This study aims to analyze farming and factors that affecting the profit of red chilli farming in Tulang Bawang Tengah Sub-District, Tulang Bawang Barat Regency. This research uses survey method. The research is located in Tulang Bawang Tengah Sub-Distric, Tulang Bawang Barat Regency, which was conducted in April-May 2019. The number of respondent are 57 farmers taken by random sampling method. Data are analyzed using quantitative and qualitative analysis. Furthermore, farming analysis is analyzed using income analysis and by counting the value of R/C to cash cost and total cost. Factors affecting profit function are analyzed by profit analysis UOP (Unit Output Price), which is a derived of the cobb douglas production function and normalized by output price. The results show that the average income of red chilli farming in Tulang Bawang Tengah Sub-District base on cash costs and the total cost is Rp47,486,701.79/hectare and Rp22,229,238.35/hectare, respectively. Red Chilli farming give a profit as the value of R/C to cast costs and total cost are 1,99 and 1,33. Factors of land area, seed price, SP36 fertilizer price, manure price, NPK fertilizer price, insecticide price, fungicide price and labor wages significantly affect to the profits of red chilli farming in Tulang Bawang Tengah Subdistric.Keywords : income, profit, and red chilli

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence productivity and the profitability of large red chili farming in Way Sulan District. This research used a survey method and was carried out in Way Sulan Subdistrict, South Lampung Regency in March - April 2019. The 56 respondents were selected using a simple random sampling method. The first objective was analyzed using the Cobb-Douglas production function with variables namely NPK fertilizer, SP36 fertilizer, insecticide, fungicide, herbicide, labor, and seed on the productivity of large red chilli farming. The second objective was analyzed by the analysis using the UOP or Cobb-Douglas profit function, which is a derivative of the production function but normalized by the output price. The study suggests that the productivity of large red chili farming was determined by NPK fertilizer, SP36 fertilizer, fungicide, labor which can increase the productivity. The second result suggests that the profit function of large red chili farming is influenced by land size, NPK fertilizer price, and labor wages that are normalized with output prices significantly and can increase the profit of large red chili production.Key words: production, profit, red chili

Brands play a very important role in consumer markets. They bridge a relationship between the consumers and the company. Brand loyalty is a consumer’s preference to purchase a particular product or service at first or repeatedly in a competitive market. The general purpose of this study is to investigate the factors leading to brand loyalty in service sector. Specifically, we are concerned to observe the factors affecting brand loyalty in telecommunication sector of Pakistan. The sample size of 150 is taken through convenient sampling method. The survey method is used to collect the data from the respondents through self-administered questionnaire. The regression analysis approved the significant positive relationship of the proposed factors with brand loyalty.

Less development of the fisheries sector and its contribution to the PAD, especially traditional fishery business in the village Sulamu predominantly due to the lack of capital. The research objectives: 1) To describe the socio-economic conditions of the fishing village of Sulamu, Kupang. 2) To find a model of partnership in addressing the problem of poverty in the fishing village Sulamu Kupang district. Methods of data collection using survey method, observation method, and the quantitative and qualitative methods. The sampling method using purposive sampling method. Data presented in the form of tabulation and then analyzed descriptively, which results or capital investment, total cost, revenue, and profit in order to obtain the level of welfare of traditional fishermen in the village Sulamu. Analysis of the performance of the economy as acriterion indicates that the undiscounted net gillnet fisheries in<br />the village Sulamu profitable, efficient and feasible to operate with R / C ratio of 1.35 and profitability of 35.39% and a payback period (PP) of 2.8.

The objective of the study was to determine the profitability of dairy cattle business on the group of dairy farming in District of West Ungaran, Semarang Regency. This research was conducted from February to March 2016 through a survey method. Respondents in this study were lactating dairy farmers on the group of dairy farmers in District of West Ungaran. Then, location was determined by using purposive sampling. Further, respondents were determined by using census method for 40 people; those were 11 respondents of Mardi Mulyo farmer group members, 4 respondents of Sumber Hasil members, and 25 respondents of Ngudi Makmur members. Then, data were analyzed by employing the analysis of income and profitability. The result of study indicated that the average income over the cash cost was as much as IDR. 34,708,139.20 per year or IDR.2,892,344.93 per month, and the average income over the total cost was as much as IDR.4,867,808.92 per year or IDR. 405,650.74 per month. The profitability was 10.34% greater than the bank interest for farming business loans for 5% per year. It could be concluded that dairy cattle business on the group of dairy farmers in West Ungaran was profitable.

PROFIT ANALYSIS OF PORK RETAILERS BASED ON CONSUMER PREFERENCES IN TRADITIONAL MARKETS IN MANADO CITY.This study aims to analyze the level of profit and its ability to generate profit (profitability) by the pork retailers on  traditional markets in Manado City. This research was conducted using a survey method, where the sampling method was purposive sampling toward 31 samples of pork seller. To meet the goal of this studi, revenue cost ratio and profit margin  analysis was implied.  Based on the results of the study it was found that the average overall cost of the business of retailers of pork components per week was IDR.22,558,822. with a total total cost of IDR. 699,323,491. The amount of carcass and non carcass sales of pigs based on consumer preferences averaged 398 Kg/week or 70.40 percent, while non carcasses sold an average of 168 Kg/week or 29.60 percent. The amount of sales based on consumer preferences in traditional markets in the city of Manado was IDR.848,890,000 per week with an average of IDR.27,383,548.39/week per retailer. The amount of profit according to the number of sales based on consumer preferences both carcass and non carcass of pig per week in the traditional market of Manado City was IDR.848,890,000 per week or an average of IDR.27,383,548.39 per week for each retailer. The amount of gross profit of pork retailers in the traditional market of Manado City was IDR.149,566,509 per week or an average of IDR.4,824,726 per week, while Gross Profit Margin was an ability to obtain profits based on the number of sales, which was 18%, which means average the average sales of both carcasses and non carcasses of pork according to consumer preferences provide gross profit of 18 percent per week.

