Perkembangan teknologi informasi di bidang industri pada saat ini telah berkembang sangat pesat. Salah satu manfaat dari penerapannya adalah untuk membantu proses kerja agar berjalan efektif dan efisien. Setiap perusahaan tidak terkecuali PT. PLN Sektor Pembangkit Tarahan, harus mampu berusaha menekan atau mereduksi waktu dan tenaga dalam beberapa proses kerja terutama melalui optimasi monitoring aliran material dalam proses pendistribusian. Sistem Informasi Manajemen Material merupakan sebuah aplikasi berbasis web sebagai sistem pendukung Manajemen Rantai Suplai pada PT. PLN Sektor Pembangkit Tarahan yang dibangun untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam memantau basis data dari material secara terpusat. Aplikasi ini dibangun dari bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan metode pengembangan berbasis waterfall termodifikasi. Proses tahapan pengembangan ini terbagi menjadi 4 tahapan, yaitu: analisa kebutuhan sistem, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian.. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Manajemen Material, PT. PLN, Waterfall, PHPAbstract- The Development of information technology in industrial area has developed current rapidly. One of the benefits of the application is to help the work process that can make it effectively and efficiently. Every company including PT. PLN Power Plant Sector Tarahan, should be able to try to hold down or reduce the time and effort in the work process, especially through optimization of flow material monitoring in the process of distribution. Material Management Information System is a web-based application that can be a support system of Supply Chain Management at PT. PLN Power Plant Sector Tarahan which built to allow user be able to monitor database of material centrally. This application was built with PHP programming language and used a modified waterfall-based development method. The process of development is divided into four phase, i.e.: requirements system analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Keywords: Information System, Material Management, PT. INTISARI Unit Penelitian dan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat merupaka salah satu unit pada Universitas Respati Yogyakarta yang memiliki tanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan kegiatan kegiatan penelitian dan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh dosen. Salah satu tahapan dalam kegiatan adalah monitoring dan evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dinilai oleh seorang reviewer. Pelaksanaan monitoring dan evaluasi dilakukan pada saat proses pelaksanaan kegiatan dan di akhir kegiatan. Saat ini proses masih dilakukan secara manual oleh reviewer dan sulitnya melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi karena beberapa hal seperti waktu penilaian terbatas, banyaknya penelitian dan jumlah reviewer yang terbatas.Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan mengembangkan sistem monitoring dan evaluasi kegiatan peneitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Metode pengembangan dilakukan dengan tahapan analisa sistem, perancangan sistem, coding dan implementasi sistem. Pengembangan perangkat lunak nantinya berbasis web dengan perangkat pengembangan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai DBMS.Hasil pengembangan sistem informasi penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat diharapkan dapat membantu Unit Penelitian dan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat dalam proses pengolahan data monitoring dan evaluasi kegiatan peneitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan dosen. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Monitoring, Evaluasi, ReviewerABSTRACTResearch Unit and Community Service is one unit at Universitas Respati Yogyakarta which has responsibility in management of research activities and community service activities conducted by lecturers. One of the stages in the activity is monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of research activities and dedication to the community assessed by a reviewer. Implementation of monitoring and evaluation is done during the process of implementation of activity and at the end of activity. Currently the process is still done manually by the reviewer and the difficulty of monitoring and evaluation due to several things such as limited assessment time, the number of research and the number of reviewers are limited. The research undertaken aims to develop a system of monitoring and evaluation of research activities and community service. Development method is done by stages of system analysis, system design, coding and system implementation. Software development will be web based with development tools using PHP and MySQL programming language as DBMS.The result of development of information system of research and community service is expected to assist Unit Research and Community Service in the process of monitoring data and evaluation of research activities and dedication to the community conducted by lecturers.Keywords: Information System, Monitoring, Evaluation, Reviewer

