Religious moderation is currently one of the most loved courses in the framework of religious harmony. Even now, Ministry of Religion has been launching the Religious Moderation House program in all Islamic religious colleges in Indonesia. This paper discussed the program of activities carried out by Antasari State Islamic University of Banjarmasin to support the government program by instilling the values of religious moderation in all new students. This study applied a qualitative descriptive method with content analysis techniques. The sample in this study were questions posed by Mahasantri during the Islamic and National Insights material every Saturday night at Ma'had Jami'ah UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. The results showed that there were seven themes that most learners’ attraction, namely 1). diversity and tolerance, as many as 91 or 24.53% questions, 2). Synergy and the Importance of Islamic and National Insights, 54 or 14.56% of questions, 3). Radicalism, Terrorism, Fanaticism, 48 or 12.94% questions, 4). Nationalism and Love for the Motherland, 35 or 9.43% of questions, 5). Islamic State and Leaders, 20 or 5.39% of questions, 6). Islamic law in inter-religious relations, 25 or 6.74% questions, and 7). Conflict and Blasphemy, 16 or 4.31% questions. Tolerance and diversity were the most frequently asked questions. Thus, although this lesson carried the theme of Islamic insight and nationalism, this learning tent to be a space for students to ask questions and discuss tolerance which was an important element or part in religious moderation.

This study aimed at identifying and examining definition and scope of the term ulil amri, important things to consider in giving advice to ulil amri, the way to give them advice, and Islamic jurisprudential view on “Peaceful Action”. This study employed qualitative-descriptive method with content analysis techniques and library research. The results of the study shows that: (1) ulil amri to whom Allah obligate obedience are scholars of rabbaniyyun and leaders as well as those who are in charge of Muslims; (2) some important things in giving advice to ulil amri, those are listening and obeying them in good matter, praying for them goodness and salvation, avoiding ghibah and degradation of ulil amri, cooperating in goodness and piety, being patience upon badness and wrongdoing of the leaders, and giving advice to ulil amri; (3) advising them secretly is the best way, but the scholars also advocate to advise them openly if that method more beneficial to leaders and community; (4) “Peaceful Action” is a matter of ijtihadiyyah in which the scholars have different views on it. Therefore, denying munkar both sir (secretly) and ‘alan (openly) is part of maqasid syar’iyyah that need to be implemented based on rules and considerations of goodness and badness.

Abstract                                           This study aims to describe the way out of your comfort zone in the style by Suar character in the novel Catatan Juang by Fiersa Besari which is a representation of real life. Focus of the study is emphasized on the character of Suar when she finally decides to get out of the comfort zone that shackles of her. To study the character Suar in the novel Catatan Juang, this study used a qualitative descriptive method with content analysis techniques. This qualitative descriptive method is used with the intention of producing a description in the form of words through observed research. The result of research can be concluded that Suar managed to get away from all the routines that she had been complaining about in order to achieve her dream of becoming a film maker. Her struggle ia not easy, but she kept trying hard and finally proved that stepping out of your comfort zone isn’t a bad thing. This is inseparable from the encouragement and influence of motivational words in a book that she accidentally found on public transportion, with title “Catatan Juang” owned by Juang Astrajingga.