The study aims to identify the factors that affect lowland rice production, analyze the efficiency of using the production factors of the farming, and calculate the farmers’ income of the farming in Balige Sub-district Toba Samosir Regency. The research was conducted in Hutagaol Peatalun Village and Hinalang Bagasan Village with 64 respondents. Farmer respondents were chosen using a simple random sampling method. The collected data were analyzed by Cobb-Douglas production function, economic analysis by calculating the returm to scale value, and farmer income analysis. The results showed that the factors that affected the production of lowland rice was land size, seeds, NPK fertilizer, pesticide, and labour. The use of production factors were not efficient because it was classified to increasing return to scale. The income earned by the farmers over the total cost was IDR24,636,334.99 with R/C value of 3.89 and it was profitable.  Key words: efficiency, income, production, lowland rice.

This research aims to analyze income farming and factors affecting production of red chili in Trimulyo Tegineneng Pesawaran Regency.  This research uses a survey method.  Location of this research is chosen purposively in Trimulyo. The respondents are 60 red chili farmers taken by using a simple random sampling method. The income farming is determined using revenue cost ratio, while factors of production are analyzed by using Cobb Douglass. The results of the study showed that the income per hectare  over cash costs obtained by farmers was IDR34,416,181.43 with R/C of 2.18 and income per hectare over total costs amounted to IDR24,520,886.39 with R/C of 1.63. Factors affecting production of red chili are land, seeds, KNO3 fertilizer, and pesticide. The R/C value that is greater than one means that red chili farming in Trimulyo Village Tegineneng Subdistrict Pesawaran Regency is profitable and feasible to be cultivated. Key words: income, production, red chili

PROFIT ANALYSIS OF THE BAT BUSHMEAT TRADER IN THE TRADITIONAL MARKET IN AMURANG AND MODOINDING DISTRICKS OF SOUTH MINAHASA REGENCY.           This study aims to analyze how much profit bat traders make in traditional markets in South Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted using a survey method and analyzes the level of business profit and its ability to generate profit (profitability) in bat meat dealers in traditional markets in the South Minahasa Regency. The results of this study show that the total cost of bat dealers reached an average of IDR 3.800.068. with an average acceptance of bat traders of IDR 4.898.438 per week. The total profit per bat dealer per week was IDR 849,557. with a gross margin of the traditional Amurang market of 0.13 and the traditional Modoinding market of 0.29.

This research aims to analyze pineapple farming income, household income, and the prosperity grade of pineapple farmer’s household in Astomulyo Village. This research was purposively conducted in FebruaryMarch 2019 at Astomulyo Village, Punggur Sub District, Central Lampung Regency by survey method. There are 63 respondents taken by Simple Random Sampling. The data was analyzed quantitative and qualitative by farming income method (R/C ratio), household income based on the criteria of BPS (2016), and the welfare level of farmer’s household based on the criteria of BPS (2014). The results showed that average income of pineapple farmers based on cash cost and total cost per hectare wasRp46.526.933,00/year and Rp29.502.072,00/year. Pineapple farming was beneficial because it gained acceptance ratio with cash cost and total cost more than one (R/C ratio) as 3.33 and 1.80. The household income of pineapple farmers was categorized as high income for it reached Rp4.000.000,00/month until Rp6.000.000,00/month. The most contributed income was derived from pineapple farming activities (66.49%), the others were from off farming (13.74%), non-pineapple on farming (12.39%), and nonfarming activities (7.37%). Based on BPS criteria, 50.79% pineapple farmers household in Astomulyo Village were categorized in not prosperous and 49.21% as prosperous farmers household.Key words: household income, pineapple, prosperity grade

Rural ICT offices (Centers) are one of the initiatives of ICT department in Iran for fulfillment of the rural development process via ICT. Success and effectiveness of these offices depend on the customers' satisfaction regarding the received services. This paper as the one of the first studies in the field of "customers' satisfaction of rural ICT offices" in Iran and the first one in Chahar Mahal va Bakhtiari Province attempts to identify the factors affecting customer satisfaction of ICT offices services in Lordegan Township as a part of Chahar Mahal va Bakhtiari Province. The sample included 39 rural ICT offices (As sample unit) and 272 individuals (As observational unit), who were selected by proportional cluster random sampling method. Survey method was used, and the data was analyzed by correlation and multiple regression techniques. Based on the regression models related to the young and middle-aged groups, 3 variables showed to have significant impact on customers' satisfaction of rural ICT offices in Lordegan Township (Complexity, relative advantage, and educational level) and about the old group, it is deduced that the variable of compatibility has a significant impact on the dependent variable. According to the results, through removing the weaknesses of ICT offices the rural satisfaction of ICT offices can be reinforced.
