The development of science and technology, the minimum of employment and the decline in the level of education are very influential on the emergence of social problems in society. Social problems in the community are often referred to as "social pathology." Community disease is the behavior of members of the community which can lead to unrest and insecurity in people's lives. Community diseases in the social community today are increasingly prevalent in the community, especially the local government and very disturbing people who live in the area. Examples of community diseases are gambling, fighting or brawls, drug or drug abuse, alcoholism or drunkenness, prostitution, corruption, and many more public diseases that occur in society today. social is one of the problems that is considered by Islam, various kinds of problems have been explained in the Qur'an to solve this problem, for example giving punishment to people for theft, drunkenness, killing, etc. is a reward for people who do something mass ah which is contrary to Islamic law. This research is an attempt to look at the problem of community diseases in the eyes of the Qur'an. This study has three focus problems, namely: first; efforts to see the type of society's illness in the view of the Qur'an, second; see things that are the background to the emergence of social pathology, and third; efforts to find solutions / knowledge of social pathology in the view of the Qur'an.

Abstract: This article examines one of the social problems that become global issues, namely the phenomenon of bullying. Bullying is acts of intimidation in the form of physical or psychic against a person caused by a person's superiority attitude, to feel entitled or powerful to intimidate others. This study examines bullying with the perspective of the hadith of the Prophet. This study sought to discover the significance of the phenomenon of bullying with hadith, as well as the exploration of preventive measures offered by the Prophet's hadith. The method used is descriptive-analytical. The results of this study: 1) Hadith Ibn Majah: 3203 in general explains how the hadith views bullying behavior towards degrading behavior. The word ih{tiqa>r has a correlation meaning to the orientation of bullying behavior that is degrading. 2) The basic idea of hadith is examined is the value of humanism, namely the idea that aims to revive the sense of humanity and aspire to a better life. 3) The preventive measures offered by the hadith are: a) giving spiritual awareness of the importance of preventing bullying early on, b) supporting cooperation and breaking the cycle of conflict, c) eliminating inferior attitudes for bullying victims and hone assertiveness.ملخص: تبحث هذه المقالة واحدة من المشاكل الاجتماعية التي أصبحت قضية عالمية، وهي ظاهرة البلطجة. البلطجة هي فعل الترهيب في شكل المادية أو نفسية ضد أي شخص بسبب موقف التفوق للشخص، ليشعر بعنوان والسلطة لتخويف الآخرين. تبحث هذه الدراسة في البلطجة من منظور حديث النبي. وحاولت هذه الدراسة اكتشاف أهمية ظاهرة البلطجة مع حديث النبي، فضلا عن استكشاف على التدابير الوقائية التي تتيحها حديث النبي. الطريقة المستخدمة هي وصفية تحليلية. نتائج هذه الدراسة: ١- الحديث رواه ابن ماجه: ٣٢٠٣ عموما تصف كيف بدأ الحديث النبي في قانون البلطجة كشيء يؤدي إلى سلوك اللاإنسانية. كلمة "إحتقار" لها علاقة ذات دلالة مع توجه سلوك البلطجة، وبالتحديد اللاإنسانية. ٢- الفكرة الأساسية للحديث الذي تمت دراسته هي قيمة النزعة الإنسانية، وهي فكرة تهدف إلى إحياء إحساس بالإنسانية وتطمح إلى حياة أفضل. ٣- الإجراءات الوقائية التي يقدمها الحديث هي: أ- توفر الوعي الروحي حول أهمية الوقاية المبكرة من البلطجة، ب- دعم التعاون والخروج من دائرة الصراع، ج- القضاء على المواقف منخفضة لضحايا البلطجة وصقل مهارات تأكيد الذاتAbstrak: Artikel ini mengkaji salah satu problem sosial yang menjadi isu global, yaitu fenomena bullying. Bullying merupakan tindakan intimidasi berupa fisik maupun psikis terhadap seseorang yang disebabkan sikap superioritas seseorang, hingga merasa berhak atau berkuasa untuk mengintimidasi orang lain. Penelitian ini mengkaji bullying dengan perspektif hadits Nabi. Kajian ini berusaha menemukan signifikansi fenomena bullying dengan hadits, serta eksplorasi atas tindakan preventif yang ditawarkan oleh hadits Nabi. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-analitis. Hasil atas kajian ini: 1) Hadis riwayat Ibnu Majah: 3203 secara umum menjelaskan bagaimana hadis Nabi memandang tindakan bullying mengarah pada perilaku merendahkan. Kata ihtiqa>r memiliki korelasi makna terhadap orientasi perilaku bullying, yaitu merendahkan.2) Ide dasar hadits yang dikaji adalah nilai humanisme, yaitu paham yang bertujuan menghidupkan rasa perikemanusiaan dan mencita-citakan pergaulan hidup yang lebih baik. 3) Tindakan preventif yang ditawarkan hadis tersebut: a) memberikan kesadaran spiritual tentang pentingnya pencegahan bullying sejak dini, b) mendukung kerjasama dan memutus lingkaran konflik, c) menghilangkan sikap inferior bagi korban bullying dan mengasah kemampuan asertif.

Islamic law cannot be separated from the context of the social life of Muslims in Indonesia. This paper discusses the material analysis of the Compilation of Islamic Law which consists of Marriage, Inheritance and Waqf associated with the social problems of Muslims in Indonesia. The compilation of Islamic Laws received juridical justification with Presidential Instruction No. 1 of 1991, is a form of political Islamic law in Indonesia that is less than perfect because it does not go through the legislation of the legislative body and is a shortcut in establishing and positivating Islamic law. The material of KHI, especially marriage and inheritance, is considered inadequate to accommodate the social problems of Indonesian Muslims.