Novel 99 Light In Sky Europe Rimember of the reader A Muslim woman named Hanum Salsabiela. Hanum during her life for three years in Europe made him discover new things about the greatness of Islam in Europe, which describes her faith to God. The aim of the study was to determine the values of the Islamic Religious and moral in order akhidah, sharia, and morals and honesty, compassion, responsibility contained in 99 Novel Light In Sky Europe works Salsabiela Rais Hanum. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method with content analysis techniques to analyze aspects of Religious and Moral contained in 99 Novel Light In Sky Europe Salsabiela Rais Hanum work. Aspects akhidah 17 findings (34%), aspects of Sharia 16 findings (32%) and aspects of the findings of Virtue 17 (34%). As well as aspects of Honesty 18 findings (36%, Aspects of Love 17 findings (30%) and 15 findings (30%) the aspect of responsibility Novel 99 Cahaya Di Langit Eropa mengingatkan pada pembaca Seorang Perempuan Muslim yang bernama Hanum Salsabiela. Bagi Hanum selama dia hidup tiga tahun di Eropa membuat dia menemukan hal-hal baru tentang kebesaran Islam di Eropa yang  menggambarkan keimanan dirinya terhadap Allah. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Nilai-nilai Religius islam dan moral dalam tatanan akhidah, syariah, dan akhlak serta Kejujuran, Kasih sayang, tanggung jawab yang terdapat dalam Novel 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa karya Hanum Salsabiela Rais. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis isi yaitu menganalisis Aspek Religius dan Moral yang terdapat dalam Novel 99 Cahaya Di Langit Eropa Karya Hanum Salsabiela Rais. Aspek akhidah 17 temuan ( 34 % ), aspek syariah 16 temuan ( 32 % ) dan aspek akhlak 17 temuan ( 34 % ) serta aspek kejujuran 18 temuan (36 %, aspek kasih sayang 17 temuan (30 %) dan 15 temuan  (30%) aspek tanggung jawab.

The COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia requires contributions from Islamic leaders to educate and provide information to the public. As an Islamic leader, Gus Mus actively responds to this condition through his Instagram account @s.kakung. This study determines Gus Mus’s contribution to the da’wa message uploaded by @s.kakung, from the preaching theme and the strategy of delivering da’wa’s message. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with qualitative content analysis techniques—data collected from the @s.kakung Instagram account from March 16, 2020 - March 29, 2021. The results showed that the da’wa message uploaded by the @s.kakung in faith, Sharia, and moral. The creed announces that we must never forget Allah, obey Allah’s commands in pandemic conditions. Da’wa messages on the Sharia theme, such as making inner efforts, are praying, wirid, sholawat, and Hizib autad practice. The moral theme messages support the movement to help people affected by COVID-19 comply with health protocols by wearing masks, keeping their distance, washing hands, and avoiding crowds. Meanwhile, the strategy of delivering Gus Mus’ da’wa messages in the @s.kakung Instagram uses more persuasive and humanist

Artikel ini akan membahas nilai pendidikan pantun besaot di cyberspace. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan datasekunder  berupa pantun yang bersumber dari laman facebook. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis dokumen. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan concent analyis (analisis isi) dengan mengungkap, memahami, dan menangkap pesan karya sastra.  Berdasarkan hasil kajian terhadap 6 pantun besaot yang di dapat di laman facebook dalam grup “Bangka Yoh” yang diunggah oleh akun yang bernama Budi Js, diketahui bahwa pantun besaot memiliki nilai pendidikan sebagai berikut: (1) nilai pendidikan religi, (2) nilai pendidikan moral, (3) nilai pendidikan sosial dan (4) nilai pendidikan budaya.Katakunci: pantun, nilai pendidikan, facebookAbstract:This article will discuss the value of pantun besaot education in cyberspace. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method, with secondary data in the form of rhymes that were sourced from the Facebook page. The data collection technique used in the study was document analysis techniques. Data analysis techniques in research use content analysis (content analysis) by revealing, understanding, and capturing messages of literary works. Based on the results of a study of 6 besaot rhymes obtained on the Facebook page in the "Bangka Yoh" group uploaded by an account named Budi Js, it is known that the besaot pantun has the following educational values: (1) the value of religious education, (2) the value of education moral, (3) the value of social education and (4) the value of cultural education.Keywords: pantun , educational values, facebook

