In the future, the existence of organizations will very depends on its' capabilities to cover and handle the unpredictable changes of environment around the world. As Chatell said, "All organizations should be have three ultimate capabilities that enable organizations to become more responsive, adaptive and innovative”. Are organizations today prepares to fight for the future in uncontrollable conditions? The answer of this question is depends on theirs' Human resources availability within organizations. Organization will become more innovated when they have Human Resources with innovation competencies to create the best performance. Stewart say, this specialized Human resource be known as a "Human Capital”. They work not just as a worker” but more to act as a "thinker Some efforts to create employee to become a human capital find highly success when management of its organization give highly support through organization culture building to match theirs' expectation to create employee as a human capital. The future economy is the economy of knowledge, and therefore those companies that will be able to build an effective human resource man agement system and be able to make a breakthrough become leaders in their industries in Russia and the world. The article presents the analysis of the fundamental documents of the strategic development of the largest Russian corporations for the inclusion in them of sections or mention of various aspects of human resources and human capital. The analysis of the use of these concepts in the strategies of Russian corporations related to the sectors of electric power, chemistry, petrochemistry, oil and gas, metals and mining. The classification of types of use in strategies of human resources and human capital has been carried out. For corporations of various types, the assessment of generalized indicators of the efficiency of corporations was carried out, based on which conclusions were drawn about the influence of human resources and human capital in the strategy on the efficiency of the work of Russian corporations.

The economic theory of human capital is based on the concept that humans have the skills, experience, and knowledge which are forms of capital, which are called "human capital managementthat must be owned in the world of work. Although now the world is getting more sophisticated but if there is no Human intervention, of course the machine will not work well. As in the world of work the Consumer Loan Area Of Manado of course, is in desperate need of Human Resources, in achieving  loan credit. Consumer Loan Area Manado customers must maintain and balance the development of local Human Resources. To reach the target, of course, the Consumer Loan has its own way of empolying Human Resources called sales. Sales work to product sales and must understand marketing management in Consumer Loansfor example, collaterals from each registered developer. And sales gave developers an offer so that developers would also want to join the Bank Mandiri Consumer Loan In Manado. However, the sales must also obey and understand the regulations in the Consumer Loan.and if Human Resources work well in the company where they work. Then each gets a profit, for example. Sales get a lucrative bonus from the company because it has helped to achieve the target of Home Ownership Loans. These are exciting and changing times in the world of business overall and for industrial–organizational (I-O) psychologists in particular. To anticipate where human capital professionals may add the most value to organizations in the future, we asked 73 leading academics, consultants, association leaders, and senior human resources (HR) leaders to articulate what HR professionals need to know and do to be successful in the future. The responses create unique insights on challenges and opportunities for I-O psychologists who want to have impact from their work. We summarize these insights into 7 themes and discuss their implications for an emerging I-O mandate.

The key to the future of any country in the modern world lies in the knowledge, skills and talent of its population. This gives a special importance to education through which human capital is created as an important component of national wealth. Different methods of measuring human capital are found in literature. There is a well-known division into monetary and non-monetary methods, with the latter being specifically addressed in the article. Education plays an important role in achieving sustainable development. Through education, knowledge about sustainable development is acquired while human resources that are capable and willing to achieve this development are created. Education, just like sustainable development, has a long-time perspective. In both cases, the interests of the future are respected when making decisions in the present. The impact of education on sustainable development is manifested through all three of its dimensions ? economic, social and environmental. The key role of education for achieving sustainable development has been globally recognized and embedded in relevant United Nations documents, including a new global development agenda by 2030, focusing on the Sustainable Development Goals, of which Objective 4 explicitly refers to education. The European Union also pays considerable attention to education for the future in the context of the commitment of its members to achieve sustainable development. Serbia, at least declaratively, follows it, given the orientation of the country to join this regional integration. The future of education is under the strong influence of global mega trends, especially the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which strongly influences the world of work and the necessary knowledge and skills. During the earlier industrial revolutions, it took several decades to build appropriate education and training systems, but there is no time for that now. Changes must be anticipated, and reactions should be quick. The quality of educational systems of countries around the world and their preparedness for the challenges of the new age can be evaluated on the basis of the results of the Program for International Student Assessment ? PISA, the most important research in the field of education, which, under the auspices of the OECD, tests the knowledge and skills of fifteen-year-olds, and relying on the composite indicator introduced by the World Economic Forum ? Global Human Capital Index (GHCI). The results for Serbia are generally discouraging, but in some segments, they point to the country?s hidden potentials that should be activated. Education represents the development opportunity of Serbia at the threshold of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. As a small and economically country, Serbia should not remain at the margin of events, in the role of a passive observer. On the contrary, through adapting its education system to the demands of time by adequate financial and institutional support, thus improving human capital of the people, Serbia can find its place in a changing labor market and create preconditions for dynamic and sustainable economic development.

