TECHNOLOGICAL STRUCTURE OF COMBINED UNITS FOR SMALL SOIL TREATMENT

The article considers the possibility of using a universal combined unit for tillage. The technological structure of the unit and the optimal set of working bodies have been substantiated. Various options for preparing the soil for sowing winter crops (heavy) and for caring for vapors (light) are proposed.Implementation of a number of technological operations in one pass of the unit is agronomically justified.

. The article presents the results of experimental studies on soil preparation for sowing winter crops on unpaired predecessors with a combined unit. The design of a combined unit with an adaptive set of working bodies has been developed. As a result of the research, agrotechnical and energy indicators of the working process were established. The nominal load of the unit together with the tractor is determined.

The article is devoted to the main soil treatment with disk working bodies. The article has a research character, which is expressed in the fact that the theoretical analysis of the interaction with the soil, as well as excerpts from the works of leading scientists on the subject under study, which provide optimal soil treatment and their shortcomings and ways to solve these problems are indicated. Equations obtained allow us to determine the movement of a particle on the surface of the disk’s blade at the moment of its operation. The disk shape is theoretically justified. In conclusion, the main results achieved so far are presented.

In recent years, the improvement of the technological process of soil treatment is based on the use of working bodies with a curved shape of the working surface, which can increase the agro-technical and reduce the energy-intensive parameters of soil treatment. Agricultural units with disk working bodies are one of the most common machines in agriculture. The article presents a design scheme of a disk working organ with a working surface made along the Archimedes ’ spiral. Expressions are obtained for designing the working surface of the disk with the specified initial parameters.

The article is devoted to the main soil treatment with a combined plow. The article has a research character, which is expressed in the fact that the analysis of methods and means of mechanization for the main tillage with the turnover of a layer, as well as excerpts from the works of leading scientists on the problem, there were shown the types of patents that provided the optimal soil treatment, their shortcomings and solutions to these problems. There were determined the main trend of development of soil-processing combined machines, improvement of constructions of arable units to improve the quality of their work. Also, the form of the disk was justified, namely, there was shown the causal relationship of the presence of cuts in the disk of the tillage tool in comparison with the solid disk. There were described the principle and process of the developed combined plow. As a result of the work done, there was obtained the design of a combined plow with additional working bodies which consist of disks installed by batteries behind each body of the plow. The conclusions set out the main results achieved so far.

Abstract The purpose of the study is to substantiate the relative position of the working bodies of a combined machine for non-fall tillage of winter crops. The design scheme and the principle of operation of the combined machine are given. The basic principles and methods of classical mechanics, mathematical analysis and statistics were used in this study. It is established that the most optimal design scheme of a combined machine for non-tillage of the soil and its preparation for sowing of repeated crops is considered to be a scheme consisting of non-tillage cases with crushers, a battery with cut-out spherical disks and a roller. According to the results of theoretical and experimental studies, it was found that with a longitudinal distance between the shaft-free bodies of 40 cm and a transverse distance of 90 cm, a longitudinal distance from the toe of the ploughshare to the center of the support wheel of 50 cm and a longitudinal distance from the toe of the ploughshare of the shaft-free body to the axis of rotation of the cut-out spherical disk of 120 cm, a longitudinal distance from the axis of rotation of the cut-out spherical disk to the center of the roller of 75 cm, high-quality tillage with minimal energy costs is provided.

Analysis of the level of mechanization in the cultivation of soil in the planting of seedlings and seedlings of forest and garden crops necessary for the destruction of weeds, soil content in the loose state, making the root layer of the soil of nutrients, etc., revealed that inter-row processing has a 100% level. However, it remains untreated rows of plants that includes the protection zone, which requires to perform operations on rows in significant expenditures of manual labor, constituting 40...50 people/hour in 1 hectare. The optimum variant of technology of planting care of seedlings seedlings of forest and horticultural crops would be the conversion of cultivators KRN working body, allows to conduct processing of soil in the rows of plants. At the same time, operations of soil treatment are carried out both in row and row spacing. All known methods of tillage in a row require the use of special working bodies that provide loosening of the soil in a row and cutting weeds. Such working bodies should provide the necessary protective zone around the plants. The developed design of the working body is installed on the row cultivator KRN over the processed row, which provides one-time processing of row spacing and rows. The article presents the results of theoretical studies of a special working body.

Sowing of grain is carried out according to the best predecessors - grain and leguminous plants, tilled crops and perennial grasses. Depending on the predecessor, the type of tillage is selected. The imperfection of the working bodies of machines for the cultivation of soil is the main reason for the increase in the labor intensity of preparing the soil for sowing. The article reviewed and analyzed domestic producers of agricultural machinery and their products. A comparative analysis of modern combined units for pre-sowing tillage was performed.

The article describes a strain gauge measuring system designed for measuring the traction resistance of tillage bodies and their combinations. Technical tools measure the traction resistance of the whole machine or one working body which is not an objective and reliable characteristics of combined tillage units. The design and principle of operation of the tensometric measuring system designed and manufactured by Samara State Agrarian University is described. It is used to determine the traction resistance of individual working bodies and their combinations. The results show that the measurement data on traction resistance are in compliance with the calculated values.
