The information technology is developed to helping people to work mainly in obtaining information, including geographic information. The use of mobile technology is the most used technology to meet the needs of information including health information. Not all of health facilities have an information system, so people need energy and time to get the information. The use of information system and mobile technology can solve the problem. The use of geographic information systems and mobile in the field of health is building a search application health facilities. This technology system is proposed to produce a mobile application with the android operating system, based client server, visualization modelling UML. Implementation of this application using the programming language PHP with Code Igniter framework and MySQL as a Database Management System (DBMS). Mobile application is build using Java programming language with Eclipse. This application based on client server, so user must be connected to the internet to access it. Boarding houses has its own problems in finding. The problems are boarding house location, price, facilities, surrounding environment and time to gather about boarding houses information. Landlords of boarding house also have its own problems, like disseminate information about the boarding houses is limited. Mobile application of boarding houses and support facilities is built to solve the problem in finding suitable boarding houses and also to inform the others about the boarding houses. The method used is the client-server based waterfall model. Application server side’s use the PHP programming language (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor) and web services Json and MYSQL for Database Management Systems (DBMS). Application client side’s use the java programming language and java script that can run on the android platform. The design application of boarding houses and support facilities is based android to generate three applications which are one server and two application client. The first client application has function to search information of boarding houses. Isobord, a start-up company that is setting up a new strawboard production plant in Manitoba, Canada, is facing critical operational problems that threaten its future. Isobord’s product is a high quality particleboard substitute that uses straw, rather than wood, as the main raw manufacturing material. To achieve viability, Isobord must develop processes to carefully coordinate and manage its straw baling, stacking and hauling operations. Through effective information systems, Isobord has the potential to reduce the amount of equipment it needs to purchase to meet straw harvest requirements. A small investment in optimization technology could yield considerable cost savings if the efficiency of capital equipment can be improved. A geographic information system (GIS) / relational database management system (RDBMS) solution is being explored, but budget and time constraints, as well as organizational inexperience, seriously threaten the project. An information technology decision must be made immediately if there is to be any hope of implementing technology to manage the first year’s straw harvest.

The development of applying database management applications is currently underway within Geographical Information Systems (GIS) applications in the Sultanate of Oman.The establishment of a national database management system in Oman is considered as the backbone that is required within the Geographic Information System project in Oman. The principal of the GIS project in Oman was built upon unifying the used software packages over the sultanate which is ARC/INFO as GIS Package and ORACLE as database management software. These packages are used within the different participating Ministries in the GIS project in Oman.The participating ministries will handle information that are shared between them. The shared information among the different ministries is the attributed data which is defined as descriptive information extracted from geographic features that usually existed on the topographic maps and the ministries maps (utility maps). The map features can be classified into different layers according to the principles of ARC/INFO GIS Package. Accordingly, the main objectives of this research paper is to explain the technique proposed for establishing a national database management system that can handle and manage the shared information amongst the participating ministries in the project. The proposed database design will be made using the ORACLE database management system. Moreover, the paper will handle a proposed idea for linking the geographic map layers with the corresponding attributed database in order to create Geographic Information System applications. As a Conclusion, it is Proposed that all the government GIS departments in the Sultanate will share the same information within a unique national database management which can be considered one of the major benefits in applying database management in the field of Geographic Information Systems.

Health is a resource for the daily life of the community. Because without health, a person can not run the activity with the good. To that end, the society can not be separated from the figure of health that play a role in manifesting the life of a healthy society as a midwife. One of the reasons people really need a midwife is the cost of the examination or the cost of labor is affordable. Therefore, it is needed a Geographic Information System Midwife Practice in Merauke Regency Android-Based Method Using Spherical Law of Cosines can help and facilitate user to search, and know the location of the midwife practice and service information available at the place of such practices as well as the closest distance to the user. Geographic Information system Midwife Practice in Merauke Regency Android Based on the design by using Eclipse with the java programming language, and using a MySQL database. The method used to search the nearest distance of the user with the location of the midwife practice using the method of Spherical Law of Cosines, and the method of testing using the method of blackbox and questionnaires. The result of this research is to produce a geographic information system application based on android to handle mapping the location of the midwife practice as well as data information midwife online which is accessible to the public in Merauke Regency.

The rapid development of computer technology and information greatly helps work in storing, accessing to data processing becomes faster and easier, this has triggered various fields in utilizing this with the use of computer-based information systems, especially for intelligence units in western security police. The system that will be created uses access to the virtual host-based client server. Modeling used UML modeling, this system is built using PHP programming language and MYSQL database. Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam which is always mentioned parallel to prayer. The problems that exist in zakat institutions in Indonesia are low level of trust in muzaki in zakat payments through official institutions and tend to distribute zakat directly to mustahik. Zakat can attract sufficient attention from Muslim intellectuals, especially in the fields of research related to the development of zakat management. However, the growing zakat information system does not make it easier for muzaki to choose mustahik preferences, even though choice recommendations of mustahik is needed to make it easier for muzaki to choose mustahik preferences. The researcher was interested in applying the concept of recommendation in the Zakat Radar application by using the content based filtering method to produce a mustahik recommendation system with the term frequency inverse document frquency (tf-idf) technique.. This system is built using the Java programming language and MySQL as a database. The mustahik recommendation system has been successfully implemented in the Radar Zakat application, which produces 5 mustahik recommendations based on the highest weighting of the similarity of mustahik criteria chosen by the user. Similarity of mustahik criteria is based on the query of mustahik criteria chosen by the user, 5 queries of mustahik criteria are mustahik income, residence, facilities, number of dependents, and mustahik employment status.
