This work is devoted to the following nonlocal extensible beam equation with time delay: [Formula: see text] on a bounded smooth domain [Formula: see text]. The main purpose of this paper is to consider the long-time dynamics of the system. Under suitable assumptions, the quasi-stability property of the system is established, based on which the existence and regularity of a finite-dimensional compact global attractor are obtained. Moreover, the existence of exponential attractors is proved.

Improving network control system---NCS reliability and safety has important practical significance because NCS is a hot research subject in these years. Fault diagnosis methods are researched in this paper according to NCS with long-time delay and data packet loss. Firstly, given a NCS with long-time delay, a state observer is structured. Secondly, make the state estimation error equation equivalent to an asynchronous dynamical system having event incidence constraint according to whether the system having data packets loss. The problem of fault diagnosis is converted to filtering problem through structuring filtering residual system based on the observer, then giving a corresponding filter designing algorithm. The designed fault diagnosis filter system not only make sure the stability of the closed loop system but also make the residual systems norm less than given reduction level. Finally, the simulation results prove that the algorithm can diagnose faults effectively.

The existing industry evaluation method utilizes the method of collecting the structured information such as the financial information of the companies included in the relevant industry and deriving the industrial evaluation index through the statistical analysis model. This method takes a long time to calculate the structured data and cause the time delay problem. In this paper, to solve this time delay problem, we derive monthly industry-specific interest and likability as a time series data type, which is a new industry evaluation indicator based on unstructured data. In addition, we propose a method to predict the industrial risk index, which is used as an important factor in industrial evaluation, based on derived industry-specific interest and likability time series data.

In networked control systems with multi-step delay, long time-delay causes vacant sampling and controller design difficulty. In order to solve the above problems, comprehensive control methods are proposed in this paper. Time-delay compensation control and linear-quadratic-Guassian (LQG) optimal control are adopted and the systems switch different controllers between two different states. LQG optimal controller is used with probability1-αin normal state, which is shown to render the systems mean square exponentially stable. Time-delay compensation controller is used with probabilityαin abnormal state to compensate vacant sampling and long time-delay. In addition, a buffer window is established at the actuator of the systems to store some history control inputs which are used to estimate the control state of present sampling period under the vacant sampling cases. The comprehensive control methods simplify control design which is easier to be implemented in engineering. The performance of the systems is also improved. Simulation results verify the validity of the proposed theory.
