The purpose for this investigation is to examine the impact of income tax, bonus mechanism, motivating force burrowing to tunneling incentive. The sample choice utilizing purposive examining technique and examined 23 manufacturing companies recorded in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The samples are chosen by using purposive sampling method and the companies chosen are the among top 30 companies LQ 30 Index in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The information are obtained from optional information of yearly report of fundamental and manufacturing companies recorded in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012-2016. The investigation method utilized in this exploration is binary logistic regression analysis. The result of this investigation demonstrates that the income tax is significant and noteworthy to the transfer pricing, tunneling incentives powerful and critical to transfer pricing, while the bonus mechanism does not influence the transfer pricing.

The aim of this study is to determine and analyze  the effect of income tax variables, bonus mechanisms, incentive tunneling to transfer pricing. The sample selection using purposive sampling method and the sample of this research are 23 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The data are obtained from secondary data of annual report of basic and manufacture companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. The analysis technique used in this research is binary logistic regression analysis. The hypothesis in this study is based on previous research and various other supporting theories. The results of this study indicate that the income tax is significant and significant to the transfer pricing, incentive Tunneling influential and significant to transfer pricing, while the bonus mechanism does not affect the transfer pricing.

The Effect of Bonus Mechanisms, Tunneling Incentive and Debt Covenant on Transfer Pricing Transactions. (Empirical Study of Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018).This study aims to determine the effect of bonus mechanism, tunneling incentive and debt covenants on transfer pricing transactions in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2014-2018.The sample of this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018. By using purposive sampling method which consists of 6 companies. The data used in the form of financial statements with multiple regression analysis methods are processed using SPSS 23. The results of the study that the bonus mechanism affected the transfer pricing transaction with a significant value of 0.002, tunneling incentive affected the transfer pricing transaction, with a significant value of 0.004 and the debt covennat had no effect on the transfer pricing transaction with a significant value of 0.153.

This research aims to examine to analyze the effect of tunneling incentive, bonus scheme and exchange rate on the company’s decision to do transfer pricing. The population in this research are manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014 until 2017. The sample of study was determined by using purposive sampling method, and that total sample 48 manufacturing companies. The data used is secondary data. The technique of collecting data by documentation at www.idx.com. The analytical method used is Panel Regression Analysis with SPSS22 software. /This research use logistic regression analysis as analysis /method.The result of analysis in this research showed that tunneling incentive and bonus scheme had no effect on ithe company’s decision to do transfer pricing.  Exchange rate had a significant effect on the company’s decision to do transferi pricing

The study aims to determine the impact of corporate governance (board of commissioners, directors and gender diversity) and environmental committees in greenhouse gas disclosure. The sampling method in this study using purposive sampling method with a total of 26 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange by using multiple regression analysis. The results show that the role of the board of commissioners has not been able to provide control over the reduction of greenhouse gases on the company, the board of directors has no effect on the disclosure of greenhouse gases refuse to make emission gas reduction due to litigation pressure and expenditure, gender diversity has not been able to control the role of women and men in decision-making and risk and environmental committees have been little able to contribute to the disclosure of greenhouse gases as it is expected that the establishment of an environmental committee on the company.

This study aims to determine the effect of income tax, tunneling incentive, and debt covenant on transfer pricing indications. The research population uses manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2019. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling method. The study used 105 observational data. Logistic regression is a data analysis technique used in this study. The results of the study show that there is an effect of tunneling incentive, which is measured by the amount of foreign share ownership that exceeds 20% on transfer pricing. However, this study cannot prove the effect of income tax, as measured by the different box tax and debt covenants, as measured by the debt to equity ratio on transfer pricing.

AbstractThe practice of transfer pricing is mostly carried out by multinational companies that want high profits through tax avoidance. in addition, bonus giving is also one of the motivations for obtaining high profits. This study aims to examine the effect of tax and bonus mechanisms on the company's decision to conduct transfer pricing. The research population used in this study were manufacturing companies listed on the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) period 2013 - 2017 which amounted to 142 companies and research samples totaling 23 companies using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study used logistic regression analysis. The results of the research partially indicate that tax has a significant effect on transfer pricing and the bonus mechanism has a significant effect on transfer pricing. The impact of transfer pricing has the potential to harm state revenues in the taxation sector, because companies will divert their taxable profits to countries that have lower tax rates. AbstrakPraktik transfer pricing mayoritas dilakukan oleh perusahaan multinasional yang menginginkan laba tinggi melalui penghindaran pajak. selain itu, pemberian bonus juga merupakan salah satu motivasi untuk mendapatkan laba yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh pajak dan mekanisme bonus terhadap keputusan perusahaan untuk melakukan transfer pricing. Populasi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI (Bursa Efek Indonesia) periode 2013 – 2017 yang berjumlah 142 perusahaan dan sampel penelitiam yang berjumlah 23 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi logistik. Hasil dari penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa pajak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap transfer pricing dan mekanisme bonus berpengaruh signifikan terhadap transfer pricing. Dampak transfer pricing berpotensi merugikan pendapatan negara pada sektor perpajakan, dikarenakan perusahaan akan mengalihkan laba kena pajaknya pada negara yang memiliki tarif pajak yang lebih rendahKata Kunci. pajak; mekanisme bonus; praktik transfer pricing

<p>The objective of this research was to examine the effect of tunneling incentive, bonus mechanism and debt covenant to transfer pricing. This research also conducted to test the role of tax minimization in moderating the relation between those variables. Research sample was manufacturing companies in consumer goods sector, that registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2018. This research use purposive sampling method, with 110 observation data. Analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The result show only Debt covenant that proved can increase firm in transfer pricing. This research was not able to prove tunneling incentive and bonus mechanism influenced the decision of transfer pricing transaction. Tax minimization is not proved moderating the relations between tunneling incentive, bonus mechanism, and debt covenant to transfer pricing transactions.</p>

The purpose of this study is to examine the role of corporate governance on the imposition of intellectual capital. This study uses company performance, capital structure and firm size as a control variable.The population in this study consisted of all manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2017. Sampling was carried out using the purposive sampling method. The total sample of this study was 381 companies.This study uses multiple regression analysis to test hypotheses. The results of this study indicate that board size, the proportion of independent commissioners, block holder ownership, and government ownership have a positive and significant effect on IC disclosure. Meanwhile, the board's tenure has no effect on IC disclosure.

This  research  aims to find empirical evidence  about the impact  of  workload  and  audit tenure  on  audit quality  and  using audit  committee  as  a  moderating  variable. This  research  focused  on  manufacturing companies  that  listed  on  the  Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sample was collected using   purposive sampling method and resulted 31  companies as a final sample.  The  data are analyzed by using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of  this research indicate  that the  workload  has a negative  impact on  audit quality.  Audit tenure has a positive impact on audit quality. Audit committee reduces the negative impact of workload on audit quality. And audit committee reduces the positive impact of audit tenure on audit quality.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partial financial distress on the going concern audit opinion, to determine the effect of partial profitability on the going concern audit opinion and to know the moderating ability of profitability on financial distress that affects the going concern audit opinion. This research conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The research sample was obtained using purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by non-participant observation methods. Data analysis techniques are carried out using the method of binary logistic regression analysis. The test results show that financial distress has an effect on the going concern audit opinion, profitability has no effect on the audit opinion, and profitability weakens the effect of financial distress on the going concern audit opinion.
