The background of this research is the failure of the marketing orientation concept and the unprepared consumers to accept the societal marketing concept. There needs orientation phase that are between the marketing orientation phase and societal marketing phase. The orientation phase is Adaptive Marketing Orientation (AMO).One of the applications of adaptive marketing orientation is Mimicry Marketing Strategy (MMS). The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of MMS to competitors, MMS to consumers, MMS to suppliers, MMS to intermediarieson the quality of relationship with partners and innovation as well as to analyze the influence of the quality of relationship with partners and innovation to the marketing performance. Samples are 100 SMEs in Banyumas; data analysis tool used is Path Analysis. The results of this study found that the effect of MMS to consumers and MMS to competitors have positive effect on innovation and the quality of relationship with partners, while MMS to suppliers, and MMS to intermediarie shave no positive effect on innovation and the quality of relationship with partners, and the quality of relationship with partners and innovations have positive effect toward marketing performance.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of service quality, trust and commitment to community satisfaction. The population in this study were all people who used services in Pandean Lamper Village, Gayamsari District, Semarang City, amounting to 741 people (Data for April-May 2016). While the samples taken were 88 people. Sampling uses stratified proportional sampling. The data analysis tool used in this study is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study: There is a significant positive effect between the quality of service on community satisfaction. There is a significant influence between trust in community satisfaction. There is a significant influence between commitment to community satisfaction. There is a significant influence between service quality, trust and commitment to community satisfaction

<p>This study aims to examine the quality of teller service which consists of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy of member satisfaction by saving at Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Polidana Semarang State Polytechnic. The data used are primary data in the form of questionnaires' distribution to BMT members. The data used are primary data which are distributed through questionnaires to BMT members. This study used 100 members of the BMT Polidana as a sample. The data analysis tool used multiple regression analysis with SPSS 21. The results showed that tangibles, reliability, responsiveness and assurance had a significant effect on member satisfaction in saving at BMT Polidana State Polytechnic Semarang while empathy (empathy) does not have a significant effect on member satisfaction in saving at BMT Polidana Semarang State Polytechnic</p>

The four variables presented in this article examine leadership styles, motivation, work spirit, and quality of work for lecturers and teaching staff at private universities in Gorontalo. This research is an experimental type, where is presented is the result of the analysis and relationship between every variable. The data analysis tool is carried out using the Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares) application. Where the results of this study indicate that leadership style does not directly affect the quality of work. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on work morale. Morale has a positive and significant effect on the quality of work and motivation has a positive and significant effect on the quality of work.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian, kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel penelitian adalah 208 karyawan yang bekerja pada perusahaan retail di Lampung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan alat analisis data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian, kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kecerdasan spiritual memiliki pengaruh paling besar dibandingkan kepribadian dan kecerdasan emosional. Saran penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri karyawan, senantiasa berfikir dengan baik untuk merespons setiap situasi, memiliki tenggang rasa agar dapat memahami emosi teman kerja dengan lebih baik, serta memperhatikan kemampuan karyawan mengatur rencana kerja sendiri untuk memaksimalkan pekerjaan serta selesai tepat waktu. Kata kunci: Kepribadian, Kecerdasan Emosional, Kecerdasan Spiritual Kinerja Karyawan This study aims to explore the effect of personality, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. The study sample was 208 employees who worked at retail companies in Lampung. Data collection conducted using a questionnaire, and the data analysis tool uses SPSS. The results showed that personality, spiritual intelligence, and emotional intelligence had a positive effect on employee performance. Spiritual intelligence has the most influence compared to personality and emotional intelligence. The suggestion of this research is to increase employee confidence, be able to think well in response to every situation, have a sense of tolerance to better understand coworkers 'emotions, and pay attention to employees' ability to manage their work plans so that maximize their work and completed on time. This study aims to determine 1) The extent to which the influence of the service quality on patient satisfaction of Puskesmas Kecamatan Depati VII Kabupaten Kerinci? 2) The extent to which the influence of the service quality on patient satisfaction of Puskesmas Kecamatan Depati VII Kabupaten Kerinci either directly or indirectly ? The Population in this study is patient of Puskesmas Kecamatan VII Kabupaten Kerinci period of 2017 totaling 7622 patients. Furthermore, by using the formula slovin, then obtained sample size of 75 patients with sampling accidental sampling technique. Data analysis tool used is the analysis of the path at an alpha level of 0.05. Based on the results of the study showed that: service quality positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. Both directly and indirectly the quality of service has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction.

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of innovation orientation and entrepreneurship on the competitive advantage of culinary MSMEs in the Cilandak Barat area, South Jakarta. The population used for this study was 36 actors in the culinary field of SMEC. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling method. The data analysis tool used is PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the innovation variable has a significant influence on the culinary competitiveness of SMEC. And, entrepreneurial orientation has a significant influence on the culinary competitiveness of SMEC. Abstract: The purpose of this research is to be able to determine the effect of world oil prices on economic growth in Indonesia by applying the exchange rate moderating variable and the BI rate as a connecting variable. Descriptive and associative research is a type of research that is used with data collection techniques through a trusted official agency website that is classified in the quarterly time series secondary data. The data year in this study was from 2006 to 2018. Data analysis was carried out through descriptive and inductive analysis with a Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) data analysis tool accompanied by a classic assumption test and a t test. Estimation results show that there are two research results; firstly, that the exchange rate has an effect on moderating the relationship between world oil prices and economic growth in Indonesia, secondly, that the BI rate has no influence connecting world oil prices and economic growth in Indonesia. Keywords: World oil prices, economic growth, exchange rates, BI rate, Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).

One of the vital organs in humans is the lungs. Disorders that occur in the lungs will make the body's metabolism unbalanced and can reduce the quality of the human body. Pulmonary function disorders do not only occur in developed countries but in developing countries such as Indonesia. Lung function disorders can be caused by occupations with high dust exposure such as the Garment Industry.The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work tenure, length of exposure to symptoms of lung function disorders in garment workers in UD Surabaya, Jember Regency. The data used are primary data obtained from questionnaires of 108 worker respondents. The analysis tool uses regression of weight techniques using AMOS software. The results of instrument testing conclude that all variables are valid and reliable as data collection tools. The results of data analysis indicate that: 1) tenure has a positive effect on symptoms of lung function disorders in garment workers. 2) the length of exposure has a positive effect on symptoms of lung function disorders in garment workers. 3) Most of UD garment workers. Surabaya, Jember Regency has or is experiencing symptoms of lung function disorders in the form of coughing and chest tightness / breathing.
