The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) Region of Papua and West Papua Manokwari Area. This research is an associative study using quantitative data. Data sources include primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all employees of PT PLN (Persero) in the Papua and West Papua Areas of the Manokwari Area. The sampling method uses simple random sampling with the number of respondents 67 employees. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The results showed that, both partially (t test) and simultaneously (F test), leadership style and organizational culture had a significant effect on employee performance. Adjusted R Square value of 0.495 shows that 49.5% of the variation in the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) in the Papua and West Papua Areas of Manokwari is influenced by leadership style and organizational culture.

The aim of this study was to analize the influence of commitment of leaders and work ethic on theemployee performance of PT. Geraha Kerindo Utama, Jakarta. Secondary data was obtained from PT. Geraha Kerindo Utama, while primary data was obtained from employee of PT. Geraha Kerindo Utama through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study, simple random sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that commitment of leadersand work ethicpositively and significant influenced the employee performance of PT. Geraha Kerindo Utama. The conclution of this study is that commitment of leaderswas dominant than work ethic in influencing the employee performance of PT. Geraha Kerindo Utama.

<p><em>T</em><em>he purpose of this study serve to determine the effect of leadership style,</em><em> </em><em>organizational culture, and employees’ competence on performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable (case study at the Islamic Hospital in Klaten). This study is a descriptive empirical study with a quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. The population in this study is the nurse-patient unit Klaten Islamic Hospital number</em><em> </em><em>194 and number 131 samples were taken more than 1 year. Nonprobability sampling technique using sampling with purposive sampling method and then diproporsionalkan. Instrument research using questionnaires. Data analysis includes test instrument, the classical assumption test, and test hypotheses with linear regression as a tool of analysis using SPSS 17. Based on the discussion of the results of this study be concluded that the employees’ competency effect on the employee performance, while the leadership style and organizational culture had no effect improves employee performance. After attending the variables of organizational commitment as a mediating variable that affects only one variable, namely the competence of employees, while others may not affect performance significantly with or without a mediating variable.</em><em></em></p>

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable in the Indonesian Export Financing Institution at the Makassar Regional Office. The population of this study were all employees of the Indonesian Export Financing Institution. The number of samples taken in this study were 50 respondents. The sampling method used in this study is the probability sampling method. Data collection in this study is to use archive strategies namely primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed using multicollinearity and Path Analysis. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a significant effect on work motivation. Leadership style also has a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation significantly influences employee performance. Leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation.

This study aims to find out the effect of the organizational culture on job satisfaction of the employees of PT Telkom of Palembang Regional Office. The population was all employees of PT Telkom of Palembang Regional Office with the total number of 154 people and the number of the sample was 61 respondents taken using simple random sampling technique. The method of data collection used a questionnaire for getting the primary data. To support the primary data, the secondary data were collected using interview and documentation technique. The method of data analysis used simple linear regression. The data were processed using the application of Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Version 20. The result of the study shows that the organizational culture significantly influences the job satisfaction of the employees of PT Telkom of Palembang Regional Office. Humans as labor in company activities have a very important role. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the position placement factor on employee performance at PT. Zaman Teknindo Pekanbaru. The types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data with a total sample of 44 people. Sampling is done using the census method. Whereas to determine the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y), Simple Regression analysis was used with the help of the Set 17. Package for Social Science (SPSS) device based on the results of the Simple Linear Regression. employee work at PT. Zaman Teknindo Pekanbaru. Thus to obtain high work performance, the management at PT. Zaman Teknindo Pekanbaru needs to pay attention to the application of work placements that are in accordance with what is owned by the employee such as ability, skills and experience and the better the work placement that is set by the company, the better the workplace pays generated by the employee. The objective of this research is to analyze the income of rice farming based on the revenue sharing system in Wolaang Village, East Langowan sub-district, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for 3 month, starting from January to March 2019. The Samples of farmers is using simple random sampling method (simple random). Data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from direct interviews with 30 farmer. While secondary data obtained from BP3K East Langowan sub-district and BPS Minahasa Regency, books available at local bookstores and the internet such as google searching to access articles from various scientific journals and thesis from other universities related to the topic of this research, especially income analyze. The results showed that the income received by landowners was Rp.13,462,500 while the income received by smallholders was smaller than that of landowners, namely Rp.9,940,865.*jnkd+eprm*

