makmur. From the results of this study, the fact is that there is a positive influence between the incentives and organizational culture on organizational commitment.

This study uses the theory of Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) using a quantitative approach. Sampling using non-probability sampling method, using purposive sampling technique. Respondents in this study were 200 respondents in the purchase intention category in the High Involvement product and also 200 in the Low Involvement product category. The analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that browsing activities on Instagram for both the High and Low Involvement categories of the product had a positive influence on flow conditions, online trust, and purchase intentions. Then online trust in an account on Instagram has a positive influence on flow conditions. Likewise, the flow condition variable and online trust also have an influence on the purchase intention of the latest items on Instagram. There is no difference in consumer behavior towards purchase intentions in the online domain between High and Low Involvement products.

The population in this study is Islamic commercial banks registered with the financial services authority in 2016-2018. The sample of this research was selected by sampling criteria. Hypothesis testing used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach and the statistical test tool used is WarpPLS 7.0. The results of this study indicate that VACA has a positive influence on financial performance, VAHU has a negative influence on financial performance while STVA and VAIC do not affect financial performance. Furthermore, this study found that VACA, STVA, and VAIC had a positive effect on competitive advantage and competitive advantage also has a positive effect on financial performance.
