Title: The Improvement of Teacher’s Performance through the Islamic School (Madrasah) Accreditation Program Abstract: This research examines the Improvement of Teacher’s Performance through the Islamic school (madrasah) Accreditation Program. This research is a qualitative research by carrying out the collection of the data through observation, interview and documentation to find and collect the real data about how accreditation programs can improve teacher’s performance. The instruments used in collecting and analyzing data were observation, documentation and interviews. The data obtained were classified and verified, so that the expected data were collected. After the data were collected through several instruments, the researcher did triangulation to ensure that the data obtained were truly accurate and valid. The results of this research showed that the efforts of performance improvement of the education perpetrators are carried out through the creativity and innovation of education perpetrators both principal, teachers and administrative staff, besides that it is also carried out through Islamic school (madrasah) programs in collaboration with the Ministry of Religion and the local government. In optimizing the quality, Islamic school (madrasah) prepares various facilities and infrastructures of institution, it continuously carries out the coaching for all components of the Islamic school (madrasah) and overall Islamic school (madrasah) programs receive good appreciation from the foundation, the community and government.

The aim of the paper – to investigate effectiveness of the ratio estimator in the labour force survey in the case of the simple random sampling with rotation. For each quarter of the year one fourth of the previousquarter sample is changed with the new one, and three fourth’s are remaining the same. After simplification of the sampling design the estimator using auxiliary information and its approximate variance is constructed. The accuracy of the estimator obtained is studied by modelling with the real data.

Music is one means to express the soul. Sad genre music is one of music with high emotional pressure. High emotional pressure allows triggering emotions in someone who hears it. According to Sloboda and Juslin (2001), the music can induce emotions in its listeners and is perceived by listeners as expressive of emotion. The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of music with the sad genre for emotions from the song "Too Good at Goodbyes" by Sam Smith. In this study, the researchers found that the majority of respondents revealed that sad music can trigger emotions in the soul. Descriptive qualitative research with questionnaire methods was used in this study to obtain the valid data. Questionnaire was used in this research as an instrument of research to get the real data from the participants.

This study is aimed to find out the language attitude of Simalungun people toward vernacular maintenance in Pematang Siantar. The data were collected from the Simalungun people living in Sitalasari district Pematang Siantar regency. The study employs qualitative research design with some informant’s consent with the need of this research to get understanding. The subjects of this study were 18 Simalungun people (17 years old to 25 years old). The instruments used for collecting data were questionnaire sheet, observation sheet, recording and interview. The data from questionnaire sheet were used to examine the language attitude. The findings show that there are 10 (55, 6 %) informants who have negative attitude and 8 (44. 4 %) informants have the positive attitude. These are influenced by three different factors which affect the attitude, namely; the tendency of language disloyalty, lack of pride and unawareness of the norm. This causes the language to be less frequency in use particularly in daily social life communication.

Reconstructing hand-object interactions is a challenging task due to strong occlusions and complex motions. This article proposes a real-time system that uses a single depth stream to simultaneously reconstruct hand poses, object shape, and rigid/non-rigid motions. To achieve this, we first train a joint learning network to segment the hand and object in a depth image, and to predict the 3D keypoints of the hand. With most layers shared by the two tasks, computation cost is saved for the real-time performance. A hybrid dataset is constructed here to train the network with real data (to learn real-world distributions) and synthetic data (to cover variations of objects, motions, and viewpoints). Next, the depth of the two targets and the keypoints are used in a uniform optimization to reconstruct the interacting motions. Benefitting from a novel tangential contact constraint, the system not only solves the remaining ambiguities but also keeps the real-time performance. Experiments show that our system handles different hand and object shapes, various interactive motions, and moving cameras.

AbstractThe Ebola outbreak in 2014 caused many infections and deaths. Some literature works have proposed some models to study Ebola virus, such as SIR, SIS, SEIR, etc. It is proved that the fractional order model can describe epidemic dynamics better than the integer order model. In this paper, we propose a fractional order Ebola system and analyze the nonnegative solution, the basic reproduction number $R_{0}$ R 0 , and the stabilities of equilibrium points for the system firstly. In many studies, the numerical solutions of some models cannot fit very well with the real data. Thus, to show the dynamics of the Ebola epidemic, the Gorenflo–Mainardi–Moretti–Paradisi scheme (GMMP) is taken to get the numerical solution of the SEIR fractional order Ebola system and the modified grid approximation method (MGAM) is used to acquire the parameters of the SEIR fractional order Ebola system. We consider that the GMMP method may lead to absurd numerical solutions, so its stability and convergence are given. Then, the new fractional orders, parameters, and the root-mean-square relative error $g(U^{*})=0.4146$ g ( U ∗ ) = 0.4146 are obtained. With the new fractional orders and parameters, the numerical solution of the SEIR fractional order Ebola system is closer to the real data than those models in other literature works. Meanwhile, we find that most of the fractional order Ebola systems have the same order. Hence, the fractional order Ebola system with different orders using the Caputo derivatives is also studied. We also adopt the MGAM algorithm to obtain the new orders, parameters, and the root-mean-square relative error which is $g(U^{*})=0.2744$ g ( U ∗ ) = 0.2744 . With the new parameters and orders, the fractional order Ebola systems with different orders fit very well with the real data.