The terms “Globalization” and “The Digital Era” are familiar words that sound in our ears which mean progress or development.  The term globalization is a term that has links to increase interdependence among nations and people around the world through trade, investment, travel, popular culture and other forms of interaction so that the boundaries of a country become biased.  Globalization can bring about changes in all areas such as culture, economy, social, politics, ideology and so on.  On the one hand, globalization brings with its positive consequences and on the other hand also carries negative sides.  The Digital Era supports the process of Globalization to make it easier to accomplish, which makes it all easy to communicate with anyone and anytime, accessing data and information easily and quickly wherever we are especially supported by the tools of modern softwares and hardwares.  The Digital Era can also develop the capabilities of human resources must be able to adjust to use it.  For human resources who are unable to compete will be replaced with more capable ones.  However, currently Human Resources in Indonesia have not been fully encouraged to enter the Digital Era due to the constraints of several factors, such as the availability of infrastructure, the cost of digital is still inadequate when associated with the number of people with the level education and low technological understanding so they are accustomed to do jobs that do not require special skills.  Here ther role of all groups, communities and governments, to further improve the skills of human resources so as to be able to improve the economy and welfare.

In a rapidly changing business environment, one may recognise the words the only thing constant in life is change by French author Francois de la Rockefoucauld. Yet, with on-going change, it can be difficult to know what to do and how to do it. The world out there is harsh and competition is fierce. Indeed, the world is changing at a rapid pace. Therefore, both public and private sectors have to plan for the future and prepare for any unforeseen circumstance. This paper will discuss the link between Strategic Human Resource Management, Human resources, Performance and Reward, what we know, and the future direction of Strategic Human Resource Management. Strategic Human Resource Management involves making those decisions that define the overall vision, mission, core values and objectives of the organisation, thus determining the most effective utilisation of its resources. Walker (1992: 16) states that Strategic Management enables managers to respond to environmental changes based on a defined business mission, vision and values. Strategies are directional plans that guide management actions in the pursuit of opportunities. In essence, strategies point the way for the most promising changes. They are plans that give direction and address people related business issues. Human Resource strategies are important because they help determine how to manage people in relation to business strategies. Strategic Human Resource Management aligns Human Resources, which is necessary for the success of the organisation.

Evaluation is pervasive and it is necessary for everyone to know its need because it has a big impact on the company accordingly it highlights the needs and the decisions taken of the organization. In the current context where the environment is characterized by complexity and uncertainty, companies must adapt and respond quickly to change. Human capital is considered as a resource for the organization, the most important without any doubt. The role of HR is to encourage initiatives to develop the potential sources of flexibility. Thus the assessment remains essential and necessary at the time of the transition of the Algerian economy to a market economy. Our problem is as follows: the human resource is a brake or business flexibility factor? Our study attempts to explore and apply the research tool of Volberd practiced by a group of companies, such as two-dimensional concept of flexibility in order to characterize their flexibility profiles and highlight the contribution of human resources, as a variable flexibility.

The contemporary historian, as she or he speaks to the public about the origins and meanings of the present, has important ethical responsibilities. ‘Imperial’ historians, in particular, shape how politicians and the public imagine the future of the world. This article examines how British imperial history, as it emerged as an academic subject since about 1900, often lent ideological support to imperialism, while more generally it suppressed or avoided the role of violence and terror in the making and keeping of the Empire. It suggests that after 2001, and during the Iraq War, in particular, a new Whig historiography sought to retail a flattering narrative of the British Empire’s past, and concludes with a call for a post-patriotic imperial history which is sceptical of power and speaks for those on the underside of global processes.

The future of dwelling has a very board context and will continue to be discussed, it is possible that the discussions about “dwelling” is come from the environment of farming and fishing. Things that are not much cared for but still have a role in the survival of the world. Therefore this matter will be discussed using the role of architecture as space, to be able to create an ideal system by paying attention to the quality of farming and fishing for the future, and leaving a trace or memory to be able to carry messages for the future. Talking about the future of an interaction that occurs between the general public and farmers and fishermen, especially considering that farmers and fishermen themselves can be compared to two different poles, a liminal space is needed, which may already exist indirectly in the environment. By letting go of individual egos and emphasizing ego to the point of view of farmers and fishermen. To present a common space, or a place that contains a special character of a city that contains a message for the future. Keywords:  dualism; hope; liminal; trace;  Abstrak Masa depan cara berhuni memiliki konteks yang sangat luas dan akan terus diperbincangkan. Oleh karena itu, masa depan berhuni ini akan dibahas dengan menggunakan peran arsitektur sebagai ruang, untuk dapat menciptakan sistem yang ideal dengan memperhatikan kualitas bertani dan melaut bagi masa depan, dan meninggalkan sebuah jejak atau kenangan untuk dapat membawa pesan bagi masa depan. Berbicara mengenai masa depan dari sebuah interaksi yang terjadi antara masyarakat umum dengan para petani dan nelayan, apalagi mengingat para petani dan nelayan itu sendiri dapat diibaratkan berada pada kedua kutub yang berbeda, maka dibutuhkanlah sebuah ruang liminal, yang mungkin sudah hadir secara tidak langsung pada lingkungan masyarakat. Dengan cara melepaskan ego individual dan menekankan ego kepada sudut pandang para petani dan nelayan. Untuk menghadirkan sebuah ruang bersama, atau sebuah tempat yang mengandung sebuah karakter tersendiri dari sebuah kota yang berisi pesan bagi masa depan.