This study aims to investigate the effect of job crafting practices on job outcomes (work engagement and job satisfaction). This research was conducted on workers at Perseroan Terbatas (PT). Petra Arun Gas (PAG) with a working population of 180 people. Samples were taken as many as 123 people based on Krejcie and Morgan Sample Tables (in Sekaran & Bougie, 2009, pp. 254-255). The selection of sample members was carried out using the simple random sampling method. Primary data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to all samples. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis tools with the help of SPSS. The results of the research data analysis show that job crafting has a significant effect on the two dependent constructs, namely work engagement and job satisfaction.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Daya Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini, yaitu penelitian asosiatif. Ada beberapa variabel yang dihubungkan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1), Motivasi (X2), Disiplin Kerja (X3), dan Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder . Data primer merupakan data yang diperoleh langsung dari responden dan data sekunder merupakan data yang diperoleh dari dokumen yang didapat dari PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Daya Makassar untuk mendukung penelitian. Teknik analisis penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda dengan populasi dan sampel yang berjumlah sama, yaitu 31 orang. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Cabang Daya Makassar. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri Branch Daya Makassar. This type of research, namely associative research. There are several variables that are linked in this study, namely the variable Leadership Style (X1), Motivation (X2), Work Discipline (X3), and Employee Performance (Y). The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from respondents and secondary data is data obtained from documents obtained from PT. Bank Mandiri Daya Makassar Branch to support research. The analysis technique of this research uses descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression with the same population and sample, namely 31 people. The results of this study indicate that leadership style affects employee performance, motivation affects employee performance and work discipline affects employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Daya Makassar Branch.

There have been many studies on organizational culture. However, there have been not many studies on safety culture especially in Indonesia. Furthermore, the studies of safety culture in its relations to leadership styles, job satisfaction and employee performance have been little. This study examines the impacts of safety culture and leadership styles on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Primary data was obtained from the perception of employees who worked at Mining Operations Division of PT Newmont Nusa Tenggara, copper/gold mine in West Sumbawa, West Nusa Tenggara province. Data was collected through questionnaires sent to 150 employees, mostly heavy equipment operators and several field foremen. 131 were completed and returned however only 119 were valid for analysis. Statistical method used to test each hyphotesis was path analysis. The results showed that most hypothesis were confirmed. From five hypothesis, only one (H2) that had to be rejected. While four hypothesis i.e. H1, H3, H4 and H5were accepted. These results indicated that safety culture has a significant impact on job satisfaction (H1) but has no significant impact on performance (H2). Whilst leadership style has a significant impact on both job satisfaction (H3) and employee performance (H4). Finally, job satisfaction has a significant impact on employee performance (H5). This study aims to assess the management of coconut farms in village of Tolombukan district of Pasanmainly include land area, production, revenue, and marketing. The results could be input materials andinformation for farmers in increasing production and income of coconut farmers in of Tolombukan districtPasan.The research was carried on in the of Tolombukan district of Pasan which lasted from June 2010 untilAugust 2010. Data taken in this study are primary data that was obtained through interviews to farmersbased on a list of questions and secondary data obtained from agencies - agencies. Sampling method usedin this study is simple random sampling method with a sample size of 20 farmer respondents. Data is presentedin tables and is explained descriptively. The data are mainly in the form of costs, income, and revenue.Results showed that coconut farmers harvest pass once in 3 months so that in one year there are 4times the harvest with an average area of 1.59 ha. The other results of thisr studies are outlined below.The results of the average oil production in the village of Tolombukan district of Pasan of 2375.9 kg ofcopra per year with an average income of Rp4.891.948, 78 per year. In addition to plant coconut, farmersalso planted cloves between the coconut that provide an income of Rp11.734.695, 84 per two years orRp5.867.000 per year. The product of copra and cloves sold at traders in the village Tolombukan own.
