This study aims to analyze the factors that affect employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency, Musi Rawas Regency, South Sumatra. This research is a quantitative study with a total population of 60 respondents. The results of the analysis show that the variables of Competence, Leadership and Motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on performance. Moreover, Competence (X1) Leadership (X2) and Motivation (X3) partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). However, the Leadership variable has a very dominant influence on performance. It is recommended that the performance of employees at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Musi Rawas Regency to be improved. The role of leadership can also be used as a benchmark for the success of a team’s work in public services, delegation of authority and supervision. It is also recommended that the leader’s task evaluation be carried out periodically. In addition, efforts to improve employee competence are a strategic step in increasing employee motivation.

This study aims to identify and analyze influence of incentives, motivation and leadership to employee performance, and analyze one of the variable incentive, motivation and leadership that has dominant influence on employee performance.This study uses simple method of saturation, where the number of samples used the same amount as the total population. While the number of samples taken as many as 42 employees in the Tax Office Pratama in North Sidoarjo. Further data processing performed by using regression analysis (multiple regression analysis), and test the hypothesis using the F-test and t-test. The results of this study indicate that the incentive variable (X1), work motivation (X2), and leadership (X3) has positive and significant impact on employee performance Tax Office Pratama in North Sidoarjo. Where as the dominant influence work motivation (most influential) and significant to employee performance the Tax Office Pratama in North Sidoarjo, with analysis of the standardized coefficients (Beta) = 0.624. Means each of the independent variables is relationship that can change and improve employee performance with reasonably well in providing services to the community

<p>This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational commitment, competence and governance to employee performance and quality asset management at the regional Work Units (SKPD) of The Makassar city government. This research is an explanatory research,  by observing cross-section a on the 203 civil servants who work in the 64 Regional Work Units (SKPD SKPD) Government of Makassar, using total sampling as sampling technique. Analysis of Structural Equation Model (SEM) through Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS) Ver. 18 is used as a data analysis tool.  </p>Hypothesis testing results provide evidence that organizational commitment, competence and good governance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitments have a negative and significant effect on the quality of asset management. The different results shown on the competence, good governance and employee performance are positive and significant effect on the Quality asset management for local Governments. Organizational commitment and competence indirectly significant effect on the quality asset management for local Governments: The mediating role of employee performance. On the other mediator variable testing, good governance indirectly has a significant effect on the quality of asset management: The mediating role of employee performance.

The general objective of the study is to determine the role of performance appraisal and its impact on employee. The study is guided by the following specific objectives: to establish the extent to which performance appraisal process affects employee motivation, to determine the extent to which appraisers affect staff motivation and to determine the challenges in appraising employee performance. The study adopted descriptive research design. The population of interest consists of 120 employees of Service Industry in Nepal. Data is collected using structured questionnaires and additional qualitative data is collected using the reference from the questionnaire and the objectives of the study. The data is analysed using statistical tools such as frequency distribution, percentages and Pearson correlations. Data is presented using tables and charts. The research findings suggest that regular assessment of performance leads to employee motivation. Performance appraisal rating can be considered as a technique that has a positive effect on work performance and employee motivation. Employees may be motivated if the appraisal process is based on accurate and current job descriptions. On the challenges of performance appraisal on employee motivation established that some managers tend to be liberal or strict in their rating of staff which may affect the employees’ motivation. The manager’s ability to address the skills gaps can have a significant impact on the employee’s motivation. Regular ratings may affect the performance and motivation of the employees. Fair assessment of the employee’s performance may enhance their motivation.

This study aims to find out the role of work ethics, organizational culture, and work discipline on Employee Performance at PT Balai Lelang Bali in Denpasar. This research is included in the associative causality research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bali Lelang Bali with 37 people. Because the total population is 37 people, all of them become respondents. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant influence between Work Ethics on Employee Performance, then there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Culture on Employee Performance, then there is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance, finally there is a positive and significant influence. Between Work Ethics, Organizational Culture, and Work Discipline simultaneously on Employee Performance at PT. Bali Lelang Bali in Denpasar.

Each public sector organization was given an annual budget by the government which was used based on the programs launched, so that the vision and mission of the organization could be achieved properly. So far, the evaluation of organizational performance was assessed only on the basis of financial aspects, through financial reports that were provided annually by related agencies or agencies to the Padang City government and similar things were also carried out by the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Padang City. Meanwhile, to assess whether a performance was good or not, it must also be measured based on other criteria, such as performance evaluation using the balanced scorecard method. This research was conducted through a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and documentation studies. The technique used to measure employee performance was balance scorecard method. Then the data were analysed through manual data analysis procedure. The results showed that in terms of budget management, the Padang City Financial and Asset Management Agency has not fully implemented the balance scorecard method in its performance.

Employee performance in terms of quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities assigned to him. This study aims to examine the effect of talent management on employee performance, to examine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, the sampling method uses total sampling, where all members of the population are sampled as many as 63 employees at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Padang City. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression. The results show that talent management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The role of human resources in the organization is very important, because it is  natural if the management give more attention through the policies that has been taken. Currently many problems that arise related to employment, especially employee performance, therefore the problems relating to performance need to be resolved. Motivation is a condition or energy that moves employees directed to  achieve the goals of the company organization. besides motivation, another thing that can affect performance is ability, by having the appropriate ability in the field of work that he does, then he can work better. While employee performance in general is influenced by two main factors, namely the ability and driving force or what is called motivation. The purpose of this study were: 1) describing the motivation, work ability, commitment and performance employers at the Meuble Basuki Lacasa Art Gallery Singosari-Malang. 2) analayzing the influences of motivation, work ability, and commitment  employer performance at the Meuble Basuki Lacasa Art Gallery Singosari-Malang Company. And 3) analyzing the dominant influences of Motivation, Ability and Work Commitment on Employee Performance at Singosari-Malang Meuble Basuki Lacasa Art Gallery. The analysis method used in this research was descriptive analysis. The results of his research were: 1) Motivation, work ability and commitment of employer simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employer at Meuble Basuki Lacasa Art Gallery Singosari Malang, and 2) Based on the results of the t test shown that motivation, work ability and employee commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at Meuble Basuki Lacasa Art Gallery Singosari Malang, while the variable that has a dominant influence on employee performance were motivation.  Key Word : Motivation, Work Ability, Komitmen dan Commitment of Employer