Abstract: The social fiqh K.H Sahal Mahfudh is a thought that was born from pesantren tradition. Social fiqh in fact is projected to redesign the stagnated fiqh in pesantren with the nuances of madzhabi fiqh which are considered less responsive to social problems, and to counter-discourse a "going too far" Islamic law contextuality. This paper will examine the Islamic legal thought of K.H Sahal Mahfudh social fiqh regarding the applied epistemology and style of thought. Thepurposes of this research are to obtain the clarity on the concept of K.H Sahal Mahfudh’s Islamic legal paradigm including its background of thought and epistemology. Supported by library research, the gathered information was analyzed with the hermeneutic approachThis research found that the KH Sahal Mahfudh’s  Islamic legal thought is built from two interrelated epistemological reasoning. Firstly, Bayani reasoning which favors textuality. Secondly, Burhani reasoning as the rationality of two school of thoughts, namely Syafi'iyyah and Maliki. K.H Sahal Mahfudh tried to reconcile the authenticity of the text with social reality by extensifying fiqh, elaborating the traditions of Islamic science (fiqh and ushul fiqh) using maqashid reasoning.Abstrak: Fiqh sosial pemikiran K.H Sahal Mahfudh merupakan pemikiran yang lahir dari khazanah tradisi pesantren. Fiqh sosial nyatanya memiliki proyeksi menggagas ulang kejumudan fiqh di kalangan pesantren dengan nuansa fiqh madzhabi yang dianggap kurang begitu menjawab permasalahan sosial. Sekaligus counter-discourse proyeksi kontekstualisasi hukum Islam yang “kebablasan.” Tulisan ini bertujuan meneliti pemikiran hukum Islam Fiqh Sosial K.H Sahal Mahfudh berkenaan epis­temologi dan corak pemikiran yang digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan: mendapat­kan kejelasan konsep paradigma hukum Islam K.H Sahal Mahfudh; mengetahui gagasan konsepsi fiqh sosial K.H Sahal Mahfudh; mengetahui latar belakang pemikiran dan epistemologi K.H Sahal Mahfudh. Metodologi yang digunakan antara lain: pengumpulan data dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research); analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisa data kualitatif dengan analisa data deskriptif interpretatif, yang bertumpu pada titik tolak hermeneutik, Sebuah cara pendekatan yang melihat secara tajam latar belakang obyek penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa corak pemikiran hukum Islam K.H Sahal Mahfudh terbangun dari dua nalar epistemologi yang saling berkaitan yakni nalar Bayani yang berpihak pada tekstualitas dan Burhani dengan sisi rasionalitas dari dua kubu pemikiran antara Imam Syafi’i beserta para pengikutnya (Syafi’iyyah) dan Imam As-Syatibi (yang berhaluan Maliki). K.H Sahal Mahfudh mencoba mendamaikan otentisitas teks dengan realitas sosial dengan cara melakukan ekstensifikasi fiqh, yakni mengelaborasikan tradisi ilmu keislaman (fiqh dan ushul fiqh) menggunakan nalar maqashid.

Young generation, especially teenagers, plays a very important role in the nation's sustainability. However, it becomes hard situation for orphan teenagers as they live in abnormal situations. In Sendang Biru, Sumbermanjing Wetan Malang, orphan  teenagers experience problems that occur due to their orphan status.  There are various social problems, that relating to economic and psychological problems.  Continuously attention and assistance has been provided by the community through the social community “An Nisa”.  However, because the assistance is short-term and momentary, it only touches a small number of problems faced, and has not touched other psychological and social domains.  We strongly recommend Sendang Biru community, government and higher education institutions to develop long-term programs that can solve the whole problems of orphan teenagers in Sendang Biru.

This chapter analyses how a problem, such as the use of narcotics, can be defined as both a social and a medical problem, and how different definitions of a problem may cause professional dilemmas for welfare professions involved in treatment. The chapter examines implications of the fact that these different problem definitions originate from two different academic disciplines: medicine and social science, and that the social perspective on drug abuse is currently challenged by what some describe as a medicalization of social problems. The chapter argues that welfare professionals need to understand and recognise both these perspectives.

The study attempts to find solutions for relieving the major serious economic and social problems which are resulted partly by the economic crisis, mainly by demographic processes ( decrease of population, declining economic activity, ageing) and which occur all over Europe. In 2007, in Hungary, the Local Government of Hajdú-Bihar county started to reform the social institutions sytems in a unique way in the interest of operating these systems economically. The experiences, gained after the conversion, show that the companies as social institutions maintainers are able to work properly more efficiently, with less government support while they meet the professional requirements, and the management who does the control is competentand innovative.

Kitab Pembebasan is Eko Prasetyo’s first work in the field of interpretation contains the stories of prophets and friends in the Qur'an. For him, the stories of the prophets no longer have the power to change circumstances, then progressive logic brings Eko to an interpretation of the stories of the prophet to the surrounding social problems. When many commentators who interpret the Quran relate to the social community, then interpreting the Quran leads to social criticism being unique to discuss. So this paper is focused on discussing social criticism in the Book of Liberation. In this paper, there are indications of the content of social criticism Eko Prasetyo then grouped them into five fields, namely economics, religion, education, politics and society. Then explained based on the theme specifically. Then develop social criticism based on each theme. Among them is a criticism of the economic system of capitalism, interpretation of the meaning of Satan, tyranny, seditious and idolatrous, religious and financiers, criticism of Suharto and the New Order, the case of the murderous activist Salim deer. Also, Eko's other works were reviewed to develop his criticisms. The interpretation for Eko through the Book of Liberation is the contextualization of the problems that occur around him, Eko does not care about the interpretation of the interpretation, because for Eko, the Qur'an is a book of movements that must be practiced.Keyword: Eko Prasetyo, Progressive Interpretations, Qissah, al-Qur’an
