This study aims to analyze people's perceptions of the urgency of a marriage certificate in Linggo Sari Baganti District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This research method is Qualitative Descriptive, with several informants as data sources that are determined based on appropriate criteria through direct observation on the object of research and interviews. Secondary data that supports this research are obtained from the documents available at the object of research. To test the validity of the data used Triangulation Technique. Based on the information from the informants of this study, it can be explained that the public perception of the marriage certificate still considers the marriage certificate as not urgent and not important so that the administrative management is not completed because it considers it not urgent so the community neglects the marriage certificate. The community still perceives the management to be long and complicated, even though after the author compares the data in the field regarding the management procedures, it is not difficult to take care of it. Obstacles in the management of marriage certificates faced by the community are related to customary arrangements and the lack of file requirements submitted to KUA. Efforts made by KUA to deal with these obstacles are like conducting counseling to each village about the importance of marriage certificates. Based on the research above the recommendations that the writer can suggest to the community are expected to be willing to take part in socialization and counseling about marriage registration. So that people can know and understand the importance of marriage certificates. Responsible parties such as KUA, P3N and the government are expected to be able to increase socialization regularly.Keywords: Community Perception, Urgency, Marriage Deed.

The purpose of the study was to determine the influence in public perception, brand image and quality services to buying interest at PT. Asuransi Raksa Pratikara Jakarta. The research method is descriptive qualitative research method, data collection is done by using a questionnaire to respondents insurance customers Raksa Pratikara. Hipotesis used are H0 1 Hyphotesis allegedly there is influence between the public perception of the insurance buying interest. H0 2 Hyphotesis, allegedly there is influence of brand image with the insurance buying interest. H0 3 Hyphotesis, allegedly there is influence between service with the insurance buying interest raksa. Model of analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis by SPSS-17 approach in processing the data. From these result it can be concluded that partial public perception, brand image and services positive and significant impact on the insurance buying interest Raksa Pratikara. R square value of 0.65 which means that the influence of variable public perception, brand image and service affect the insurance buying interest by 65 percent and the remaining 35 percent influenced by other factors. In partial assay result t1 count is greater than t table which means that people’s perceptions significantly influence buying interest insurance, text result t2 count is greater than t table which means the brand image significantly influence buying interest insurance Raksa Pratikara and t3 count is greater than t table service which means a significantly effect on the insurance buying interest Raksa Pratikara

Presepsi masyarakat  terhadap konservasi Daerah aliran sungai (DAS) sangat menentukan kelestarian fungsi DAS tersebut. Interaksi masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan potensi lahan disekitar Das, tentunya akan memberikan pengaruh terhadp berbagai persepsi masyarakat setempat bahkan berimplikasi bagi kelestarian fungsi Kawasan Das. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguraikan tingkat persepsi  masyarakat terhadap aktivitas pengelolaan sumber daya alam di sekitar Das. Analisis penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner, wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat persepsi masyarakat  terhadap pengelolaan sumberdaya alam di sekitar DAS termasuk dalam tingkat sedang yaitu 40%, tingkat rendah 20 dan tingkat tinggi 40%. Pemerintah dan berbagai pihak sangat dibutuhkan untuk peningkatan pemahaman dan peran serta masyarakat bagi pengelolaan sumberdaya Das untuk kelestarian fungsi DAS.   The community perception of conservation of watershed greatly determines the sustainability of the watershed function. Community interaction in utilizing of the land will have an influence on various perceptions of the local community and even have implications for the sustainability of the functions of the Das Area. The study was conducted with the aim of describing the level of public perception of watershed natural resource management activities. The analysis of this study was carried out by qualitative descriptive method. Data was collected through questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and observations. The results showed that the level of community perception of watershed natural resource management was at a moderate level of 40%, a low level of 20 and a high level of 40%. The government and various parties are urgently needed to increase understanding and participation of the community in watersheds managing resources for the sustainability of watershed functions.