This study aims to understand the history and struggles of Islamic law and Tolaki culture in the munakahat fiqh, inherited from the Tolaki community as contained in the Tolaki customary law structure. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method and a phenomenological approach. This research shows that the struggle of Islamic law and marriage culture in the Tolaki community is that the relationship between Islam and Tolaki culture shows adaptation, mutual understanding, and conversation. This relationship means no dominant or mutually dominant camps in this cycle of marriage, Islam, and traditions. Thus, there is a need for the role of traditional leaders, religious leaders, community leaders, and the government to socialize intensely the importance of cultural values in society, nation, and state to preserve existing culture for the continuity of future generations in various activities.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami sejarah dan pergumulan tentang hukum Islam dan budaya Tolaki dalam fikih munakahat yang diwariskan kepada masyarakat Tolaki yang terdapat dalam struktur hukum adat Tolaki. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan pendekatan fenomenologi, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pergumulan hukum islam dan budaya perkawinan pada masyarakat Tolaki adalah hubungan antara Islam dan budaya Tolaki menunjukkan adaptasi, saling pengertian dan percakapan satu sama lain. Artinya, tidak ada kubu yang dominan atau yang saling dominan dalam siklus pernikahan, Islam, dan tradisi ini. Untuk itulah perlunya peranan tokoh adat, tokoh agama, tokoh masyarakat maupun pemerintah secara intens dan berkelanjutan dilaksanakan berbagai kegiatan yang mensosialisasikan pentingnya nilai-nilai budaya dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa dan bernegara guna melestarikan budaya yang sudah ada demi kelangsungan generasi mendatang.

Abstract             The main fuction of the Bank as an funding and lending activities by offering various types of financial transaction services an attractive choice for people who do money laundering to hide money proceeds of crime. Because of that the government and Indonesian Banks make regulations related prevent money laundering that contains Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence. Bank Mandiri Syariah has implementation Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence as an effort to prevent money laundering. This analyze aims for knowing implementation Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence that has been applied by Bank Syariah Mandiri. In this study using a qualitative descriptive method. Data retrieval is done by observation, interviews and documentation to three sources of informants Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bekasi Timur and one sources of informants that specifically handles money laundering prevention program that is SKAP( Satuan Kerja APU PPT) Bank Mandiri Syariah. Data analysis will be done by doing three steps, they are; data reductions, data display, and verification.The observation result shows that implementation Customer Due Dilligence done at the time prospective customer open the account and the Bank doubt information customer by doing identification and verification. implementation Enhanced Due Dilligence is done to customers Politically Exposed Person/ High Risk open the account, but in practiceat Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bekasi Timur done when there is suspicious transaction or there is a case. Reporting process suspicious transaction through the system SIAP (System Aplikasi APU PPT) to Satuan Kerja APU PPT (SKAP) Bank Syariah Mandiri then SKAP reports to PPATK (Pusat Pelaporan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan). From implementation Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence Bank Mandiri Syariah has been prevent money laundering enter the financial system at Mandiri Sharia Bank.

AbstrakMasalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu pentingnya strategi produk dalam menjalankan sebuah usaha agar mampu bertahan dan bersaing  dengan perusahaan lain yang sejenis dalam kondisi persaingan yang ketat dan perkembangan zaman yang sangat cepat. Strategi produk sangat diperlukan dalam mememenuhi tuntutan konsumen seperti meningkatkan kualitas, menciptakan merek, pelayanan serta jaminan terhadap produk yang ditawarkan agar usaha mampu berkembang. Limpapeh”s Kebaya adalah usaha yang sedang berkembang dan telah mampu memasarkan produk bordirnya hingga menembus pasar ekspor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi produk bordir di Limpapeh”s Kebaya, Kapalo Koto, Koto Tangah Simalanggang, Kota Payakumbuh. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriftif kualitatif, jenis data berupa data primer dan  sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisa model interaktif yang berkaitan dengan pokok permasalahan yaitu dengan model reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yaitu strategi produk yang dilakukan di Limpapeh”s Kebaya adalah dimulai dari menciptakan produk bordir yang berkualitas, desain motif bordir yang up to date dan kreatif, menyediakan ukuran yang special, memberi merek pada produk bordir, memberi kemasan yang menarik (paperbag) dan serbaguna, pelayanan yang cepat, tepat dan ramah serta pemberian jaminan terhadap produk border.Kata Kunci: strategi produk, pelayanan, bordir. AbstractThe problem in this study is the importance of product strategy in running a business in order to be able to survive and compete with other similar companies in conditions of intense competition and very rapid development of the times. Product strategy is very necessary in fulfilling consumer demands such as improving quality, creating brands, services and guarantees for products offered so that businesses are able to grow. Limpapeh's Kebaya is a growing business and has been able to market its embroidery products to penetrate the export market. This study aims to describe the strategy of embroidery products in Limpapeh's Kebaya, Kapalo Koto, Koto Tangah Simalanggang, Payakumbuh City. The research method uses qualitative descriptive method, the type of data in the form of primary and secondary data. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out with interactive model analysis techniques that are related to the subject matter, namely with a model of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the research, namely the product strategy carried out at Limpapeh's Kebaya, are started from creating quality embroidery products, up-to-date and creative embroidery motifs, providing special sizes, giving brands to embroidery products, giving attractive packaging (paperbag) and versatile, fast, precise and friendly service and guarantee of embroidery products. Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan untuk analisis penggunaan Schoology pada Mata Pelajaran PPKn terhadap minat belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Srandakan Bantul Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Srandakan pada bulan Juli sampai Agustus tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah : (1) satu orang Kepala Sekolah SMA N 1 Srandakan Bantul (2) satu orang Guru Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (3) Siswa SMA N 1 Srandakan sejumlah 8 orang. Teknik analisis data melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pemerikasaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Schoology memiliki kemudahan dalam mengatur administrasi pembelajaran siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Srandakan karena siswa dapat presensi, mendapat materi hingga evaluasi di Schoology; (2) Schoology dapat mengendalikan minat belajar siswa dalam aspek preventif dengan cara kegiatan belajar menyenangkan, persuasif dengan cara membujuk melalui fitur massages, dan represif dengan cara didatangi rumahnya berdasarkan informasi yang disajikan dalam aplikasi tersebut; (3) Schoology memiliki tampilan seperti media sosial Facebook ditandai warna dasar yang sama yaitu biru dan putih serta menu yang identik; (4) Schoology memiliki keunggulan untuk diskusi pada pembelajaran daring, siswa dapat berdiskusi kelompok dengan guru sebagai pemantik materi dalam fitur Groups; (5) Schoology mengakomodasi aneka macam media pembelajaran antara lain media gambar visual, audio, dan audio visual atau video. Kata Kunci: Schoology, PPKn, Minat Belajar Siswa Abstract The research aims to analyze the use of Schoology in PPKn Subjects on student interest in learning at SMA Negeri 1 Srangkan Bantul in 2020. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Srangkan from July to August 2020. This study used a qualitative descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study were: (1) one principal of SMA N 1 Srangkan Bantul (2) one teacher of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (3) 8 students of SMA N 1 Srangkan. Data analysis techniques through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity was checked by data triangulation. The results of this study are: (1) Schoology has the convenience of managing the administration of student learning at SMA Negeri 1 Srangkan because students get presence, receive material and evaluation in Schoology; (2) Schoology can control student interest in preventive aspects by means of fun, persuasive learning activities by persuading through massages, and repressive features by visiting their house based on the information presented in the application; (3) Schoology has a display similar to Facebook's social media marked with the same basic colors, namely blue and white and identical menus; (4) Schoology has the advantage of discussions on online learning, students can have group discussions with the teacher as material triggers in the Groups feature; (5) Schoology accommodates various kinds of learning media, including visual images, audio, and audio-visual or video media. Describe the implementation of the fingerprint electronic absence policy on the discipline and performance of civil servants as well as the impact it has on implementing the fingerprint electronic absence policy. Qualitative descriptive method describes various conditions and situations as the object of research. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation and interviews. After the implementation of fingerprint electronic attendance, discipline increases and obligations as employees have been carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. The application of sanctions in the regional government of seluma regency is in accordance with the regulations of civil servants and the provision of rewards for employees who excel has been carried out properly, to inspire other employees, so that they can work better.
