The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of service quality, trust and commitment to community satisfaction. The population in this study were all people who used services in Pandean Lamper Village, Gayamsari District, Semarang City, amounting to 741 people (Data for April-May 2016). While the samples taken were 88 people. Sampling uses stratified proportional sampling. The data analysis tool used in this study is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study: There is a significant positive effect between the quality of service on community satisfaction. There is a significant influence between trust in community satisfaction. There is a significant influence between commitment to community satisfaction. There is a significant influence between service quality, trust and commitment to community satisfaction

<p>This study aims to examine the quality of teller service which consists of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy of member satisfaction by saving at Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Polidana Semarang State Polytechnic. The data used are primary data in the form of questionnaires' distribution to BMT members. The data used are primary data which are distributed through questionnaires to BMT members. This study used 100 members of the BMT Polidana as a sample. The data analysis tool used multiple regression analysis with SPSS 21. The results showed that tangibles, reliability, responsiveness and assurance had a significant effect on member satisfaction in saving at BMT Polidana State Polytechnic Semarang while empathy (empathy) does not have a significant effect on member satisfaction in saving at BMT Polidana Semarang State Polytechnic</p>

  Abstract   The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Price Perception, Product Quality and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions on Sari Roti consumers in Wonodri Village Semarang. The population in this study were all consumers who bought Sari Roti in Indomart. The sample is 130 people. The sampling technique used is stratified proportional sampling. The data analysis tool used in this study is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study: There is a positive and significant influence between Price Perception on Purchasing Decisions, There is a positive and significant influence between Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions, There is a positive and significant influence between Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions, Simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between Price Perception , Product Quality and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions.   Keywords:  Price Perception, Product Quality, Brand Image, Purchasing Decision

<p>The purpose of this study is to find out a significant influence between Knowledge and Understanding of Taxation, Tax Service Quality, and Tax Awareness on the Compliance of Individual Taxpayers registered at the KPP of Jakarta Penjaringan. The research method used is multiple regression analysis. The data used are primary data; a sample is determined by convenience sampling method, data collected using a questionnaire. Respondents in this study amounted to 100 people. The results of this study are knowledge and understanding of taxation, tax service quality, and tax awareness have a significant positive effect on the compliance of individual taxpayers. This study also proves that tax awareness, knowledge, and understanding of taxation, and tax service quality are jointly influential towards individual taxpayer compliance.</p>

<p>The purpose of this research is to know about (1) the influence of work discipline on lecturers’ performance, (2) the influence of work environment on lecturers’ performance, (3) the influence of competence on lecturers’ performance and (4) the influence of work discipline, work environment and competence on lecturers’ performance. The population on this research is 140 lecturerss of Polytechnic Bumi Akpelni of Semarang. The data collecting method is questionnaire.<br />The trial of this instrument was conducted on 58 lecturers of study program Port and Shipping Manajemen, Deck Department and Engine Department of Polytechnic Bumi Akpelni of Semarang. The data analysis used was multiple regression analysis technique. Before analyzing the data, an analysis of the requirements for the test is held, including the Normality, Heterocedasticity and Autocorrelation tests. The results of this research are: (1) The results of the partial t test, the value of t arithmetic&gt; t table with a significance of 0.000 &lt;0.05, which shows that each variable level of work discipline, level of work environment and level of competence has a significant positive effect on lecturers’ performance. It means that the higher the level of work discipline, the level of work environment and the level of competence, the higher the performance of lecturers.<br />(2) The result on the simultaneous f test, a significance value of 0.000 &lt;0.05 is obtained. So, that it can be said that the level of work discipline, the level of work environment and the level of competence together have a significant influence on lecturers’ performance. (3) The results of the determination test obtained are 0.874. It means that the influence of the level of work discipline, the level of work environment and the level of competence on lecturers’ performance is 87.4% while the remaining 12.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The equation of multiple regression lines Y = 0.071 + 0.487X1 + 0.222X2 + 0.307X3</p><p><em><strong>Keywords: Work discipline, work environment, competence and of lecturers’ performance</strong></em></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja dosen, (2) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja dosen, (3) pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja dosen (4) pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja dosen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Dosen Politeknik Bumi Akpelni Semarang dengan jumlah 140 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner. Uji coba instrumen ini dilakukan terhadap 58 dosen Politeknik Bumi Akpelni Semarang prodi KPN, Nautika dan Teknika, analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi ganda. Sebelum analisis data terlebih dahulu diadakan pengujian persyaratan analisis meliputi uji Normalitas, Heterokedastisitas dan Autokorelasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Berdasarkah hasil uji t parsial diperoleh nilai t hitung &gt; t tabel dengan signifikansi 0.000 &lt; 0.05, yang menunjukan bahwa masing-masing variabel tingkat disiplin kerja, tingkat lingkungan kerja dan tingkat kompetensi memberikan pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen artinya semakin tinggi tingkat disiplin kerja, tingkat lingkungan kerja dan tingkat kompetensi maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja dosen. Berdasarkan uji f simultan diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 &lt; 0.05, sehingga dapat dikatakan tingkat disiplin kerja, tingkat lingkungan kerja dan tingkat kompetensi bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen. (3) Berdasarkan hasil uji determinasi diperoleh hasil 0.874 yang artinya adalah pengaruh dari tingkat disiplin kerja, tingkat lingkungan kerja dan tingkat kompetensi terhadap kinerja dosen adalah sebesar 87.4% sedangkan 12.6% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh factor-faktor lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. The research subjects were 105 students from the Faculty of Economics, Law, Politics and Psychology, Muhammadiyah University of East Kalimantan. This study uses a quantitative approach with data analysis using the help of the Statistics Package for Social Science (SPSS) 21.0 for windows program. The results showed that there was a significant influence between gratitude and forgiveness on quality with an F value of 15.302 and p of 0.000 which had an effect contribution value (R2) of 23.3 percent. There is a significant positive effect between thanksgiving on quality of life with a beta value of 0.402, t count of 3.556 and p of 0.001. There is a significant positive effect between forgiveness on quality of life with a beta value of 0.181, t count of 2.034 and p of 0.045.