Abstract The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has become a super institution with extraordinary restraint. With the new Corruption Eradication Commission Law, some people think that the KPK has been weakened, which has been an institution loved by the public, even though the government denies that the new KPK Law has not weakened the KPK at all. One of the new things is the formation of the KPK Supervisory Body, one of which has the authority to grant permission to the KPK to conduct searches, which in fact has an impact on the problems at hand. The method used is a normative legal research method. The approach used is a statutory approach. The data used are secondary data obtained by literature study and primary data obtained by conducting interviews with related party respondents. There has been a shift in the meaning of Barriers to Justice as stated in Article 221 of the Criminal Code with Article 221 of the Corruption Eradication Law where Article 221 of the Criminal Code views Obstruction of Justice as a material offense while for Article 21 of the Corruption Eradication Law, Judicial Obstruction is seen as a formal offense. On the other hand, the actions of the Supervisory Board in granting licenses for searches, confiscation, etc. are not automatically considered a disturbance of justice unless it can be proven that the elements of wrongdoing committed by the Supervisory Board can be proven.   Keywords : Corruption, Authority, Obstruction Of Justice.   ABSTRAK Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) telah menjadi lembaga super dengan pengekangan yang luar biasa. Dengan adanya Undang-Undang KPK yang baru, sebagian orang menilai telah terjadi pelemahan KPK yang selama ini menjadi institusi yang dicintai masyarakat, padahal pemerintah membantah bahwa Undang-Undang KPK yang baru sama sekali tidak melemahkan KPK. Salah satu hal baru yaitu adalah pembentukan Badan Pengawas KPK yang salah satunya memiliki kewenangan untuk memberikan izin kepada KPK untuk melakukan penggeledahan, yang ternyata berdampak pada permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian hukum normatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan statutori. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dengan studi pustaka dan data primer diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara dengan responden pihak terkait. Telah terjadi pergeseran makna Hambatan Keadilan sebagaimana tertuang dalam Pasal 221 KUHP dengan Pasal 221 Undang-Undang Pemberantasan Korupsi dimana Pasal 221 KUHP memandang Obstruksi Keadilan sebagai delik material sedangkan untuk Pasal 21 Undang-Undang Pemberantasan Korupsi, Obstruksi Peradilan dipandang sebagai delik formal. Di sisi lain, tindakan Dewan Pengawas dalam pemberian izin penggeledahan, penyitaan, dan lain-lain tidak serta merta dianggap sebagai gangguan keadilan kecuali dapat dibuktikan bahwa unsur-unsur perbuatan salah yang dilakukan Dewan Pengawas dapat dibuktikan. Kata Kunci: Korupsi, Otoritas, Obstruksi Keadilan.

This research aims to analyze the public perceptions to the function change the nature preserve of Pulau Burung becomes the nature tourist park in the Pulau Burung Forest Village. The analysis used in this research is by using a Likert Scale analysis. The research location is housed in the Pulau Burung Village of District Tanah Bumbu. This study uses primary data obtained directly through a questionnaire to the villagers of the District Pulau Burung. Secondary data obtained through the government in the village. The sampling using simple random sampling method, where all members have the same population was selected as a representative sample of the population. To determine the public perception then used the likert scale analysis. The results showed that a high perception of the function change of nature preserve become nature tourist park and it’s management in the Forest Village District of Pulau Burung, seen from three indicators of responses/opinions, knowledge, and attitudes

Pahlawan streets and Pemuda streets has recently experienced significant improvements in improving the quality of public space in particular pedestrian ways. Significant improvements were addressed by the government of Semarang that all segments of society could use it more comfortable and safe, but  in  reality  both pedestrian  ways in  the  two corridors  is  still  rarely  seen  used by  people  with disabilities. Referring to the problems it is the thought that research is needed to evaluate the use of pedestrian ways on Pahlawan streets and Pemuda streets for people with disabilities. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the use of pedestrian ways for people with disabilities as well as obtain the factors that cause minimal numbers people with disabilities who access the pedestrian ways. Research targets are to be achieved by identifying the feasibility s tudy of literature and the public perception of disability. The research method uses deductive research methods with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. This technique is done by commenting on  the feasibility of the elements contained in the pedestrian ways based on the literature and the public perception of disability. Based on a literature review that refers to problems in the field of research obtained variables which are divided into two focus the observation were variables pedestrian ways and variables public perception disabilities. For  people  with disabilities who selected were the physically disabled, visually impaired, hearing impaiired and ederly with perception measurement include comfort, convenience, safety, achievement, usability, sensitivity and independence. Based on the results of the analysis it is known that both the pedestrian ways on Pahlawan streets and Pemuda streets can not be said to be feasible for handicapped due to the lack of quality of both the pedestrian ways. It is also known that there are external and internal factors that dominate cause the minimum  number  of  people  with  disabilities  ranging  from  pedestrian  ways  conditions,  their  own motivation or desire, age and availability of transportation. Under these conditions, the improvements in both the pedestrian ways is necessary to improve the quality of its use for people with disabilities.

Garbage or refuse is part of the object that is seen is not used, not used, disliked, or should be discarded in such a way so as not to interfere with survival. In general garbage from human activities but which are not biologically and are generally solid. System 3R is one of the efficient ways to carry out waste management in Dili because this way people can cultivate their garbage properly. This study aims to (1) describe the public perception of the 3R system in the city of Dili, (2) Describe the attitude of society towards the 3R system in the city of Dili, (3) to analyze the relationship between perceptions and attitudes in waste management 3R. The study was designed as a descriptive study, with an ecological approach. Data were collected using observation method, method of mutilation of documents, and interviews, and then analyzed by using qualitative descriptive analysis untu first and second formulation of the problem as well as a quantitative descriptive to the third problem. The results showed (1) the public perception of the 3R system in Dili medium category with, (2) public attitudes to the 3R system in Dili enough category with, (3) there is a positive relationship between perception and the attitude of the public in waste management with the value. The suggestions put forward, namely (1) Society of Dili to always constantly updating knowledge related to the 3R system problems in the management of solid waste. (2) The government, especially local government and city sanitation department Dili to always provide training and dissemination to the public of Dili related to the 3R program in waste management in the city of Dili.