The Village

South Pringsewu is the name of a village located in Pringsewu district. This village has the main potential, namely agriculture and industry. To develop its potential it needs to be updated from the system that has been used in empowering the potential of the village manually and not yet using the information system even in the form of a website. The purpose of this research was to select South Pringsewu Village that has the potential of villages that need to be empowered using information technology. Information Technology is needed to facilitate the access, management and empowerment of village potentials, so that it is expected to be able to improve the progress and quality of South Pringsewu Village. The author conducted the research by observation, interview, and literature study methods and built web-based applications through the stages of planning, system analysis, system design and design, and system implementation using the PHP programming language

Geographic Information System (GIS) is a system designed to work with spatially coordinated data or geographical coordinates. Based on West Sumatra Police Traffic data, there are 48 points of accident-prone areas in West Sumatra. This leads to the need for an accident-prone SIG in West Sumatera that is web-based to describe the map of vulnerable area locations along with the required information. Disaster information system appli-cations using this web using JavaScript and PHP programming language, and using MySql database and Google Maps Fire. The method used in this research is the method used by using. (UML) with stages consisting of system, system analysis, system design, and system implementation. The end result of this research is the creation of web-based GIS application that can present accident-prone location information in West Sumatra online and can be accessed easily.

Andalas University is the oldest university outside Java Island, and is the fourth oldest university in Indonesia. The University of Andalas also has assets and facilities such as buildings, land, equipment, campus buses and official vehicles managed by the administration acnd general 2 fields under the leadership of the Vice Rector 2, the assets and facilities available at the university andalas are also leased to people who want to rent or use existing facilities. Payment transactions and report recaps are still done manually this makes managers in recording transaction data becomes difficult. The status of pay by the lessee is difficult to track if the leader requests the report results. Therefore we need an information system to manage rental transaction and facilities at university andalas, that is information system that can recap asset, tenant and payment data. The research method used is System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) research, in SDLC development process consisting of system planning, system analysis, system design, and system implementation. PT INTI engaged in telecommunication, has long become a supplier of network construction with a large scale that is national. Therefore, PT INTI has a lot of material and spread all over the city in Indonesia. Previously, PT Inti still uses semi-manual way to do their material recording. The material recording is done by using Microsoft Excel which will be sent by electronic mail (email) if needed. But it is vulnerable to errors because the data contained in is not integrated. To overcome this, PT INTI wants to have a web based application called INTI Maintenance to manage financial materials such as material input, material search, material removal, material search, material data printing, to finance such as request addition, change of request status, delivery, and residual balances of each city. INTI Maintenance web-based information system financial module is built with open source software that uses PHP as the programming language, MySQL as the database, and Windows as server computer. The final results achieved in the material management information system in this module have advantages in assisting PT INTI employees in managing financial data and validation for material delivery using receipt of delivery material.   Keywords—information system, management, material, finance.

Improving the quality of lecturers include in Tri Darma of University, they are: teaching, research and community service. These activities are fully managed by research and community service units or institutions in each university. University of Yapis Papua has a work unit that manages these activities, it called Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (P3-M), where the process of managing research and community service activities is not yet fully integrated and well-documented. This study aims to create information system of activity management from P3-M unit at University of Yapis Papua. This information system will be used, the management of activities research and community service includes administrative data for submitting activity proposals, and  reporting results. It hopes can be coordinated well. The methods were used waterfall as a system development method, Unifield Modeling Language (UML) for system design, and pieces method for problem analysis. The result of this study is produce a web-based information system with several menus that could help P3-M University of Yapis Papua.

Abstract. This paper analyzes the current ERP, to study the characteristics of ERP system, put forward the development method of management information system based on ERP, and combining the practical application, developed the functional modules of the system, designed the system architecture of B/S and C/S two kinds of structure based on the combination of the development process, with the advantages of two system architecture, effectively improve the system security and scalability. Through the operation of the system, verify the rationality of the system design ideas.

Nowadays, the application of information systems can be applied in many fields, one of which is to support the process of adopting dog as a pet. The purpose of this research therefore is to develop an integrated information system that can be used to facilitate the process of adopting dogs. The developed information system which is web-based has several main functions, such as searching for dogs, managing adoption requests, monitoring dogs that have been adopted, and periodically managing user reports. The proposed system was developed using Rapid Application Development method, PHP programming language, Code Igniter frameworks, and MySQL database. Meanwhile, the system was tested using the black box testing method.
