The purpose of this study is to examine the antecedents of financial wellness among young employees in Kuala Lumpur. A survey was carried out to acquire data from 324 young employees using a self-administered on-line questionnaire, utilizing convenience sampling. Results showed that financial stress, work environment, locus of control and financial behavior has significant relationship with financial wellness. It was found that financial stress, work environment, locus of control and financial behavior has significant effect on respondents’ financial wellness. Based on the results, financial wellness can be enhanced through the decreased of the employees’ financial stress and increasing of their work environment, locus of control and financial behavior.

Malaysia has recorded the second highest involuntary turnover rate at 6% and third highest voluntary rate at 6.5% in South East Asia. Employee loyalty becomes critical towards employer. Thus, the purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between career development, compensation, job security, work environment and employee loyalty. In conducting this study, convenience sampling technique has been employed and respondents have been chosen in the area of Kuala Lumpur. Hypothesis were tested using regression analysis by using Smart-PLS. Based on the result, career development, compensation and job security were found to be significant with employee loyalty. However, work environment was found to be not significant with employee loyalty. It is suggested for future research to explore other variables in order to find the factors contributed in employee loyalty. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Level of Education, Financial Experience, Financial Attitude, Financial Knowledge and Locus of Control on Financial Behavior. The subjects of this research are work force in Jakarta. Sample was selected using convenience sampling method amounted to 100 respondents. Data processing techniques using structural equation modeling what helped by SmartPLS.3.0 program. The result of this study reveals that Level of Education, Financial Experience, Financial Attitude and Financial Knowledge do affect significantly on Financial Behavior, while Locus of Control does not affect significantly on Financial Behavior. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis adanya pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan, Pengalaman Keuangan, Sikap Keuangan, Pengetahuan Keuangan dan Lokus Kendali terhadap Perilaku Keuangan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah angkatan kerja di Jakarta. Sampel dipilih menggunakan metode convenience sampling berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan pemodelan persamaan struktural yang dibantu oleh program SmartPLS.3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Tingkat Pendidikan, Pengalaman Keuangan, Sikap Keuangan, Pengetahuan Keuangan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Perilaku Keuangan, sedangkan Lokus Kendali tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perilaku Keuangan.

Latar Belakang. Diabetes Mellitus (DM) telah menyebabkan 4,2 juta kematian pada tahun 2019. Di Indonesia, penyakit DM merupakan salah satu PTM yang menyebabkan kematian utama. Kepatuhan diet menjadi perilaku yang sangat penting dan diperlukan kendali diri.Tujuan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui hubungan lokus kendali diri untuk sehat baik dimensi internal, orang berpengaruh, keberuntungan dan faktor lainnya dengan kepatuhan diet pasien DM tipe 2 di RSUD Kota Depok tahun 2020.Metode. Penelitian menggunakan desain cross-sectional, pengambilan data dilakukan melalui convenience sampling pada 52 pasien DM tipe 2 yang berkunjung ke poli penyakit dalam RSUD Kota Depok.Hasil. Pasien memiliki nilai kepatuhan diet yang cukup yaitu 66,23 dari skala 100. Hasil uji korelasi pearson menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan kekuatan sedang dan positif antara lokus kendali untuk sehat dimensi internal dan dimensi orang berpengaruh dengan kepatuhan diet (r= 0,46 dan r= 0,28) diikuti dengan dimensi keberuntungan menunjukkan kekuatan sedang dan negatif terhadap kepatuhan diet (r= -0,28).Kesimpulan. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara health locus of control dimensi internal, powerful others dan chance dengan kepatuhan diet dengan kekuatan hubungan sedang dan arah korelasi positif pada dimensi internal dan powerful others sedangkan negatif pada dimensi chance. ABSTRACTBackground. Diabetes Mellitus (DM) caused 4.2 million deaths in 2019. In Indonesia, DM is an NCD that causes major deaths. Dietary adherence becomes a vital behavior and requires self-control. Objective. This study aimed to determine the relationship between health locus of control on internal, powerful-others, chance dimensions and other factors with dietary adherence among type 2 DM patients at Depok City Hospital in 2020.Method. This study used a cross-sectional design and data collection through convenience sampling on 52 type 2 DM patients who visited internist poly in Depok City Hospital.Results. This study indicates that patients have adequate dietary adherence values 66,23 on a scale of 100. Pearson correlation test results show a significant relationship between health locus of control on internal and powerful-others dimensions with a moderate and positive relationship with dietary adherence (r= 0,46 and r= 0,28). Meanwhile, the chance dimension shows an average and negative relationship with dietary adherence (r= -0,28).Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between health locus of control internal dimensions, powerful others and chance with dietary compliance with moderate strength. The direction of the correlation is positive on the internal dimension and powerful others while negative on the chance dimension.

