Purpose of this study is to analyze and understand simultaneously the influence of organizational culture, management style and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Don't call it Timur Shakti. The original data of the questionnaire and secondary data in the data were used as probability samples. As a sampling procedure. This study is a quantitative study of seventy-line employees of PT Bintang Timur Sakti. The analytical method used in this study is to use SPSS 24 to perform multiple linear regression. Organizational culture, management style and work discipline all have a positive impact on employee productivity. Corporate culture of PT. Bintang Timur Sakti is a variable that has a significant effect on employee productivity at PT Bintang Timur Sakti.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) Region of Papua and West Papua Manokwari Area. This research is an associative study using quantitative data. Data sources include primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all employees of PT PLN (Persero) in the Papua and West Papua Areas of the Manokwari Area. The sampling method uses simple random sampling with the number of respondents 67 employees. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The results showed that, both partially (t test) and simultaneously (F test), leadership style and organizational culture had a significant effect on employee performance. Adjusted R Square value of 0.495 shows that 49.5% of the variation in the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) in the Papua and West Papua Areas of Manokwari is influenced by leadership style and organizational culture.

Employee contributions will be important if done with effective actions and behave correctly. Not only the amount of effort but also the direction of the business. The nature, effort or willingness to work as well as the various things that constitute organizational support is very important for the success of employee performance. In this study analyze the problems faced by employees of Matahari Department Store Duta Plaza, some of them feel there is dissatisfaction in work so that this affects the poor performance. Empirical test conducted on 120 employees to obtain data about leadership style and organizational culture that had been considered has not been able to provide hope for employees. Analyzer used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result of SEM analysis has fulfilled the criteria of the model of Goodness of Fit Index Criteria: chi square = 294,276, probability = 0,000, RMSEA = 0.116, GFI = 0.776, AGFI = 0.697, CFI = 0.829. All meet the criteria, except RMSEA and AGFI are marginal. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture is not significant influence on job satisfaction is not significant to performance, organizational culture is not significant effect on performance, leadership style is not significant effect on performance either directly or indirectly through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. On the basis of these results, the managerial implications that can be suggested are the improvement of job satisfaction and performance can be achieved by creating and maintaining a culture of involvement in corporate culture, applying participative leadership style in line with providing satisfactory salary levels for employees.

<p><em>T</em><em>he purpose of this study serve to determine the effect of leadership style,</em><em> </em><em>organizational culture, and employees’ competence on performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable (case study at the Islamic Hospital in Klaten). This study is a descriptive empirical study with a quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. The population in this study is the nurse-patient unit Klaten Islamic Hospital number</em><em> </em><em>194 and number 131 samples were taken more than 1 year. Nonprobability sampling technique using sampling with purposive sampling method and then diproporsionalkan. Instrument research using questionnaires. Data analysis includes test instrument, the classical assumption test, and test hypotheses with linear regression as a tool of analysis using SPSS 17. Based on the discussion of the results of this study be concluded that the employees’ competency effect on the employee performance, while the leadership style and organizational culture had no effect improves employee performance. After attending the variables of organizational commitment as a mediating variable that affects only one variable, namely the competence of employees, while others may not affect performance significantly with or without a mediating variable.</em><em></em></p>

  Organizational culture and leadership are part of human resources which are one of the capital and have a very important role for the success of a company or organization because good human resource management is the key to the successful achievement of the company's goals. The success of an organization in achieving its goals in addition to requiring a good organizational culture, also depends on the implementation of the leadership style. A strong leadership style in the organization is used to direct all available resources in achieving goals and optimizing success in a company. This study aims to determine to test and analyze the influence of Organizational Culture and Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance at RTTL.EP. The aspects studied are the employee's work culture, the leadership style of a leader, and the impact of the process of the two variables which will result in employee job performance. The phenomenon in this research is explored with quantitative methods. Data collection techniques are by distributing research questionnaires, interviews, and collecting secondary data. The sample taken was 180 samples of RTTL.EP employees.  The results of this study are expected to be used as a work evaluation to improve organizational culture, leadership, and performance, this research can be used as a direction in improving employee performance at RTTL.EP so that it is always in line with the Vision and Mission of RTTL.EP, which is to provide quality programs to the audience.

This paper intends to examine the general impact of organizational culture directly or indirectly on employees’ job performance. To find the impact of organizational culture on employee performance within software houses. This is a survey-based research study. Primary and secondary data were used in this study. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire and formal and informal interviews. Customer service, employee participation, reward system, innovation and risk-taking and communication system are reflected variables for this study. The sample size is (n=110); therefore, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and regression analysis have been used. The overall results support that culture of organizations has a significant positive impact on employees’ job performance at software houses. Employee contribution is the most important element for achieving organizational goals. This study achieves an acknowledged necessity of learning the impact of culture on the job performance of employees of the software industry.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on job satisfaction. Indicators of leadership style are directive leader, supportive leader, participtive leader and achievement oriented leader. Indicators of organizational culture are clan culture, adhocracy culture, hierarchy culture, and market culture. Indicators of job satisfaction are pay satisfaction, promotion satisfaction, supervision satisfaction, coworker satisfaction, and satisfaction with work itself. The primary data was obtained from questionnaires from 60 samples of 144 employees in PT. Agung Automall branch Sipin in Province Jambi. While secondary data were obtained by literatures. Method data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, using SPSS program version 16.0. The result of the study showed that leadership style, organizational culture, and job satisfaction are good. The result of a mathematical equation is Y = 0,782 + 0,483X1 + 0,326X2 + e. The result showed variable leadership style and organizational culture has a positive impact on job satisfaction. The influence of leadership style and organizational culture on job satisfaction are 40,4 percents and 59, 6 percents job satisfaction is influenced by another variable.Keywords : leadership style, organizational culture, job satisfac

The purpose of this study are: 1) To explain the presence or absence of influence of leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at Bhayangkara Padang Hospital. and 2) Measuring the magnitude of influence of leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at Bhayangkara Padang Hospital. The samples used in this study were 85 respondents by using saturated sampling. This research is an explanatory research. Data collection techniques are questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Descriptive Analysis and Inferential Analysis. To know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable partially, used t test. While to know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable simultaneously, used F test. The assumption used in validity test is if R-count&gt; R-table item declared valid. Based on the instrument validity test the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction on the performance of employees known all items declared valid and reliable. The Leadership Regression Coefficient (X1) of 0.608, marked as positive indicates Leadership (X1) influences the direction of Performance (Y), which means that each increase of 1 unit of Leadership (X1) will cause the effect on Performance (Y) of 0.608 The coefficient of regression of Organizational Culture (X2) equal to 0,127, marked positive indicate Organizational Culture (X2) have influence on Performance (Y), meaning every increase of 1 unit of Organizational Culture variable (X2) will cause influence to Performance equal to 0,127 The coefficient of regression of Job Satisfaction (X3) is 0,305, marked as pos itive indicating Job Satisfaction (X3) influential in the direction of Performance (Y), which mean every increase of 1 unit of Job Satisfaction variable (X3) Leadership independent variable (X1) has a significant effect on Performance (Y), Organizational Culture (X2) has a significant effect on Performance (Y), Job Satisfaction variable (X3) has significant effect on Performance (Y). The First Hypothesis (H1), Second Hypothesis (H2) and Third Hypothesis (H3) are proven and accepted.
