AbstractLarge and small scale construction projects have waste that cannot be predicted in advance, even the amount cannot be predicted directly, whether it is in large or small amounts. The existence of waste can have a significant impact that can affect construction costs. Waste can have both negative and positive impacts. Good waste management will have a positive impact on the company in terms of cost, even time, and quality, but if the waste that occurs cannot be handled or managed properly it will harm the company in terms of cost, time, and even in terms of quality. In this case, the party that always gets the impact of the waste is the contractor. This study focuses on mitigating the occurrence of waste that is how to minimize it. Thisstudy uses the distribution of questionnaires to the contractor in Surabaya. The results of this study are 5 item indicators on how to minimize the highest ranking. The 5 items are Updating material requirements, Mixing, transporting, and placing concrete at the right time, Increasing the competence and expertise of labor, Provision of good and adequate material/warehouse storage facilities, and accurate material measurement. Concrete remains the foremost magnificently used artifact on the soil. The vulnerability of concrete to very little scale breaking decreases its quality and toughness. The repair steel onself for splits is pricey, time disbursement and gets to be arduous in blocked off regions. A self mending bioremediation procedure consolidating spar quick microorganism has been projected among the show take into consideration which could operate the arrangement to this issue. The being spar precipitation will naturally recuperate the smaller scale splits and pores inside the concrete and avoid the broadening of splits. this could cause the thrifty of costs and times went through for maintenance and avoid the subsequent misfortune in quality and solidness of concrete. The concentration of true bacteria Megatherium 10^5cfu/ml and salt were introduced in auxiliary concrete to comprehend the right concentration of microbes. the quality of the foremost elevated review of being concrete had progressed as compared to the foremost reduced review due to the classification of the component. The cogitate has been created to assess the impact on mechanical and toughness properties of M35 review concrete created with substitution of cement with quarry clean ( third,15%,20% and, twenty five and 30%) for each set mechanical property wear examined by liberal arts compression check for 3d shapes, flexural check for bars at that quality ar progressing to be reached thereon result able to embrace the true bacteria Megaterum and at the instant another time discover out the compression take a look at for 3d shapes, flexural check for bars. being spar precipitation was evaluated utilizing associate X-ray diffraction investigation visualized by filtering research and analyzed by vitality dispersive spectroscope. it had been found that the right concentration of B.megaterium had a positive impact on quality auxiliary concrete.

The Slow City (Cittaslow) concept represents an emerging global trend where participant small cities commit to growing sustainably by preserving their authenticity while celebrating their local culture and diversity. Meanwhile, marketers increasingly find authenticity to be critical for campaigns with efficacy. Using a sample of 762 residents from slow cities, neighboring cities, and other Turkish cities, the authors empirically examine the Slow City movement and demonstrate its positive impact on place authenticity. Slow City membership also positively moderates the effect of perceived authenticity on both perceived entrepreneurial opportunities and economic development, which positively impact quality of life and intention to stay respectively. The results also indicate that the benefits of the Slow City movement spill over to neighboring cities. The Slow City movement offers much promise for place marketing and has potential to slow down the heavy migration from rural to urban areas in emerging markets.

In today's highly competitive era, it is becoming increasingly difficult for businesses to attract and keep customers. Modern marketing strategies focused on examining customer behavior, and possibilities of the business sector in influencing them are becoming increasingly beneficial. Consumer neuroscience has great potential here, as it reveals internal consumer preferences by using innovative techniques. Human senses play an important role in affecting these preferences, and smell has the greatest potential to influence customers subconsciously, and thus support the sale of products, keep customers in the store longer, or build a brand. Aroma marketing is the continuously developing field of consumer neuroscience. The paper aims to examine the use of consumer neuroscience in aroma marketing of a service company. After theoretical analysis, we carried out practical research aimed at examining the impact of aroma marketing in a selected service company – Sport Café in Nitra – to increase the sales of a particular product, and its real impact on the economic indicators of this company through the use of consumer neuroscience tools and questionnaire survey. In aromatization, choosing the right aroma is of the utmost importance, therefore in our research, this selection was done in the Laboratory of Consumer Studies at the Faculty of Economics and Management, SUA in Nitra. The research was carried out through conscious and unconscious testing of selected aromas by a randomly chosen sample of customers. Conscious testing included using a questionnaire method and unconscious testing was done using a face-reading device that provides an objective assessment of emotions based on facial expressions. The choice of aroma was followed by testing in real conditions, by diffusing the aroma in the café. Based on the collected data, we confirmed the positive impact of aromatization on coffee sales. In conclusion, we present some recommendations for service companies, focused mainly on cafés, with emphasis on the importance of aromatization for attracting and keeping customers and improving profitability.

The impact of the outbreak of Covid-19 is extraordinary, especially in the field of education. Students must be able to participate in online-based learning because it is not possible to study in schools which are still a threat to students as a place for virus transmission. The COVID-19 pandemic has brought concerns to the implementation of education and learning in junior high schools, the most severe conditions experienced by schools that are far from urban areas with limited internet access and infrastructure. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. Qualitative research does not use a population and sample approach. Testing the credibility of the data or trust in the results of qualitative research, among others, is carried out by extending observations, increasing persistence in research, triangulation, discussions with colleagues, negative case analysis, and member checking. Data analysis carried out is data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. From the results of the research, all teachers explained that this pandemic had a positive impact on the giving and receiving of written materials. This happened because there was quite a lot of time in the provision of material. Because the material could be conveyed to students quite well, the students' written test scores increased significantly. the negative impact is that the child cannot practice optimally. Because there is one school that does not practice at all, namely SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Blora. The teacher does not allow students to practice because of many considerations. Meanwhile, SMP N 5 Blora, SMP N 7 Blora and SMP Plus Insan Gemilang continue to apply the practice for their students, but only on certain materials that are not classified as dangerous. Based on the results of the study and the data obtained by the researchers, it can be concluded that this study obtained the results that the covid-19 pandemic had an impact on physical education learning in Blora City. These impacts include negative and positive impacts for teachers, students and parents.

This paper analyzes the impact of metro station proximity on property value from both theoretical and empirical perspectives. Data on second-hand apartments within six kilometers of metro line 1 and 2 stations in Nanjing are used. Our empirical results show that metro station proximity has a positive partial effect on property value. The degree of impact diminishes with the increase of the distance. The extent of impact reaches the largest when the distance is less than five hundred meters, and is still remarkable when the distance is within two kilometers. The effect becomes insignificant when the distance is larger than two kilometers. Our empirical results also show that with the distance increasing, the extent of price variation is widened first, reaching a peak when the property is within one kilometer, and then decreases. In addition, metro station proximity in suburban areas is shown to have a higher positive impact on property value compared with metro station proximity in urban areas.

The article substantiates the need to change the criminal procedural legislation that regulates the powers of the prosecutor and the status of the victim and gives the prosecutor the right to initiate a criminal case. The proposed changes in the procedural powers of the prosecutor are also considered through the prism of organizing the activities of law enforcement agencies and the impact of statistical reporting indicators on their activities. The experience of prosecutorial and investigative practices and the opinion of distinguished domestic legal scholars are analyzed. The changes proposed by the authors could have a significant positive impact on the work of preliminary investigation bodies and reduce the number of violations committed during preliminary investigation stages. In addition, bringing the status of the prosecutor and the preliminary investigation bodies into a logical procedural position could eliminate unnecessary and inherently harmful corporate competition.
