This study aims to determine the effect of cash flow management on firm Value. Researchers tested manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2018 with a total sample of 101 samples using a purposive sampling method. In this study, the firm’s value is measured using Tobin's Q ratio. Analysis technique used Panel EGLS (Cross-section random effects) analysis. The first model investigates of the three component cash flow measures (days of sales outstanding, days of inventory outstanding and days of payable outstanding), and the last two models investigate the cash conversion cycle and operating cash cycle metrics, respectively. Thechange (Δ) in one variable for period t is that measured by the differences between at the end of the quarter and at the end of the previous quarter’s value. The results showed that days of sales outstanding, days of inventory outstanding, cash conversion cycle and operating cash cycle have a significant effect on firm value.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the variable firm size (Size), business risk (risk), and liquidity (CR) of the debt policy (DTA) and the effect of the debt policy on firm value (PBV) in the companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) the period of 2007-2011. This study uses purposive sampling method to take samples. The data obtained based on the publication of Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX), obtained a total sample of 32 companies. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis stages. Hypothesis testing using the t test. Similarly, the business risk variable positive and significant effect on the debt policy because it has a significance value smaller than 5% level. While the liquidity variable and significant negative effect on the debt policy because it has significant value which is lower than the 5% significance level. And the debt policy itself has a positive and significant impact on firm value.

This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership and institutional ownership on dividend policy with free cash flow as a moderating variable. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2015-2019. The sample was selected by means of a purposive sampling method with 42 companies as samples and 210 observations. The analysis technique used in this research is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the higher the managerial ownership, the higher the dividend policy, especially in companies that have high free cash flow, and the higher the institutional ownership, the higher the dividend policy, especially in companies with high free cash flow. This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of financial distress and leverage on the flexibility in cash flow classification in nonfinancial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2018. The flexibility in cash flow classification is where managers are allowed to classify interest paid, interest received, and dividend received into operating, investing, or financing cash flow activities. By using purposive sampling method, obtained research samples of 395 companies. In this study, the flexibility of cash flow classification measured by dummy method of utilizing the cash flow classification flexibility by manager. this reseach create a poxy for financial distress based on Altman's Z-score (Altmant and Hotchkiss, 2006), while leverage measured by debt to total assets ratio. Analysis technique used logistic regression analysis. The results showed that financial distress has no effect on flexibility in cash flow classification. Leverage has a positive and significant effect on flexibility in cash flow classification, which is firm with  high leverage  tend to take advantage cash flow classification flexibility to infale operating cash flow

This study aims to determine the effect of listing age and ownership dispersion on voluntary disclosure with firm size as the moderating variable. The population of this research are manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) year from 2014 to 2016. The sample of this study was determined by using a purposive sampling method, and that the total sample of 89 manufacturing companies. The source of data is secondary data. The data was gathered www.idx.com. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis. The results shows: (1) Listing age has not significant effect on voluntary disclosure, (2) Ownership dispersion has significant negative effect on the extent of voluntary disclosure, (3) Firm size is not able to strengthen the effect of listing age on the extent of voluntary disclosure and (4) Firm size is able to strengthen the effect of ownership dispersion on the extent of voluntary disclosure.Keywords: Voluntary Disclosure, Listing age, Ownership dispersion and Firm Size

Firm value can affect the assessment or perception of investors towards the company, because the value of the company reflects the performance of a company. This study was conducted to examine the effect of tax avoidance on firm value, profitability on firm value, leverage on firm value, transparency can moderate tax avoidance on firm value, transparency can moderate profitability on firm value, and transparency can moderate leverage on firm value. The research population is manufacturing companies in the consumption industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2016 to 2019. Sampling in this study was conducted using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression models, moderation using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that tax avoidance, profitability and leverage have a positive influence on firm value. Transparency can moderate tax avoidance and leverage on firm value. However, on the other hand, the research results show that transparency cannot moderate profitability to firm value.

This study is conducted to see the effect of the company's firm size, growth opportunities, leverage and liquidity on the decision of hedging with foreign currency derivative instruments on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) period 2012-2015. The Data that is used on this study is a set of data panel with purposive sampling method, and the criteria for the sample is: (1) manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange period 2012 to 2015, (2) manufacturing companies that has transaction exposure ( liabilities and / or assets denominated in foreign currency, (3) manufacturing companies that has the data is needed for this study. The total sample of this study is 106 companies or 424 observation within 4 years. The Data analysis technique that is used on this study is logistic regression with z-statistic as hypotheses testing to test the regression coefficient with an alpha of 5%. The study result shows that firm size, growth opportunities and liquidity positively and Significantly Affect the decision of hedging with foreign currency derivative instruments, while leverage negatively and insignificantly Affect the decision of hedging with foreign currency derivative instruments.   Key words: firm size, growth opportunities, leverage, liquidity, hedging, derivatives, risk management

This study is aimed at examining the effects of the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Profitability, Capital Intensity, Cash Flow, and Company Size toward Conservatism in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this study is the yearly financial statements on firm of manufacturing listed at BEI period 2012-2017, using purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from yerly financial reports published and downloaded through the official BEI website. Data analyzed with Descriptive statistics, test of classic assumption and exmination of hypothesis with multiple linier regression method. The result of hypothesis research shows variable Profitability and Cash Flow have a significant effect on the ability of Conservatism, while the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Capital Intensity, and Company Size has no effect on the ability of Conservatism.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance and good corporate governance (GCG) on the value of companies in manufacturing companies listed on the stock exchange Indonesia. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of annual report 2016. Population used in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This research uses purposive sampling method with total population of 144 companies and sample of 31 companies. The results show that simultaneously ROA, OPM, NPM, KM, and KI have a positive influence on firm value. While partially ROA  have a positive influence on firm value. While OPM, NPM, KM, and KI have no positive influence on firm value).

The aim of this study is to examine business model on disclosure of corporate risk. This study uses Size as a control variable. The population in this study consists of manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015 - 2017. Sample determined with purposive sampling method. Total sample of this research is 180 companies. This study used multiple regression analysis for hypotheses testing. The results of this study show that business model has positive effect and significant on corporate risk disclosure.
