Mobile Banking Services Strategy For BRI Syariah Customers (BSI) Bengkulu

There are three issues studied in this final project, namely (1) knowing which services are available through immobile ibanking, (2) customer perceptions of the imobile ibanking application, (3) constraints in operating the immobile ibanking service. The purpose of this research is to build quality services in customer satisfaction. The author uses this type of field research (Field Research) with qualitative descriptive research methods, namely research conducted directly in the field, from the results of this study that customers are satisfied with the mobile banking application, making it easier for customers to make transactions in the mobile banking application, the data is collected in the mobile banking application. This research comes from primary and secondary data sources in the form of interviews and documentation related to mobile banking services. It is hoped that a stable inetwork i will be given to users of the imobile ibanking application so that they are able to enjoy the features of the imobile ibanking application service in any circumstances. which is made easy for iBRI iSyariah customers to share with the imobile banking application, which is in the form of various interesting features that can be utilized by BRI iSyariah customers. This can increase the number of ibank BRI Syariah customers. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the imobile ibanking service for customers of iBRI isyariah iBengkulu, can download the download ID of the iplay application store isstore so that customers can use the features that are available i service imobile ibanking application Perception or it is very responsive to customer service ibanking, and iyang easy services. The Effectiveness Of Recruitment Of Civil Services (Asn) In Increasing Performance Of Employees In The Performance Section Of The Province Of Bengkulu

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of civil servant recruitment on improving the performance of Bengkulu Province civil servant employees. The method used in this study is a descriptive method using a qualitative approach. Data acquisition techniques were conducted by interviewing, observing, and recording documents related to the civil servant recruitment process carried out by Bengkulu local civil servants. The data acquired will be investigated and qualitatively analyzed for all the data collected, and an interview with Duncan's theoretical approach to stress, whose effectiveness can be seen in three indicators: goal achievement, integration, and adaptation Supported by the results of. The results of the field survey came to the correct conclusion as the implementation of labor recruitment carried out by local civil servants in the Bengkulu Province is more transparent and responsible.

Does Employee Turnover Intervene Team Performance ?

This study describes the effect of leadership and teamwork on employee turnover and impact in team performance. The object of this research is PT Dreamaxtion Teknologi Internasional. This study uses a quantitative method through a questionnaire survey which was distributed directly to 60 respondents which was then processed using SPSS version 20.0 and the sampling method was non-probability sampling. The results of hypothesis testing (t test) that leadership has a significant effect on Team Performance with t count of 4.222 T table 2.002. Teamwork has a significant effect on Team Performance with t = 3.121 ≥ T table 2.002. And Turnover has no significant effect on Team Performance with t = 1.152 ≤ T table 2.002. Leadership and Teamwork have a significant effect on Team Performance while Employee Turnover has no significant effect on Team Performance. The implications of this research can provide an understanding for the management that although Turnover does not affect in Team Performance, it must still be considered, especially at PT Dreamaxtion Teknologi Internasional.

Embodiment of Good Governance through Accountability and Transparency in the Management of Village Fund Allocations

The Purpose of the this study was to determine the propotional management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) originating from the Regency APBD, which comes from the portion of the central and regional financial balance funds received by the Regency which is distributed through the village treasury for the empowerment of village communities. Research locations (ADD) are villages located in North Bengkulu Regency, Kec. Padang Jaya with a item of 12 villages. The research was conducted for 4 months, starting from April to July 2020. The sample in the study included 12 village officials in he district. Padang Jaya. Data collection technique using documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used descriptive and qualitative descriptive data. The results of the research conducted, stated that all villages in the district. Padang jaya, with a total of 12 villages, has implemented the princples of management (ADD) in a transparent, accountable, participatory, orderly manner and budgetary discipline. There 1 village not accountable, as evidenced by the LPPDes Bank book that must be reported to the regent.

