The purpose of this research was to examine the effect of intellectual capital on Return On Assets, and Return On Equity. The population of this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange the period 2016- 2018, a total sample of companies amounted to 72 samples were taken by using purposive sampling method. The method of analysis in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that intellectual capital significant positive effect on ROA. This condition occurs because when intellectual capital is getting better, the public trust in the company, the better, so that the products or services offered by the company is accepted by the community and increasing revenue. Intellectual capital is significant positive effect on ROE. This condition occurs because the intellectual capital increases, the company has been using its capital more effectively to improve human resources, so that the performance of employees to generate increasing profits. The purpose of this research was to examine the effect of intellectual capital on Return On Assets, Earning Per Share and Return On Equity. The population of this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange the period 20122014, a total sample of companies amounted to 51 samples were taken by using purposive sampling method. The method of analysis in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that intellectual capital significant positive effect on ROA. This condition occurs because if the human resource capacity the better, it is expected to produce profitability Return on Assets increased. Intellectual capital is significant positive effect on EPS. This condition occurs because when intellectual capital is getting better, the public trust in the company, the better, so that the products or services offered by the company is accepted by the community and increasing revenue. Intellectual capital is significant positive effect on ROE. This study aims to examine the influence of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) disclosure on financial performance. The dependent variable used in this research is financial performance measured by Return on Asset (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). The independent variable in this research is The Islamic Social Reporting (ISR). This study uses firm size as a control variable. The population in this study is the sharia banking industry registered in the Financial Services Authority (OJK) period 2012-2016. The sample in this research is 10 Sharia banks chosen by using a purposive sampling method. This study uses a simple linear regression analysis as an analytical tool. The results showed that: (1) disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) has a significant positive effect on Return on Assets (ROA). (2) disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) has a significant positive effect on Return on Equity (ROE).

This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital on the company's financial performance. The independent variable used in this study is intellectual capital. The dependent variable used in this study is the company's financial performance as measured by Return on Assets (ROA). Return on Equity (ROE) and Growth of Revenue (GR). The research sample is a pharmaceutical company that is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a study period of 2010-2014. Data was collected by purposive sampling method, based on these criteria, as many as 8 companies were selected as samples in this study. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS v.20 software. the test shows that (1) intellectual capital has an effect on ROA, (2) intellectual capital has an effect on ROE (3) intellectual capital does not affect GR.

This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Assets, Return on Equity, and Earning Per share on stock returns in the Food and Baverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2018. The population used in this study is the Food and Baverages Sub-sector company. This study uses saturated sampling (census) with a total sample of 13 companies. Multiple linear regression is a method used to analyze the data in this study. The results showed that Return on Assets, Return on Equity and Earning per Share had a significant positive effect on stock returns. This research to analyze and evaluate intellectual capital on financial performance obtained by return on equity, asset turnover and growth in revenue. The population in this study are consumer goods companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The research sample was received by 21 companies obtained by using purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 20 application and uses the VAICTM method to measure intellectual capital. The results of this study indicate that intellectual capital has a significant effect on financial performance generated by return on equity, but intellectual capital does not have a significant effect on financial performance required by asset turnover and growth in revenue.

The increasingly fierce competition that occurs between companies in the  current  era of globalization is forcing the company to improve its strategies. Therefore, the main purpose of establishing a company is to increase the value of the firm. To achieve that purpose,managers have to understand the factors that can increase the value of the firms and also fulfillthe interests of stakeholders. This study aims to analyze the effect of Research and Development Intensity (RnD), Goodwill (GDW), Intellectual Capital (IC), and Financial Performance (PF) on Firm Value. The research data is obtained from  the  annual reports  of  manufacturing  companies  listed  on the Indonesia  Stock  Exchange  in 2015-2019 with a total sample of 60 after meeting certain criteria. The data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.The results show that goodwill, intellectual  capital,  and financial performance have an effect on firm value. This study was conducted to see how intellectual capital (IC) affects company performance (ROA)by entering the size variable in its calculations. This study also analyzes how much financial performancechanges occur as an effect of the efficiency of the use of capital employees (CEE), the efficiencyof using Structural Capital (SCE), and the partial efficiency of using Human Capital (HCE).Research was conducted on conventional banking in Indonesia for the period 2013 - 2017. Theresearch data was obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Thisstudy found that VAIC had a significant positive effect on ROA, and from the three IC components itturned out that the CEE component had the greatest influence on ROA

This study aims to examine the effect of intellectual capital and financial performance on the value of companies in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research population is all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013 - 2017. This sample was selected using a purposive sampling method with sample criteria. Manufacturing is listed on the IDX during the end of 2017 period, Manufacturing is listed consecutively during the period 2013 - 2017, Manufacturing that uses Rupiah, Manufacturing that has complete financial statements for the period 2013 - 2017, Manufacturing that has financial data in accordance with the variables to be tested, namely Price to Book Value, Value Added Intellectual Coefficient, Return On Assets, and Manufacturing that does not has data outliers, and obtained a sample of 11 companies. The data source is the annual financial statements of manufacturing companies taken through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange ( www.idx.co.id ). Testing uses panel data regression analysis with the Eviews Program tool. Intellectual capital is measured using Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC), while financial performance is measured by Return on Assets (ROA) and company value measured by Price to Book Value (PBV). The results showed that the variable intellectual capital had a negative and not significant effect on firm value, while financial performance had a positive and significant effect on firm value.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel mediasi pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Populasi yang digunakan adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016-2018. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 19 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci: profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan, kebijakan dividen, nilai perusahaan  ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the effect of profitability and company size on firm value with dividend policy as a mediating variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The data used in this research is secondary data. The population used is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period of 2016-2018. The research sample of 19 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Data collection techniques using purposive sampling method. Data analysis using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, path analysis. The results showed that profitability had a significant positive effect on dividend policy. The size of the company has a significant positive effect on dividend policy. Dividend policy has a significant positive effect on firm value. Profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value. Company size has a significant positive effect on firm value. Keywords: profitability, company size, dividend policy, company value

Having experience, knowledge, and expertise in banking is important for the board of directors to properly manage its activities, which is indicated by their financial performance. This study investigates the effect of the formal education level of the board of directors on financial performance in terms of profitability. The sample used in this study was 31 banking companies, especially conventional commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2018, with 244 observations. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) approach. In this study, the dependent variables used are Return On Assets (ROA) and Net Interest Margin (NIM). The independent variables used are the level of education of the board of directors divided into Master and Ph.D. This study indicates that the board of directors with the highest educational level of Masters and Ph.D has a significant positive effect on ROA. Meanwhile, the board of directors with the and education level of Masters has a significant negative effect, and the board of directors with the highest education level of Ph.D has a significant positive effect on NIM.
