However, formal schools require considerable costs so that they are still difficult to reach by underprivileged families. Concern for underprivileged families inspired the establishment of alternative schools in order to reach education at an early age as an example of which in SAAJA these children experienced a number of problems including lack of awareness of reading interest in each individual, limited human resources, and lack of facilities, especially children's reading books. The purpose of this service activity is to foster reading interest in early childhood at SAAJA. The method used is the Storytelling Method and the Learning While Playing Method. As a result of this activity, participants actively read children's books in addition they are able to sharpen their memory to remember what they have told.

Abstrak. Di kota-kota besar di Indonesia telah banyak berdiri sekolah formal dalam hal pengembangan pendidikan anak pada usia dini, Sehingga mutu dan kualitas anak-anak dikota besar sudah bagus.
This report retrospectively examines the structure of an emerging community-academic participatory research (PR) partnership that was not sustainable, despite attempts to adhere to PR principles and demonstrable success in research outcomes. The influence of community and academic parent organizations on the PR process and outcomes is presented in the context of the Donabedian Model. We dissected the structural elements contributed by parent organizations to forming the structure of the PR partnership (memorandum of understanding, policy environment, human resources and effort, community and academic resources, expertise and experience, and funding) and explored the influence of potential and actual conflicts on the PR partnership’s sustainability. The effect of potential and actual conflict on the PR process and quality of PR outcomes is discussed. Based on this, we conclude by proposing seven core standards for the establishment and development of emerging community-academic PR partnerships. Ethn Dis. 2015;(3):363-372.

Purpose This paper aims to propose a new method for evaluating the quality and prioritizing of the human resources (HRs) based on trust, reputation, agility, expertise and cost criteria in the expert cloud. To evaluate some quality control (QC) factors, a model based on the SERVQUAL is used. Design/methodology/approach The aim of this paper is to offer a fast and simple method for selecting the HRs by the customers. To achieve this goal, the ranking diagram of different HRs based on the different criteria of QC is provided. By means of this method, the customer can rapidly decide on the selection of the required HRs. By using the proposed method, the scores for various criteria are evaluated. These criteria are used in the ranking of each HR which is obtained based on the evaluation conducted by previous customers and their colleagues. First, customers were asked to select their needed criteria and then by constructing a hierarchical structure, the ranking diagram of different HRs is achieved. Using a ranking system based on evaluating the quality of the model, satisfy the customer needs to be based on the properties of HRs. Also, an analytical hierarchical process-based ranking mechanism is proposed to solve the problem of assigning weights to features for considering the interdependence between them to rank the HRs in the expert cloud. Findings The obtained results showed the applicability of the radar graph using a case study and also numerically obtained results showed that a hierarchical structure increases the quality and speed rating of HR ranking than the previous works. Originality/value The suggested ranking method in this paper allows the optimal selection due to the special needs of any given customer in the expert cloud.

Human resources are an important factor in globalization to face competition among organizations. Leadership style can be defined as an individual ability to be able to organize, direct, motivate employees to be able to help run an organization. The quality of a leader can be recognized if he can influence, direct and improve employee performance in carrying out all assigned tasks. Rewards will usually be given to employees who have contributed to advancing the company in accordance with the standards set by management. The sample used in this research is 34 employees who have become Civil Servants at the DPRD Office of Seluma Regency. Data collection using a questionnaire and the method of analysis used is multiple regression. Before the regression test was carried out, the validity and readability test would be carried out on the data used in the study. From the hypothesis testing, it is found that the leadership style variable (X1) and the reward variable (X2) have a partially significant relationship to employee performance (Y). The amount of the determinant coefficient is 0.590, which means that the independent variables X1 and X2 will be able to influence the dependent variable Y by 59% while the remaining 41% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. While simultaneously the variables X1 and X2 have a simultaneous effect on variable Y

This study aims to describe a number of things that include planning processes for improving management quality through school programs, the process of implementing school programs, evaluating school programs, constraints and solving problems encountered in implementing strategies to improve management quality through school programs. The type of research used is case study research using a qualitative approach. In case study research, researchers go directly to the field to observe and explore data from research objects. Data collection is done using interview techniques, observations, field notes and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis, the following conclusions are obtained. First, planning activities for improving the quality of management through school programs is a design to follow up on previous programs after program evaluation. Secondly, the programs included religious formation, intelligent child development, sympathetic teacher formation, and the creation of a beautiful environment. Third, supervision of program implementation is carried out internally and externally. Fourth, the constraints faced in implementing school programs to improve the quality of education management are the management of human resources and management of facilities and infrastructure that are still weak so that it is necessary to evaluate the implementation of school programs and make improvements with more disciplined management of human resources and management school facilities and infrastructure. Keywords: strategy, quality management, and school program