The title of thiis researrch is The Effect of Multiple Role Conflict and Worrk Enviironment on Emplloyee Perforrmance (Case Study of Employee Indomaret, Bengkulu City). Thiis type of researrch is a quantitative descriptive research type, the object of this research is per Indomaret area in the city of Bengkulu, namely the Hybrid area, Panorama, West Circle, KM 6.5, Derivation, Padang teak, Tanah Broken, Suprapto, Rawa makmur and Kampung Bali. With the metthod of collectiing datta by means of observation, distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. The number of respondents in thiis sttudy were 50 people. By using data analysis techniques using Multiiple Liinear Regressiion Analysiis Test, and Hypothesis Test, namely test t and test f.The resullts of thiis sttudy can be concluded that the multiple role conflict variable has a negative and signifiicant effeect on employee performance, meaning that employee performance can increase if the dual role conflict can be suppressed or reduced, while the worrk enviironment variiable has a posiitive and signifiicant efefect on employee performance, meaning that employee performance can increase. if the workplace has a safe and comfortable environment and is supported by good air circulation.

Personal Selling And Service Relationship With Customer Loyalty In Ud. Successindo Bengkulu

The research aim to know the relationship of personal selling with customer loyalty at UD. Suksesindo Bengkulu and to know the relationship of service with customer loyalty at UD. Suksesindo Bengkulu. Method Analysis the used is correlation spearman rank and hypothesis test. From result of calculation of correlation of rank spearman between personal selling with customer loyalty at UD Suksesindo Bengkulu known by value of rho count equal to 0,567 its meaning the relationship of personal selling with customer loyalty at UD Suksesindo Bengkulu is enought, because correlation value reside in coefficient interval 0,400 - 0,599. From result of calculation of correlation of rank spearman between service with customer loyalty at UD Suksesindo Bengkulu known by value of rho count equal to 0,611 its meaning of the relationship service with customer loyalty at UD Suksesindo Bengkulu is strength, because correlation value reside in coefficient interval 0,600 - 0,799. Based on the hypothesis test, it is known that personal selling and service have a significant relationship with customer loyalty at UD. Suksesindo Bengkulu.

The Effect Of Non Performance Loan (Npl) And Loan Deposit Ratio (Ldr) On Return On Asset (Roa) In Pt. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Non Performance Loans (NPL) and Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Return on Assets (ROA) at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. The sample in this study is the financial statements at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk for the period 2010 to 2019 The data collection method uses the documentation method. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression, coefficient From the calculation of the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the results of the regression test: Y = 14.944– 1.072 X1 - 0.099X2. The coefficient of determination obtained is 0.846. This means that X1 (Non Performance Loan (NPL)) and X2 (Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR)) have an effect on Return on Assets (ROA) (Y) by 84.6% while the rest (100% - 84.6% = 15.4%) is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t test show that there is a significant effect between NPL and LDR on Return on Assets (ROA) (Y) at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk partially or separately The results of the F test show that there is a significant influence between NPL and LDR on Return on Assets (ROA) (Y) at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk simultaneously or collectively.of determination and hypothesis testing.

The results of this study can be concluded that the variables of Mie Tumis Merasi Innovation have a positive effeect on Consumer Re-Buy Interest, Merchant Creativity has a positiive effect on Consumer Re-Buy Interest, and Innovation and Creativity of Traders together have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Resend Interest.

The population in this study were students of the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu who shop online at shopee with a total of 140 people, anddtheesample was taken usinggpurposiveesamplinggmethod. based on the resultssoffmultipleelinearr regression, it issobtained theeregressionnequationnY = 2.621 + 0.060 (X1) + 0.540 (X2).The resultssoffthe research and hypotheses show that electronic commerce (X1) is t-hitt-table (3.328 1.9774) and (sig α = 0.001 0.050), brand awareness (X2) is t-hitt-table (7,418 1.9774) and (sig α = 0.000 0.050) simultaneously haveea significantteffectton purchasing decisions. Partially the two variables of electronic commerce and brand awareness have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