Transfer of training is important to organizations as they have devoted lot of money to send their employees for training to increase the employees’ knowledge, skills and abilities. This study aimed to examines the relationships of rewards, supervision, and peer relationship on the transfer of training in volving employees at FOA Headquarters, Kuala Lumpur. Self administered questionnaires were adapted from various sources and consisted of items related to transfer of training, rewards, supervision and peer relationships . A total of 344 questionnaires were distributed but only 265 were returned and used for further assessment. This study applied descriptive statistics, reliability and inferential analysis to examine the relationships among the variables. The results showed that only rewards and supervision h ad significant relationship with transfer of training while peer relationship was found to be insignificant.

Customer satisfaction is the ultimate aim to food and beverage F&B industry as it ascertains that satisfied customers will stay loyal and reduce the amount of complaints towards their brand of choice. The main purpose of the research is to understand the influencing factors on customer satisfaction towards American brand in F&B industry in Malaysia. Convenience sampling method was used involving the respondents that consist of customers and shoppers within five mega malls in Kuala Lumpur to represent the total population of the study. The researcher used a multiple regression analysis to analyze 384 data from customers. The results indicate a positive and significant influence of all influencing factors (perceived quality, perceived value and Customer Expectation) on customer satisfaction. Customer expectation is seen to be the factor that was highly influential towards satisfaction, followed by perceived quality and perceived value. The implications of the study are discussed in the paper.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether financial behavior, financial socialization agents, financial attitude,  financial stress, and financial literacy can influence financial well being in millennial generation in Batam City. Financial well being is described when a person is able to prosper in the field of financial finance. Welfare is reflected in the ability to meet and manage all needs and desires. While millennial is the most current generation so that it can be a hope and reflection of a country. This research method begins with the distribution of questionnaires to the people of Batam city aged 15-19 years. Data were collected as many as 300 respondents then processed with multiple regression research models using SPSS. Variable financial literacy, financial attitude and financial socialization agents provide a significant positive relationship to financial well being. Meanwhile financial stress has a significant negative relationship with financial well being. Then for financial behavior variables show no significant relationship to financial well being.

<p>This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial technology, income, and locus of control on financial behavior. The population in this study were Lecturers at the Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta. The sample size was taken as many as 80 respondents, with methods through nonprobability sampling, purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that (1) financial literacy has a significant positive effect on financial behavior. (2) financial technology has no influence and is not significant in financial behavior. (3) income has a significant positive effect on financial behavior. (4) locus of control does not influence financial behavior.</p>

Abstrak: Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Berpengaruh pada Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa. Salah satu alternatif untuk memecahkan masalah pengangguran adalah dengan memberdayakan kelompok terdidik melalui program kewirausahaan di perguruan tinggi yang diharapkan mampu berkontribusi dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja sehingga mengurangi pengangguran dan beban negara. Penelitian ini menguji model yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh internal locus of control, social support dan need for achievement terhadap minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian cross-sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh internal locus of control dan social support pada minat berwirausaha mahasiswa, terdapat pengaruh internal locus of control terhadap need for achievement mahasiswa, tidak terdapat pengaruh social support pada need for achievement dan yang terakhir terdapat pengaruh need for achievement terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Kata kunci: internal locus of control, social support, need for achievement, entrepreneurial intention Abstract: The Factors Affecting the Entrepreneurial Intention of College Students. The alternative to solve an unemployment problem is to empower the educated person through entrepreneurship programs at colleges that are expected to contribute to employment, thereby reducing unemployment and the burden on the state. This study tested a model that aims to determine the influence of internal locus of control, social support and the need for achievement against in entrepreneurial intention of the student. This study was a cross-sectional. The results show a significant relationship between internal locus of control and social support to the entrepreneurial intention of students. There is a significant relationship between internal locus of control and the need for achievement of students. There is an insignificant relationship between social support and the need for achievement and the last there is a significant relationship between need for achievement and entrepreneurial intention of students. Keywords: internal locus of control, social support, need for achievement, entrepreneurial intention