The development of tourist village is a government policy that is expected to improve the economy of the community, expanding the employment vacancies, alleviating poverty. Expanding the employment vacancies that lead to improve the welfare of rural communities. The purpose of this study is to determine the perception and participation of local people in Paksebali in the development of smart eco-village destination in the tourist village of Paksebali, Dawan subdistrict, Klungkung regency. The approach is done by distributing to 30 respondents (Purposive sampling).The collected data were primary and secondary data with the techniques are observation, interview and documentation. The collected data were then analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study shows that the public perception of the development of smart eco-village Paksebali tourist village is the the public generally has known about the development of tourist villages. The community very agree and support by implementing the sapta pesona (seven ways of enchantment). People hope that the development of tourist village can promote the village and improve the welfare of their life. Community participation in the development of tourist village is done started from planning, developing facilities and infrastructure, managing, and monitoring and evaluation.

The tourist attraction of Batu Cermin Cave is a tourist attraction located in the city center of Labuan Bajo. Attractions offered to tourists who end up in Batu Cermin Cave in the form of natural attractions along the Cave where there are Wisatawaan Stalagtics and Stalagmites who visit Batu Cermin Cave are dominated by tourists from the archipelago. For now the management of Batu Cermin Cave tourist attraction is still managed by the local government in this case is the West Manggarai District Tourism and Culture Service. Later the management of Batu Cermin Cave will involve the Batu Cermin village so that in this study we will discuss "The Response of Batu Cermin Village Community in the Development of Tourism Attractions in Batu Cermin Cave, Labuan Bajo". The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques to explain the public response in the development of tourism in the tourist attraction of Batu Cermin Cave. The data source consists of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews and literature study. The determination of informants in this study used the Snowball technique. <p><em>The phenomenon of the existence of Hinduism Extension workers civil servants and non civil and social religious civil servants in modern times is an interesting theme to be studied, the fact that people in South Denpasar Subdistrict cannot avoid modernity is where the role of extension workers in providing guidance and counseling to Hinduism is required. able to improve the quality of religious life. Digging and dissecting the formulation of predetermined problems using three theories are: (1) theory of existence, (2) perception theory, and (3) theory of communication barriers. This study uses research methods which include: research approaches using qualitative methods. The research location is in the District of Selatan Denpasar. Types and sources of data used are types of qualitative data, while data sources used are primary and secondary data. The technique of determining the informants used is purvitative sampling. Data collection techniques include: observation techniques, interviews, literature, and documentation. The results of the analysis obtained from this study are 1) the existence of Hinduism extensionists. In this task, the Hinduism Extension has 5 (five) functions, namely, administrative, educative, facilitative, consultative, and transformative. Potential This fostered area is classified as a densely populated urban area and a high level of religious heterogeneity. The need for worship facilities and infrastructure is sufficient. The number of Hinduism Religious instructors in the City of Selatan Denpasar is as many as 2 Hindu Religion Extension Servants PNS and 16 Non-PNS Hindu Religion Extension. 2) Community perception is categorized into, a). Perceptions of community leaders, b). Stakeholder Perception, c). sekaa perception, d). widyasabha perception. Perception is seen as the most important component in the delivery of information. Through the public perception can be realized, can understand about the condition of the community in 10 villages / villages in Selatan Denpasar. The community can reveal how the performance of the Hindu Religious Extension in each of the target areas 3) internal and external constraints that occur when coaching Hinduism.</em></p>

This study has the background that the eradication and abuse of drug trafficking must be handled seriously by the government. In this study, researchers wanted to know what factors influence the prevention of eradication and abuse of drugs (P4GN) programs. This study is a qualitative descriptive study with data sources used, namely primary data and secondary data and this research was conducted using Interview and documentation methods, data analysis methods used include data reduction, Data Presentation and Interesting Conclusions. The results of the study found that the issue of communication aspects here is a very important process to determine the objectives of a policy, so far the dissemination of eradication and misuse of drug trafficking (P4GN) programs has been carried out in several districts and cities in NTB, the implementation of the P4GN program can provide an explanation to the public about what drugs are and the dangers of drugs for the life of the nation and state, the issue of the P4GN program shows the attitude and responsibility of the implementors to carry out their duties properly. Regarding the disposition aspect, the character problem or the implementor's attitude in implementing implementation is a matter that influences communication and bureaucratic structures and resources involved in the implementation of the eradication and misuse of drug trafficking (P4GN) program, the attitude and responsibility of the implementers here is sufficient well.