The background of this research is the failure of the marketing orientation concept and the unprepared consumers to accept the societal marketing concept. There needs orientation phase that are between the marketing orientation phase and societal marketing phase. The orientation phase is Adaptive Marketing Orientation (AMO).One of the applications of adaptive marketing orientation is Mimicry Marketing Strategy (MMS). The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of MMS to competitors, MMS to consumers, MMS to suppliers, MMS to intermediarieson the quality of relationship with partners and innovation as well as to analyze the influence of the quality of relationship with partners and innovation to the marketing performance. Samples are 100 SMEs in Banyumas; data analysis tool used is Path Analysis. The results of this study found that the effect of MMS to consumers and MMS to competitors have positive effect on innovation and the quality of relationship with partners, while MMS to suppliers, and MMS to intermediarie shave no positive effect on innovation and the quality of relationship with partners, and the quality of relationship with partners and innovations have positive effect toward marketing performance.

  Abstract:                The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion through social media, word of mouth and service quality on buying interest at Raja HP ​​Tenggarong simultaneously and partially. The number of respondents is 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously all independent variables (Promotion through social media, Word of Mouth and Service Quality) in this study have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Purchase Interest) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and F count > F table ( 50,528 > 2.70). Partially, Social Media Promotion Variables have no significant effect on buying interest. Word of Mouth and Service Quality variables have a significant positive effect on Purchase Intention. Based on the results of data analysis, the dominant variable influencing buying interest is service quality. Adjusted R Square of 0.600 equals 60%. This value indicates that 60% of buying interest is influenced by promotions through social media, Word Of Mouth, and Service Quality, while the remaining 40% is influenced by other factors.   Keywords: Promotion, Social Media, Word Of Mouth, Quality of Service, and Purchase Interest

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of location, interest rates, services and promotion of community decisions in taking credit. The population in this study were all PD credit customers. Semarang City BKK BPR Branch Gayamsari as many as 218 customers (Data As of December 2017). While the samples taken were 70 people. The sampling technique used is Convenience Sampling. The data analysis tool used in this study is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study: There is a significant influence between the location of community decisions in taking credit, There is a significant influence between interest rates on community decisions in taking credit, There is a significant influence between services to community decisions in taking credit, There is a significant influence between promotion of community decisions in taking credit. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between location, interest rates, service and promotion of community decisions in taking credit

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, the influence of emotional marketing, the effect of spiritual marketing, on satisfaction, and to know the three variables jointly affect customer satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research. With a questionnaire instrument distributed to 90 customers. Statistical test using classical assumption test, hypothesis testing using regression analysis test multiple test T test, F test and R test the coefficient of determination. The results showed that service quality, emotional marketing and spiritual marketing each had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Then the quality of service, emotional marketing and spiritual marketing simultaneously have an effect on satisfaction

This study aims to determine 1) The extent to which the influence of the service quality on patient satisfaction of Puskesmas Kecamatan Depati VII Kabupaten Kerinci? 2) The extent to which the influence of the service quality on patient satisfaction of Puskesmas Kecamatan Depati VII Kabupaten Kerinci either directly or indirectly ? The Population in this study is patient of Puskesmas Kecamatan VII Kabupaten Kerinci period of 2017 totaling 7622 patients. Furthermore, by using the formula slovin, then obtained sample size of 75 patients with sampling accidental sampling technique. Data analysis tool used is the analysis of the path at an alpha level of 0.05. Based on the results of the study showed that: service quality positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. Both directly and indirectly the quality of service has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction.
